I called them Monday morning to book an appointment, their secretary arranged afternoon visit for me the same day. That’s impressive! It’s my second visit after their professional service last year who fixed my car’s bumper and installed new parts with very high quality. This time my car was hit by somebody’s car again in car park. The engineer carefully examined the car rear bumper and hand cleaned with some liquid, then a polish work was done inside their garage by another engineer. Within 15 minutes, the bumper scratches were fixed. So I have no reservation to recommend this Mercedes Benz Autobody shop, they are really professional, efficient and always helpful to resolve customer’s problems, Well done!

I have nothing but praise for the guys that work here. I have been here previously for an insurance claim and have got the best service ever at a body shop. So when my mom drove over a high curb and popped a body trim panel out, I knew exactly where to go.

I came today near closing and they were very accomodating and nice. Although they were super busy, the tech still took the time to lift the car and replace the broken clip holding the trim. It took only 5 minutes and they refused payment. Even though it should've costed something.

Excellent service and reasonable priced.
Was there for a bodywork with headlight and bumper replacement. As my Mercedes is a leased vehicle, so I have to be cautious. End up I found their price 5k+ is on par with another autoshop in RH that specializes in European cars. For sure I rather let the service do here, at least Mercedes recognized the shop and service, no hassle for me.

By far the most reasonable prices for pristine quality workmanship of any autobody shop I have ever used in over 17 years. They are without a doubt a hidden gem in this field and the only autobody repair centre I will bring all makes and models to have work done. Kurt is the kindest and most down to earth easy person to deal with who goes above and beyond in making sure his client feels not only satisfied but also in that the relationship is nurtured and cared for. You will truly do yourself a disservice by not popping by this shop to ask for a quote. I will not hesitate to refer all my friends and family to Kennedy MB.

Came here for a quote and process was super smooth. I met with Tom and he diagnosed the damages on my car. Turns out I needed a replacement bumper & headlight which was way outta my budget. Instead, he went back to the shop, grabbed a cloth and polish and cleaned up the area that I scratched. It wasn’t perfect but it looked much better than before and he didn’t even charge me anything for it. I don’t think I’ll be back for repairs but that was a super nice gesture and I can tell they care very much about their clients.

I had my rear bumper repaired at MB auto body. After I got the car back, I smelled a strong gasoline odour. So I contacted Kurt who is my advisor. He took the car for a spin and told me he didn’t smell anything, the car is fine. So I left. As I was driving my so to school, he said daddy I smell gas. So I took off my mask and I smelled gas as well. I called Kurt again. He offered to lift the car up and take a quick look at it again. But I know a “quick” lift up and check the bottom of the car is not gonna help. I wanted to go the service department and have it checked thoroughly. I was rear ended in an accident, so I want to make sure the car is safe to drive. The insurance company have already paid for the repair. I didn’t know MB auto body and MB are different companies. So if I want to check the car at MB Kennedy service dept, I have to pay 2 hrs of labour, which is 350 plus tax. Kurt didn’t want to pay for the fee. So I guess I have to pay to get peace of mind. The lesson learned here is I should go to a MB dealership that has both auto body and service together. I will have to go to downtown MB I guess.

Just got my GLA 250 repaired at Kennedy MB after someone backed up into my car and scratched the front driver's side fender and headlight. A claim process was handled efficiently and the staff was super professional, courteous and informative. They went over the damage the repair process and the car was ready when they said it would be. I did request some additional work to rear body trim, for some damage I had done. Their associate Kurt provided me with a reasonable quote for original Mercedes parts and we able to conveniently accommodate that work at the same time. Car look immaculate when I picked it up and the staff was able to answer some additional questions on paint colour protection and rim maintenance. I will certainly use they services if needed in the future and recommend them.

I'll say it once and gladly say it again, Kurt and his team at Kennedy MB are the best in the business and the ONLY place my family and I bring our vehicles.

They recently replaced the side mirror assembly on my CLA45 during a visit to the shop and did a quick, fantastic job. The folding mirror mechanism wasn't opening correctly due to it freezing completely during the winter months and needed to be replaced.

