I joined Ken McCafferty Desjardins a couple years ago when my old insurance company wanted to increase my auto insurance. I called around and received several quotes and desjardins had the best pricing. Fast forward to this year and I have purchased a new vehicle. I decided to get quotes before calling desjardins so that I could find the cheapest rate. I called Desjardins’s and they WERE the cheapest still by $40 a month on the cheapest quote I had received.

I also want to give a huge shout out to one of their account executives, Megha Jha. She is a pleasure to talk to and always asks how my day is going. She is kind and treats me like family. Calling insurance companies is usually annoying but once Megha picks up the phone, she makes your day.

I got my pink slips and coverage from them through the phone in one go not even 15 minutes. Kathy was great overall, helped me throughout with great conversation too!

Many insurance agents may not want to spend time with you after they have had you as their clients or after you have bought their insurance products. It is not with the agent named Megha Jha.

After Megha took over my account, she called and checked in with me. I had a chance to sit down with her yesterday, going over my needs, updating my info, asking questions and so forth.

I walked away happy, as I understood my insurance policy more than I walked in and what is more, I have the ease knowing that I can always go back if I have any more questions or new needs that may arise down the road. On top of it all, it saved me some money after the review.
