Overall experience is purchasing a used vehicle was excellent. This is mostly attributed to the sales person, Raphael. He was great! He was very knowledgeable and taught my wife an I a lot about the RX 450H in a very short period of time. We walked in on a Saturday morning with the intent to simply have a look at a used RX 450H but he convinced me to take one out for a ride and we were sold on the vehicle. He followed up on all his promises and more. Super guy … would fully recommend you ask for him.

The worst experience ever. They said there was a recall on my car, they were going to fix it free. 5 mins after picking up my car, lights come on, the part they put it in was faulty. Second time around same thing! Their mechanics have no clue what they’re doing. Now I have to take my Lexus elsewhere to fix an issue they caused.

Guy has major road rage problems (black hair / black facial hair in his 50s or 60s). Tailed my car in his company Ken Shaw vehicle, made threatening gestures while my 5 year old daughter was in the car. Almost rammed our vehicle. Swearing and screaming. Odd for a family run business. This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing something. One thing about Ken Shaw Lexus is that they value your preference in a car. Alex Jia who is a product advisor was very helpful that he met my needs, considered my budget, explained to me very clearly from A to Z about different cars I had to choose from. I test drove all. Efficient, follow up calls, etc. The car I bought was not even a used Lexus. It was a different make. I recently purchased a new car from Ken Shaw Lexus and the process was nothing short of a 5 star experience. The lovely ladies at the front desk were my first point of contact and they were friendly and welcoming. Alex Jia was my sales representative and he masterfully guided me through the buying process with care, understanding, patience and a side of humour. He was always available and took the time to answer all of my questions before and after my purchase. I think it's also worth mentioning that there was a hiccup during the transfer of my leased car from another dealership to Ken Shaw Lexus and the Sales Manager Brett Gooding was able to facilitate the buyout after I was told (by the other dealership) I was not 'permitted' to sell my car to anyone other than them. Brett made a few calls and it was done. He took an incredibly stressful situation off my hands and fixed it within a day. If I ever want to part with my new car I will absolutely be returning to Ken Shaw Lexus.

I wrote this review with not only a great experience but a story of relief. My car history is almost 30 years as a Ford and then Lincoln the last 6 years. Having some issues with the product and the dealership, i decided to take a leap of faith and sent a message to my closest Lexus dealership with a simple enquiry about any SUV's. Literally Lexus called and Michele Cormier my Dealer Sales Rep.called me back immediately. It was even after 5 p.m. On a Tuesday if i remember well. We made an appointment to see the SUV's available and talk. What a lovely first meeting, so relaxed and genuine. After 30 years of a different type of sales, it was a welcomed relief to hear the straight goods from Michele. I ended up going with the RX350 fully loaded and there was one last step. Michele accommodated me and that was she drove the model car in the showroom to my house to see if it fit in my Garage which was the only stumbling block i had left! It fit and i was sold. I ordered the car and waited the normal 2 months or so time in this crazy market for the Car. We set up the pick up appointment and it went so smooth and so professional. Calm, Informative and Exciting being explained the features of a car that i have invested a great deal in. Michele was and is the consummate Professional and I am so glad I took that leap of faith. Had been looking for a while to purchase a gently used Lexus ES 350. With no success here in the Niagara area I had reached out on line to search the Lexus dealers in the Toronto area and eventually spotted the perfect Lexus at Ken Shaw. Made phone contact with Alex Jie. Told him that I was a senior living in Niagara Falls but asked if my daughter and son-in-law who live in Toronto could view the Lexus and test drive it on my behalf. Alex even offered to drive the Lexus to their residence in Etobicoke for their inspection. Within a few days a deal was struck and after multiple phone calls and emails between Alex in Toronto and me in Niagara Falls all the necessary documents were in place. Took delivery of the shiny Lexus ES 350 this past Monday and I couldn't be happier. Alex made this whole experience as stress free as possible. This young man was most polite, kind, knowledgeable, had a great sense of humour and exhibited sales professionalism at the highest degree. I would rate Alex a 5 star sales rep and would not hesitate to recommend him to all my friends. Thank you Alex for all that you did. You are the best!

I’m beyond thrilled with my brand new Lexus 350 - and the entire experience! I first called and spoke to Alex Jia who not only answered all of my questions, but he asked me a series of questions that helped us understand what our options were and what our vision of the “perfect” car was. We exchanged a series of texts and emails and then drove the 125km for a test drive! A few days later, Alex drove up and personally delivered our Lexus! We’ve told ALL of our family, friends and neighbours and we will continue to purchase from this dealership! (Note: We first went to a Lexus dealership that was MUCH closer to our home but it was because of Alex that we bought from him. Customer Service was THE deciding factor for us over distance or price! I found an ad online for a vehicle listed on their lot.
Called and connected with Raymond who made sure ahead of time that the vehicle was still available and clean for a test drive before I arrived at the dealer.

