I always forget to review them here but after my dog king’s appointment today I just had to make sure I wrote it. I truly love Dr. Littlejohn, he is so patient and loving to the point my dog gets so happy to go to the vet! I’m so thankful he’s the one taking care of my precious baby, and his passion for the job will be the reason he succeeds even more in the future. All the staff here really are the kindest, so please be kind to them as well

SUPER EXCITED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW! We have been to MANY different vets in our area (and there are a lot), and I can positively say that this is the BEST veterinary hospital. We had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Eric during our visit and he was SO patient, SO kind, and SO compassionate; He handled our OVERLY dramatic Shiba Inu so well! Seems like he has A LOT of experience! Understandably, vet visits are a bit stressful but we had an absolutely AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

I have been a client at this clinic for 30+ years. Dr Littlejohn (Sr), and now Jr have taken care of many of our pets, past and present. I have always valued the compassion of the staff, especially when we have to say goodbye to a loved pet, such as we did yesterday. Thank you Dr Littlejohn for everything!

Dr. Eric is an amazing Vet. Takes time to explain and shows genuine passion and interest in our Golden Rescue dog Beau. All of the staff friendly and kind.

Movado has been seeing Dr. Littlejohn since he was 8 months old (I am the second owner). Dr. Littlejohn has responded to any concerns I have when I email and booking an appointment is always a simple process. Staff is friendly and courteous. Recommended by my sister who has been taking her dog here for 6 years.

Ive been taking my boy here for 10 years. We have always received such indescribable treatment here from Dr. Mitchel and the staff. My boy hears the word vet and wags his tail, he hears the name Dr. Mitchel and prances around and when he goes inside the clinic, he goes crazy for the ladies! We feel like family, not like patients. Our boy is going through a rough time right now, but Dr. Mitchel has held our hands and made us stronger with every step of the way. He is so attentive, caring, compassionate, always speaks the truth, never sugar coats anything and gives us options and when we need it.helps us decide.not once in 10 years, has he pressured anything on us and thats what makes us trust him and his staff. I'm beyond grateful to have found a clinic like this one where my boy feels safe, happy and comes out 10x more stronger then the last visit. It's the best community in that clinic. I always get kind and great service here. My dog actually loves coming here lol! We always start with a quick sniff around the big property. The fact that the place still looks like a house helps keep my dog calm and happy.

I will never regret taking my overly dramatic 3 year old chihuahua (Charlie) to Dr. LittleJohn. Charlie is a pretty scared boy and gets stressed out around unfamiliar people/settings. He gives trouble and is very dramatic during vet visits but this team is nothing but outstanding. Thank you to Dr. LittleJohn for the amazing work he does. He is truly caring!

Dr. Mitchel Littlejohn, is hands down one of the best vets! He is following right in his dads footsteps and providing topnotch care and giving great explanations to inform you with what is going on and how to help manage or prevent the issue from happening again. Kennedy Road vet has been our vet for 25+ years and we would not trust anyone else with our girls! Actually the whole team is amazing! Thank you for all you do!

I always feel like me and my pets are in great hands and this vet. All the doctors are very caring and knowledgeable, the vet assistants are patient and kind. Worth every penny. They are above and beyond.

Been going here for about 3 years never had a problem with the employees or anything customer service related. Customer service has declined deeply, which makes me sad, use to be way better.

NEVER book an appointment with the groomers here. Our dogs haircut was BRUTAL. We could have done a better job. Not to mention, the male groomer is terrible with animals and we would never trust him. My dog was traumatized about having her nails cut after an experience with him. It is concerning that he is still employed there. This doesn't even deserve the one star.

The vets are lovely though! This review is only for the groomers.

Dr Littlejohn (senior and junior) are amazing and all the staff is very kind and great with the animals. They are very honest and not out to gouge you.

Amazing vet I come all the way from barrie to this location because of there top level service and highly trained staff, Dr Mitchel has went above and beyond to help and educate me with my guys. Highly recommend you pay him a visit with your loved fur babies!

To a very caring team of truly compassionate humans, who love our pets as much as we do. We have been coming here for over 25 years with our many pets and now we are seniors who are heartbroken to say goodbye to our dear 13 year old Muffin. Thank you so much Eric for being so consoling. We appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. All the staff are a wonderful group of people. Now my daughter and her family bring their furry felines to the best place ever.

Exceptional service for your pets! My cat needed urgent care and surgery after swallowing something he shouldn't have, and they did a fantastic job being so accommodating and helpful on such short notice. They took great care of him and he is well recovered and feeling great!

Dr Eric has been great, you really get the feeling he cares and wants to work with you to find a solution. Our pup has always had serious allergies and our previous vet was not as helpful and took more of a band-aid solution approach. I like that Dr Eric keeps an open line of communication and we check in via email which is no extra cost. It's been a great experience so far, would recommend

Awesome vet and great staff.they treat the owner and beloved family member (pet) with care and compassion.they truly embrace their practice as a family and as a client you feel apart of that family.they take there time and explain things step by step and the love they show to my own babies is out of this world.there are not enough stars to give to such an amazing crew.

