Convenient grocery store. They now take Visa credit cards. Selection is surprisingly good considering the size of the store. And what they do carry is very good. However, don't expect anything fancy.

This store is small compared to other No Frill’s. It was clean and well staffed, but it lacks a lot of shelf space, limiting selection.

Reasonably clean and uncluttered. The staff are quite knowledgeable and helpful. However, I absolutely hate that parking lot. The turns are tight and there are a lot of blind spots

Small store, but has the essentials plus more. Some good deals. Produce section can be hit or miss. Just as a heads up, they usually close the self-check out terminals at 8pm, resulting in long checkout lines after that.

Quiet. Not too busy. All items in shock. Staff where no where to be found. Cashiers were quick and friendly.

Very friendly staff with quick, efficient check out procedures including self scan checkout. Store is always very clean and well stocked.

Its has the standard no frill vibes. However I did not find a international island. If they did have one it was incredible be small and aisle was not labeled.

Great and polite service. Great Prices. Organized and efficient especially with restrictions, didnt have to wait long at all to pay for my items.

I've been to this location many times and have had no issues to date. It's smaller than some of the other locations but it's adequate. Good and friendly service with a decent selection of products to choose from. The store is clean, organized and well kept.

Hands down the best No Frills in Hamilton. Freshest produce, friendly staff, and the biggest variety of brands and products and the shelves are always stocked.

Smaller grocery store, fairly comparable prices. Not crazy expensive - not crazy discounted, some good sales. Clean and tidy displays / store appearance. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend visiting. Especially great for when one need to pick something up quick for something your immediate meal requires

Very clean and well organized. Good distancing and Covid protocols in place. Line was long but cashiers were fast and it went quick. Good selection and stock of sale items.

You have to stand in the long line even if going to self checkout? They are also more likely to have incorrect prices than most other no frills I have gone to.

You will be in line a very long time, there are not enough cashier lanes compared to other places.tony’s always has 8 lanes at least, this place has maybe 3 or 4.basics at westcliffe has 8 also.very nice produce and organized place

Cheap and carries most groceries you need on a week to week basis but it's not a great ambiance

I just want to bring up the inappropriate behavior that I have experienced from this grocery store today. I AM MORTIFIED that I was racially profiled by your staff accusing me of being in the store prior to, purchasing an item that had a limit. I was aggressively told off by the manager that I cannot purchase the item. When asked what the reason was, they said that I was here before, purchasing the same item. I have never been in this store before. I am just baffled that I was accused, with no proof that I was here prior because they think that they saw someone who looks similar to me. I understand that there's a hoarding problem going on right now. But I think its unfair to be called out (most especially in front of other customers) just because of how I look. Threatening me that they'll be looking at the camera from now on every time I come to the store doesn't help with their case as I will never come back in this store and I would love not to spend my money on a store that doesn't have values. I love supporting local businesses, but I just lost respect to this store. I am calling out the management to please address this problem immediately.

Decent store but always out of stock on common items. Always a hit-and-miss shopping experience.

I love how fluid the experience is. You start and finish without missing anything. Clean and lot of space for physical distancing.

Since Their Renovations, Most No Frills Have Offered A More Pleasant Experience & This Location Is An Example Of That. Their Prices Are Competitive With The Added Bonus Of Being Able To Collect & Cash In On P. C. Optimum Points. They Don't Have Too Much Variety When It Comes To Toiletries In Which Case, You're Better Served Elsewhere But For Everything Else Related To Food, They're Good Enough For A Grocery Run.

Employees are always friendly, store is always clean even when there's a bunch of frenzied people trying to stock pile toilet paper and pasta and any kind of hand sanitizer. We will survive.

No flyer to view.the on-line flyer seems to be incomplete.
We tend to shop at stores who provide flyers although if we are over around the area we enjoy the store and the service. Just not going weekly as we did in the past.

I visited Paul and Adele's No Frills today.was expecting it to be a little crazy based on the current situation. Some shelves were low, but overall they still had a lot of product. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Everyone was calm, and this caused a positive affect on the customer's. It was nice to see everyone so supportive.

On the smaller side but still a fairly clean no frills with competent, helpful staff. Give them all a raise to make them happy

This No FRILLS location is small more like a large convenience store than a grocery store. If you're looking through the flyers many of the sale items in the No FRILLS flyers are not always available at this location.

Excellent service, very clean Store. *Veg's are very fresh &the Produce are Good& the Sales ARE GREAT! Staff are Friendly, most of them have nice Smiles, VeryPolite, & Helpful. Thank U ALL For Making Some of the People Very Happy. I Know MY Family & I are very HAPPY with No FriIls. My Family&I Will NOT GO INTO FRILLS on Upper James & Mohawk. It's a small cute little no frills so it may not have everything you might be looking for but it has all the regular food items and their staff are usually friendly

The produce section has fresh merchandise; the meat department has attractive product; the prices are generally good with a couple of surprisingly expensive items, but otherwise much as you would expect. The Main Failing, in my humble opinion, is due to the smaller size of the store so that they cannot offer culturally diverse foods such as would suit the Indian community. Hamilton has a fairly hefty Indian population and I happen to enjoy the occasional Matar Paneer or similar items. Obviously you can't please everybody especially with a smaller store. You can get what you need, but not necessarily what you want.

Not a large store, Terribly laid out, and shelves are stocked bare min 9 times out of 10. Staff are friendly enough but personally i would recommend going to another No Frills for better selection and stock levels.

Decent little grocery store. I spent over an hour shopping, only to be told at checkout that the debit machines had been down most of the afternoon and that they have no alternatives. This forced me, and the 3 people in line behind me to abandon all our groceries and leave.
I wish i had been told earlier, as by the time i got to the checkout, it was past 8 and most other stores had closed. Something as simple as a sign on the door saying "No Debit sorry" would have saved me time and would have still allowed me to get my groceries. Il be shopping somewhere that values their customers instead.

Good place and very friendly staff but could be a lot much better if they restock veggies and fruits properly and have few more varieties, all it takes is a visit to No Frills on Upper James to see the difference!