Upon arrival I noticed the dealership is very clean. Raymond was very courteous and welcoming. During the test drive I did not feel pressured into buying the vehicle (I had already made my mind to purchase as long as everything checked out).

Raymond was very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable as I went through the process of trading in my own vehicle. All numbers were transparent and to the point: no extra warranty or upselling was attempted (I know a lot of people do not like this). Paper work and deposit was done that Friday and car was ready for pick up on Monday.

A week after picking up the car, Raymond reached out to follow up and made sure that there was no issues with the vehicle and to ensure that the Lexus we bought was exactly what we were looking for. There are not many dealerships that have employees that care as much as Raymond cared for our family so it was very appreciated!

Raymond embodies what we need for in the dealership sector as I have been through a couple throughout my days and there are some people that try too hard or do not care at all. If everyone could have the experience that I had during my purchase then I am certain everyone would agree with how I feel.

I would definitely come back to buy another vehicle from Ken Shaw Lexus if it is Raymond who is dealing with me! Thanks to Raymond and the Ken Shaw Lexus team! I'd give 6/5 stars if possible.

Just bought a used RX350 at Ken Shaw and my experience from start to end was PHENOMENAL. The store is very clean and welcoming so no complains at all there. What stands out most about this dealership is its extraordinary staff. We were welcomed with respect and professionalism, as of course you would expect in any dealership. My expectations are always high when I walk into a luxury dealership but let me tell you, here at Ken Shaw my expectations were exceeded. I had the pleasure of working with Raymond Kan. This AMAZING man was very accommodating and truly a pleasure to work with. He was comfortable to talk to, he felt like a friend more than a salesman as he kept it real with us (he was transparent, where he would say everything truthfully and honestly). He is able to manage his friendly fun personality with professionalism and respect as well, which is so rare nowadays. He definitely was NOT the typical pushy salesman that gets on your nerves and lets you make irrational decisions. We felt no pressure at all. The patience he has is remarkable. We asked him SO MANY questions about the vehicle and everything that revolves around buying and selling a vehicle. He did not sigh or get impatient with us, not even once. He answered truthfully to every question, concern and nagging comments we had. Trust me, we were so annoying, but he kept cool and professional throughout. And he would just sit and wait till we discuss and answer to him. With the number of questions, we asked and the time we took to decide for every single thing would make any salesman lose his head. But not Raymond! He spent hours just talking bout the whole process and the different options we have in purchasing this vehicle. Before delivery date, he was incredibly efficient and fast in replying to my emails and calls and helped me with everything from questions, concerns, to mistakes I made. He was just patient and clearly explained everything. On delivery day, he spent a good amount of time just explaining and teaching us the technology the vehicle had, and he literally made it so easy for us by setting up everything beforehand. He just honestly felt right throughout the entire experience. I’m super grateful in this journey to have met Raymond, who went above and beyond to help my family make the right purchase. As someone in the sales industry, my first impression wasn't a good one. I came in to transfer a warranty and while I was there, I asked the Service Dept to change a setting that can only be done at the dealership.

Instead of taking the 5mins, I was told immediately that they were short staffed and to come back another day.

Also ALL the demos in the showroom are locked. At least 2 salesman saw me tug at the door handles and did absolutely nothing. No one even got up from their seats or asked if I needed assistance.

All in all, it seemed like customer service isn't important to them. And this isn't a good sign when you're car shopping - luxury badge or not!

Oh man where do I begin? Ken Shaw has definitely surprised me with the way customers are treated. I have to admit I've been to other dealerships & have said they're all the same BUT "man oh man" Ken Shaw gets the cake.

I was treated like ROYALTY at Ken Shaw (& trust me when I say I've owned several cars & visited many dealers in my life span).

I was again very IMPRESSED by Ken Shaw when my car had a few issues from the collision department & it was promptly repaired by the Collision manager (John Bennett) & his team. I appreciate their service & they do deserve 5 stars.

Overpriced and misleading.

I got the "free rustproofing" and when I mentioned that I got that service they said we still have to charge for inspection fee. Basically I paid for you to have my car checked even though I got the "free" rustproofing.
When I went in for my appointment I had to wait 30 mins before antone saw me even though I had an appointment.
When I got my car serviced I asked how long it would take and they said about 2 hours, 5 hours later my car was finally ready and I couldn't even get a hold of the service advisor.
To be honest there's a kia across them that was way better customer service and that not that expensive