I can't say enough about this clinic. They have gone above and beyond for our pets. Staff are genuine and trustworthy. In our darkest moments, they have come through for us everytime.

Find it odd that there is no courtesy reminder call the day before the appointment. Was looking for a new vet in the area and as a potential new patient, I was not very impressed.

Had to reschedule appointment from last week as something came up, showed up today as I was under the impression it was scheduled for the same day of the week and time of original appointment only to find out, I missed it by 30 mins…. Now they are asking to reschedule for next week. My cat needs to see a vet ASAP, and emergency isn’t a bill I can afford right now.

Won’t be sending my animals here.

Dr. Littlejohn Senior and Junior are the best caring vets I've ever met. They are so amazing with animals even the hard to handle ones. They are so compassionate and very reasonable with prices. They have always been honest and I definitely highly recommended them.

Have only used this vet hospital since having my Malshi (2016). We had good experiences with various vets, there was one in 2019 (female) who was not helpful, however, we are super happy with Dr. Kwok. He was great for our guy. Very knowledgeable, gentle with our furbaby and does not try to sell unnecessary services.

Been going to this vet Dr. LittleJohn Sr for over almost 20 years. Now his son Dr. Mitch LittleJohn and his partner Dr. Eric Kwok are usually the vets running the practice. They are compassionate, well educated, caring and in general wonderful doctors/people. They are genuine in that they truly care for their fur patients. They go above and beyond. In addition, the support and office staff are friendly and very helpful. A dozen pets, several surgeries and tons of visits later, I highly recommend them for all your furbaby needs.

I've been bringing my pets to Kennedy Road Vet for 15 years. Dr. Littlejohn has always been so caring and wonderful during all appointments. Now with Dr. Littlejohn stepping back, my pets see Dr. Mitch Littlejohn and Dr. Erik Kwok (there's a 3rd vet I haven't met yet). Both have been great when handling my pets. Dr. Mitch Littlejohn was constantly available when my cat had the tip of his tail cut off in an accident. The vet techs on staff are also always so friendly and helpful. Overall, I recommend this clinic 100%.

I (we) am a first time dog owner. Needless to say we had (still have) a lot of questions. Our first visit consisted of pages and pages of questions which I was convinced was going to get us fired as a patient! Much to our surprise and delight, Dr. Littlejohn was so responsive and patient with us. We felt so comfortable with him. He and his partner not only answered ALL of our questions, but wrote them all down and emailed them back to us. It may seem like a little thing, but to us it was huge! The way our puppy reacts when we pull into the driveway says it all! We can barely contain him in the car.

Truly the best! We've had such positive experiences each time we've brought our puppy in. Our puppy has had a few health issues and everyone at Kennedy Road Veterinary Hospital has been so helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely caring! We recently started taking our cat Bella here, and quickly discovered how amazing this vet hospital is. All of the staff are very professional and knowledgable. (They all truly care) quite refreshing from my past experience with vets. My cat has been seeing Dr. Eric Kwok, she's been there 3 times now in the past year and he's absolutely a delight to deal with. He's very patient, friendly, professional but most of all quite knowledgeable. He takes the time to make and return calls, never hurries you off the phone, does follow-ups and listens carefully and answers all questions fully. I am truly grateful to Dr. Kwok for his care and patience towards my cat. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quality vet and a professional atmosphere to care for their animals. Give them a try, you will definitely not regret it.

Dr Mitchell Littlejohn has an amazing bedside manner, he is definitely taking after his dad. We had to make the most difficult decision in our lives by saying goodbye to Scotty, - our 16 year old Westie. Dr Mitchell gave my wife and I all the time to say goodbye that we needed. I cannot stress enough how much he truly cares for his patients and the guidance he offered us was deeply appreciated. Still crushed at losing my best friend but he is at peace now Rest In Peace Scotty - you had a great run, best friend I could have asked for. - mom and dad miss you!

Wonderful veterinarians & always following up. They ask relevant questions and arent just trying to rip you off.

I would just like to thank the wonderful Team at the Kennedy Road Veterinary Hospital! On Monday September 14th 2020 our beautiful cat Keeko who was 15 years old was having some health issues. On Sunday he took a turn for the worse. We requested an appointment online since they were not open on Sunday and it showed Monday was fully booked and the first opening was Wednesday.

I called first thing Monday morning and explained Keeko’s situation and without hesitation they set up an appointment for that day. Unfortunately our beloved Keeko had to be put down. Dr. Eric was amazing! Never once did he try to force unnecessary treatments knowing our cat’s condition.

With great compassion he gave us his opinion and options but the decision was ours alone. From the Receptionist who took my call to the woman who came to our car to explain what would happen next and to the others we came in contact with we thank you all for your care, kindness and compassion and a special thank you to Dr. Eric for making this very sad day bearable. We appreciate all of you!