A tree fell on my Mercedes GLK and I had it towed here for the repairs. Almost every panel had damage (dents and scratches), as well as a shattered windshield, broken off side mirror, dented hood, etc. They told me it should take about 18 days to repair. Not only were they ahead of schedule, they did an incredible job. The car looks better than before. After going over the repairs with a fine tooth comb, I can honestly say they 100% exceeded all of my expectations. They even went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my car and followed up an hour after pickup to ensure I was happy with the repairs. I have a brand new, 6 year old GLK!

On top of this, they dealt directly with my insurance company, making my life that much easier. The car was towed to them on a Sunday, by Monday at 9am I received a call from the shop, and by noon, they had already sent their draft work order to my insurance company for approval.

The process was seamless and all over just extremely pleasant.

These guys facilitated a major front end repair on my 2015 E63S after I rear ended someone. The completed the repair in a quick professional manner. Truthfully I think it looked better than it did when I picked the car up. It was done on time and it was an easy process between them and the insurance company. I just recently had a sensor changed here and their price was second to none. I saved over $400 over going to the dealership. I would highly recommend using these guys for any Mercedes repairs that they can handle.

Had a great experience at Kennedy MB. The repair job was completed impeccably and looked better than before. Paul C was handling my case, I've got to say he provided the best customer service one can hope for and always kept me informed during the process. The interior was thoroughly cleaned which I never expected and the exterior as well the rims were sparkling clean. Again great job to all the staff.

Initially I took my car into this shop because of a claim that happened on my car. I'm usually not the type to like going to body shops because it usually means I have to deal with super expensive repairs and staff too busy to really care much about your car - just to get their jobs done and leave.

This was the ONLY shop that I felt broke all those stereotypes. I've met the most wonderful people here, from the front desk receptionists to the staff.

The body work on my car was done so perfectly, surpassing OEM specifications of the car, while adhering to all their standards. As a person who suffers from extreme OCD and want the perfectionist in my mind to be satisfied, Kurt was there to always make sure my OCD is satisfied, 150%!

After my body work, I've come back for many MANY other things including paint correction, but especially retrofitting packages onto my CLA45 AMG. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Louis as my main installer, as he does most of the installation of OEM parts on to my car, and always reassures me of fitment and security of the parts. They always come out perfect, thanks to him.

For paint work, I've had many encounters with Moe, as he is the one in charge of making sure the paint on my car is 120% shiny and glossy no matter what! Every time I see a scratch or some imperfections in the paint, like overspray or rock chip/scratches, he's the first one to see it and clean it up for me. I couldn't ask for anyone better to satisfy my perfectionism!

Finally, the person I go see on a weekly basis, Kurt Preinitsch, the most friendly, smartest and most skilled manager I've ever spoken to, which is THE MAIN reason why I can never take any of my Mercedes (or any of my friends or family members) to any other Autobody shop. There's a saying that "if you love what you do, then you're never really working. " Kurt loves what he does, is very skilled at his job and ensures that every customer he handles is handled with the utmost care. Although it may seem that he is the manager that doesn't need to get his hands dirty, to make every job perfect, he uses his many decades of experience on the many final touches of the car, ensuring that the icing on the cake is sprinkled to perfection. To this day, I always talk to him about many recommendations for a long time car owner, how to take good care of the car, and he takes care of making sure that everything installed on my car, aftermarket and OEM, are all installed perfectly with no detrimental effects on the car. If there was anything wrong with any repair, Kurt will make sure that ALL the wrong is made right, with 0 flaws, surpassing my satisfaction!

As I said earlier, I visit practically every week. All the staff are super friendly and they pretty much expect me there on a weekly basis now The extremely friendly team at Kennedy MB Autobody haven't failed me at all, and they care about my car as much as I care about my car, and truthfully, that's the best anyone could ever ask for.

I went for an estimate and didn't have to wait for too long.

I saw a women there trying to schedule her appointment but since this shop was extremely busy the appointment time was about 3 months away. She was not happy at all. However the advisor was very honest telling her that all MB owners are treated equally and the appointments are on first come first serve basis. If she didn't want to wait she could go to Vaughan or Oakville shops which the wait time would be much shorter.
