We used Kendall cab last night and had Roy. He was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us out!

Dispatch is horrible. I routinely wait more than 20 minutes to even have my bookings accepted at 6am on a Saturday. Had multiple drivers confirm that Dispatch will purposefully make online orders build up before drivers are sent out.

Don't know the service, however called them for airport dropoff service which they have mentioned on their website, however they not provide it.

The driver showed up 5 minutes before the pre-arranged time. Pleasant and friendly service. Recommended!

Called to cancle a cab, the Opperator then got very disrespectful and hagg up in my ears! Crazy customer service! At night time 9: 16pm. Very unprofessional, don't value time, lady who receive calls don't know how to behave and talk.

Delt with kendal cab for a year straight mon-fri. Consistently would be running up towards 10-15mins late. Dispatch is very rude and will hang up on you for no reason.
Was late coming out from work 5 mins after my time call was set for. To find out the cab had already left no notification that they are waiting like a text or call. Call into figure out where my cab is and was told "better make shur that you actually out on time next time" and hung up on. Dispatch thinks they're more important then customers jobs.the cab drivers themselves are very polite and friendly people.

Very rude and unprofessional dispatch. Called to book a cab, was told the wait would be an hour which was okay and the lady hung up. Called back to confirm if a cab would be arriving for them to say they were told by someone to “f*** off” and that is why they hung up. If you don’t want business, just say that, do not put words into customers mouths that aren’t being said. Cancelled the cab and booked an Uber that rather than an hour wait only took 3 minutes.

Refused to take me from woodstock to cambridge since cambridge is far away. Very low level service

I moved to Woodstock in March 2022 and a friend recommended this cab company.
Super polite and friendly, I've had a positive experience everytime I've interacted with this company.
They understand customer service and give you realistic time frames when you call for a car.

Fast service. Friendly driver. Cost of the ride varies depending on how you pay. Cash you save about $3 instead of paying by debit or credit card.