We took our 9 year old maltipoo to Dave to get groomed and it was a great experience! Milo left looking super cute, and when we picked him up he seemed so happy, which is rare for him after the groomers! Thank you Dave, will definitely be returning!

I got a great recommendation from coworkers to bring my kitten here and all the reviews are accurate! Friendly service and great advice! Lots of care for pets and they give great advice for pet owners as well. Thumbs up, you can trust this place with all pets

I can’t express how great Dr. Littlejohn is! I have a 12 week old puppy and I feel so comfortable bringing him to this clinic. Dr. Littlejohn and his team are extremely friendly and informative and he takes his time to ensure all my questions/concerns are addressed.

I brought my dog in for a physical as she hasn't been feeling her best lately, and Dr. Littlejohn was so attentive, thorough, and compassionate in doing her examination and explaining her current condition to me. He provided me with additional info on next steps and really went out of his way to make sure that both my dog and I did not feel too anxious, despite the current situation with COVID making it hard to conduct these examinations in the first place - though I couldn't go into the clinic with my dog, he took the extra time to bring the information out to my car and go over everything thoroughly with me. My dog loved him and she is usually really difficult with vets!

They were the most caring and compassionate staff during a very difficult time for our cat, Puddles ️

I brought my 12 year old shih tzu to Dr. Mitchel Littlejohn after years at two different vet clinics. I cannot express enough that he is the best vet our family has ever encountered. He does not rush only viewing one issue with his patients, but rather takes a holistic approach and looks at the whole picture of your animal's health to provide the best quality care possible. For someone who entered the field of veterinary medicine more recently, he is both confident and humbled with his extensive knowledge in his field. Dr. Littlejohn has a calming demeanor with both humans and their pet, leaving you feeling 100% secure with your pet in his care, knowing he will go above and beyond the average vet for their health. I trust him whole heartedly and cannot recommend him enough to be your vet.

The most amazing first vet appointment with my little guy. Incredibly friendly staff, Eric the vet was phenomenal. They answered every question and gave some great advice in turn. During these hard times due to covid they still were able to accommodate us and and offer the support we needed. This will be my dogs vet for life!

I did not feel pressured to have any unnecessary tests or procedures done for my pet. He even provides his clients with consultation notes, something that no Doctor let alone any Veterinarian does.

My parents and I have been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly and willing to hear what we have to say. One time my cat peed in the car and was covered in urine. They had no problem with giving him a bath to make sure he was comfortable as well as cleaning our carrier for us.

Yesterday I sadly had to put my sweet Lexie Lou down as heart broken as we are Mitchell and staff had compassion and empathy in such a difficult time! Thank you a place where they are truly there for the animals

So happy to have found KVH! Dr. Kwok is hands down the nicest, most caring Dr. Ive ever spoken to. We are going to be using this office moving forward. The entire staff is fantastic and very caring. They call back, they answer any questions you may have, and are detailed. They are so nice! You’re never rushed and it’s not a money grab.

Kennedy Veterinary is the best vet I have been to! Dr. Eric is super knowledgeable and he takes his time. I am always happy and feel safe to leave Toby with these guys!

Dr Littlejohn deserves 10+ stars. We can't be happier with the care and genuine nature of this man. He's a breed unto his own. After a very harsh experience prior we will not be going anywhere else for our furbabies. He sat on the floor and let our anxious girl get to know him at her pace. Less than half way through she was sitting on his lap and brought tears to our eyes. The ultimate gesture of friendship accompanied by a very sweet doggy grin. We are beyond thankful and happy to see everything we hoped for at the end of our visit was a success. Our baby needs rest and she's already showing great signs of recovery just like he'd hoped. I wish he treated humans too. ️ Bravo.

Although I have not been to this clinic, I’ve worked alongside Dr. M Littlejohn and have seen first hand how good he is with animals. He is very knowledgeable and a person I would trust with any of my pets. He makes sure you’re able to understand what is happening, and does everything he possibly can for any animal that enters a clinic. He is very professional and kind.

Love Kennedy Road Vet I bring both of my boys here one dog and one cat and the Vets treat everyone like family. My boys are always treated well and are always quite relaxed when we go to Kennedy Road Vet.

Dr. Littlejohn cars about his furry patients and their human owners. I always feel like he and his team are doing all they can and the best they can for their patients. We feel very comfortable in their care.

Your pets and yourself are treated with respect and honesty. The Vets and staff really care about their patients and their families and are not just all about the money unlike other clinics in Brampton. It's very nice to meet people who do what they love.

We have been taking our dog Chance here for years. Before that our cat. Service has never been less than first class. All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. It's a bit of trek for us to get there but well worth the journey.

We’ve been taking my Maltese pup here for several years. I receive email reminders for vaccinations. Dave is our groomer and does a fine job

Staff is awesome. Indi has been here for a vaccination and also a grooming.he is a puppy and a bit of a handfull but no problems for this place. I recomend them update.got Indi back and Dave did a superior job. Indi looks awesome and smells awesome ty