Just purchased a used Lexus RC350 from Ken Shaw, and I was blown away by the incredible customer service I received! As soon as I visited the website searching for my dream car, I was greeted by an agent who set me up with Tabish Azadah, who then gave me a phone call right away to discuss my options. I wasted no time and came in to the dealership to test drive the car. Tabish treated me like we were already long-time friends, answered my million questions, offered me beverages from the visitors lounge, and let me see what the RC can do on the road. Tabish and Simon worked out an amazing price for me that I couldn’t pass up! Thank you so much! The best part of the whole experience, is that my used car felt like it was brand new! They made sure the vehicle was in top-shape before I took the keys, exterior and interior were show-room detailed, and I waited for the nicest sunny day to come pick up my car so I could roll down the windows and blast my favourite song on the best Mark Levinson sound system I’ve ever heard. While inappropriate Lil’ Wayne lyrics were blaring through the speakers, Tabish helped me set up all the features on the dashboard while my father was just a few feet away giving us the disapproving stare. Sorry for that Tabish! LOL. Next time I’ll choose a song with no swearing. Even after driving away in my new car, the customer service didn’t stop there! Any further questions I had, Tabish never missed a call and had an answer for me every time. This is now my 3rd Lexus that I’ve owned, and this brand never ceases to amaze me with its quality. I service my 2015 GS350 F-Sport regularly here and they have all been phenomenal. My service advisor is usually Yolano and i have nothing but good things to say about him especially since he has gone far beyond expectations to provide me a pleasant experience here.

I must say though one person that really stood out with my whole experience here is Shameer (the service manager) who has been amazing and has helped me with the issues that my car has experienced. Trust me when i say this i have dealt with a lot dealerships in the past with my previous cars (BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, etc.) and no one has come close to the service that this Lexus dealership provides.

I could easily do my oil changes/brakes etc.at a trusted independent mechanic of mine but this dealership makes the experience worth it and I don't mind paying the extra cost due to this. I had an issue that was covered under my extended warranty and they dealt with it in a very professional manner without giving me any trouble. My words don't do them justice you have to experience the service here to fully comprehend what i'm saying.

When its time to buy another car this dealership has my business and i will remain a loyal customer to them because the experience is beyond anything I expected. Thank you for always taking care of me I appreciate it.

We just bought a car from Ken Shaw Lexus. Nikita Sondhi is an excellent sales person. She's very polite and friendly and listened to my requirement. The whole buying process was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

I would say I had worst experience with the auto collision centre. My car was damaged where they has to replace passenger rear door and quarter panel with the alignment with the bumper. I left my car for month. I never received the call that may car is ready even after one month. I called and followed it up. Then it was not repaired correctly and I told John who is the Service Manager. He marked the car where it needs to be fixed and Lawrence called and told me that car has been repaired. Now I am at Ken shaw and still the same issue. Somehow they dont how to fix the bumper. It has been 1.5 month still car has not been repaired.

I had an amazing experience buying a car from Michelle. She was very kind and wasn’t pushy at all. My family was comfortable talking to her and purchasing the car from her. So thank you!

At a separate occasion I went in for service, I was interested in the RC350 and at the time Dennis was on the sales floor. I had asked him how fast the car could go and he responded with “faster than you can handle” and left. I was shocked on how rude and disrespectful that comment was. I have been in faster cars than the RC350 and that just threw me off.

However I am still interested in the RC350 and will 100% speak to Michelle about it in the future.

Professional, courteous, and top quality service as always. Staff are friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. Attilio was a wonderful mechanic to have work on the car. I will definitely be returning here again.

Brought my Lexus in to the Ken Shaw Lexus Collision Centre for body shop repairs after being damaged by a hit-and-run driver.

My insurance company wanted me to bring it to a local body shop near my house but I insisted that I bring it to Ken Shaw Lexus even though it was a 40 minute drive away. I had to bought my car there as a pre-owned vehicle about a year ago.

John was the first to greet me and immediately took a look at the damage. He assured me that he will take good care of the repairs and would bring it back to OEM-like condition.

During the process while my car was in the body shop, we had to deal with issues with the insurance company and I don’t have enough words in this review to show my appreciation and gratitude for John and his team.

During the whole process, John was very patient and made sure he kept me updated on the status of the repairs even though I knew the body shop was very busy and that I was not the only customer.

Just picked up my ‘new’ Lexus back from the body shop and I am extremely happy with the workmanship and that John did exactly what he promised me he would do on day one.

Even on the final pick-up day, their body shop team members stepped up and took care of some last minute fixes that I noticed only because I am a very detailed oriented person. Nothing big but they still fixed it with no questions asked.

What I got was a repaired car that I now love even more, but Ken Shaw Lexus gained a customer and ambassador for life.

My experience with Ken Shaw Lexus has exceeded my expectations.

The level of service and time Michele C spent with me before leasing the NX300 was fantastic. She is super friendly, and patient. She really took the time to answer all my questions and really made sure I was getting the best value within my budget. I really liked how she took the time to get to know me on a personal level and made me feel super comfortable.

Tabish also went above and beyond. He did me a huge favour and picked me up when I was returning my old lease near my house and drove me back to Ken Shaw Lexus to pick up my new car in a really big snowstorm. Just the fact that he did that exceeded my expectations and shows a level of service that I never experienced before and made me feel very welcomed:)

He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered any questions I had when picking up the car.

They are both down to earth individuals and really made me feel so welcomed to the family. I LOVE my new car!
