Originally I had contacted Kenneth Morgan Pools because I initially chose a bad contractor and was in a bind. I decided that in order to fix the mess created by my previous contractor I needed someone reputable and professional. This was the best decision I could have possibly made. Though it was difficult to trust again Kenneth was patient and walked me through everything. The company didn’t earn my trust by simply talking, they did it by their actions, quality and professionalism. Kenneth and his team are truly always available and make you feel like your project is their number one priority. I can’t stress enough how amazing the customer service is. My project went from a bad experience to an amazing one, which I thought was impossible. He will always answer his phone even on non-work hours, answer every question you have and will have a highly skilled team dedicated to your project that will consistently be working on your job. There are literally no wait times, the day after I decided to hire this company they were in my backyard working away.

You truly feel as if your project is the number one priority at all times even after the job is complete. On many occasions Kenneth personally follows up with me to make sure that I’m happy and that things are running smoothly. One of my favourite things about this company is the fact that everything you want will be done exactly the way you ask. No miscommunication everything is clear. They listen and value the customers needs and will provide you with exactly what you ask for.

I am writing this review because these days it is hard to find an honest, skilled and professional company especially in Vaughan. Investing in building a pool is a very expensive endeavour and if you are going to spend the money, it is best to do it right and invest in the right company. I’m also writing this review because I don’t want anyone to go through the stress I initially did. Hiring Kenneth Morgan pools on my first go would have saved me a lot of time, money and problems. Kenneth and his team are passionate and pride themselves on what they do. This shows through their work, service and professionalism. I can guarantee you that Kenneth and his team will not only meet your expectations but truly surpass them as they did mine.

We had a bit of a rush job for these guys to do some stamped concrete at our place in time for our son's third birthday party. They were incredibly responsive, and prioritized our timelines to ensure that the work was done on time, and it looks fantastic. On top of the quality of the work, we were super impressed with how responsive they were to our questions throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

Amazing! Honestly, the treated my home like it was their own. They showed up when they said they would, they did the work perfectly, and addressed any questions or concerns professionally and genuinely and did great work. You have to know that I am incredibly picky and tend to find fault with something but I have to say that the entire team was professional, responsive and easy to deal with. Kenneth Morgan and his team were extremely professional and courteous. They completed our full driveway and landscape remodel. We live in an older home, and we were worried about potential risk. Kenneth and his team were available to answer questions and address concerns from start to finish. There were several trades involved in the overall construction and Kenneth’s team made sure the work was coordinated so that there were no delays. They kept the work flowing so that it was completed in the timeframe he initially gave to us. Kenneth’s team was able to work with us within our budget and providing us suggestions and options. The results are TRULY SPECTAULAR!

Ken and his team did my complete pool and landscaping installation a number of years ago and did a great job from start to finish. The project was completed on time and on budget. Whenever I have needed him for anything big or small he’s always been there for me. I would definitely use him again for any future projects.

Ken, John, Carol, Nick, Darren and all the crew did the absolute best job with our backyard. We met with Ken in late spring expecting a quote for next year but he said he could fit us in and get us swimming this year. He is a man of his word! Carol did an amazing job with the pool, landscaping and planting design. Our backyard looks like it could be in a magazine. Everything is better than we could have imagined.

The entire crew is incredibly hard working and professional. There was a full crew of 5-10 guys working on busy days and they had our backyard built in record time. Extremely efficient! Our neighbours are still talking about how fast the process was for the build. We know of some others that started their pool construction before we did and are still not finished.

At the end of each day the guys cleaned everything up, even power washed our deck and driveway at the end of construction. They obviously take great pride in their work and it shows. The quality of the construction is top notch.

We would recommend these guys for your pool and yard design/work. You will not be disappointed. We have already given Ken’s contact to some friends. We are very detail orientated people and they exceeded our expectations all through the process. It was seamless. So happy we chose Ken and his crew for our dream backyard!

Ken and John and the entire team were able to transform my mud pit disgusting backyard into a luxury resort. The quality of the work and craftsmanship is absolutely top notch. They provide a premium product with everything done exactly correctly.
