My car scratch was done so well and the paint job was superb that you could never notice it was ever scratched. It is like new. Paul did an amazing job and I am very satisfied with the outcome. More importantly, they fit me in so quickly to get it resolved. Also, both of the Receptionists, Karen and the other lady (sorry, but I don't remember her name) were highly professional and graciously arranged transportation for me to my work and from my work to pick up my vehicle, while my vehicle were being repaired. The entire process was highly satisfactory!

I am very appreciative that my vehicle was sanitized and cleaned well, upon my picking up my vehicle. So, thank you very much!

Should anyone require to get their vehicle fixed, painted, etc, to contact Ken Shaw. Personally, I find Ken Shaw's service, friendliness, clean offices and reception areas very inviting. Also, their attentiveness towards clients highly professional.

Had a great experience with John (the collision centre manager) getting my mirror cover painted. He was very professional, knew what he was talking about and got the job done quickly (which I appreciated since I was leaving the country a few days after). I would highly recommend this place and will absolutely go back!

3* represents pre owned vehicles. Looking for car between 5-10k. They do not offer warranty, cars were unprepared (dirty) and had no warranty. Seen them boost car and try to sell it to me. Service was ok. Toyota on the Park was alot better.

The whole process of fixing my car here is just amazing.

I had a car accident last year and this collision center was recommended by my insurance company. The technician Wayne took a look of my damage, walked me through all the details and prepared my car for repair. The procedure was so easy and smooth, and his knowledge provided me with such a comfort. Not to mention my car was fixed nicely with detailed interior.

Today i came back here for some paint issues.i was prepared to show them all the evidence i have so that if they refuse to fix it for me, i have proof. However, after hearing what i have to say, Wayne just took time to look at my car, and told me he will fix it immediately.

If you ever tried to communicate with body shops or dealerships about issues that occurred in the past, you will know how precious this hassle free process is.

Anyways, big thumbs up for this repair center and technician Wayne! Thank you for making my life easier!

I must say, I definitely agree with M Ma's review. These people are useless and they do not even deserve half a star. I repaired my car there on October 2017 and when my picked up my car, I noticed that the paint work they did was not done properly and also my front bumper was not secured properly. I went back and forth with them and my insurance for a while, until insurance said to take the car back to the shop so they look it over and see if they fix the poor work they did. Anyways, before I can do that, my car was broken into and even though I didn't want to do any repairs there anymore, I decided to give it a shot and see if they will fix all my issues at once. So I decided to do my second repair there in September 2018, thinking that this time they will get it right, boy was I wrong. I picked my car and it was destroyed and butchered, they changed my carpets, so my water strips on the side of my doors were not secured in properly, my seats were not aligned back properly and my seats are now higher than they were before. Plus the seat belts at the back are stuck in the seats, there are so much more things that are not secured back properly in my car. And I will have to take it somewhere else to do those repairs myself. But believe me I won't let it slide, I will be filing a claim against them, for the unfinished work and also for having to do the repairs again.

I will never, EVER go back to these idiots again and do business with them. Useless. And like M Ma said their quality of repair definitely does not meet with Toyota standards.

I will try to attach pictures of my car here if I am able to. Save your time and money and take your business elsewhere.

Not very happy with the repair done on my car.the gap between the front and rear door are off and noticed the paint came off in the wheel well area as I sprayed water washing my car this weekend: and, I was quite surprised how much money they charged my insurance to fix it. I really don’t think the quality of the repair meets Toyota standards.

I've always had good fast service here. The new waiting lounge is much nicer. The price on my last vehicle couldn't be beat by others in the GTA.
