I went there today to check on some parts for my vehicle. They didn’t know if they had them. I asked if I could go and look. They wanted $4.00 to go and look and if the parts weren’t there I could go to there other locations and check. What’s with the $4.00. No other wrecking yards charge for looking. It’s nice that they are close but I will drive to Standard Auto Wreckers where I have been going to for over 40 years. I can certainly afford the $4.00 but it’s the principle of the thing.

On two separate occasions vehicles were listed on the websites so I made the drive and paid the $4.00 entrance fee only to find that the vehicles are not in the yard. Kenny employees love to blame the “network problem” for the lack of courtesy to their customers.

If the systems are down, then do not list vehicles on your website. Customers make the drive to be ultimately disappointed. I’ve been trying to return a part for 2 months and the network issue is still in progress. For the astronomical prices charged to customers, one would think they would have resolved an I. T.issue by now. Step your game up Kenny.

This is not your average junk yard. Super organized & well stocked. The staff are all very friendly. Special thanks to Pauley…much appreciate your assistance. The aisle are not littered with debris or glass. They have wheelbarrows or pull carts you can use. Be sure to bring all of your tools! They have a 30day policy: keep your receipts just in case. We were able to return an item easily (thx Pauley) & got a store credit. We will be back again. The only negative thing is - head office needs to get their computers back up!

Loved this location. Clean organized and great selection and friendly staff, wish you guys were closer to Midland.

All Kenny U-Pull locations are great, and as expected, the cars are nicely organized, in the air and they provide wheel barrows for large hauls. I went to their grand opening, and the staff was overwhelmingly friendly and generous. Two staffers even brought coffee to me, that was beyond kind and better service than most luxury car dealers. Keep up the great work, Kenny Ajax! This property is great investment with lots of DIYers in this area, so it will be profitable.

I was very excited to visit the knew Kenny U-pull in ajax and I wasn’t disappointed, there was lots of variety, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they had lots of great extras for their opening day! They had a spin the wheel, food and drinks, and a free draw to enter for a chance to win prizes! I will definitely be back! One thing I would suggest is adding a tire and rim shop similar to how standard auto wreckers has!:)

We were greeted with a joyful staff, they genuinely wanted customers to have a good time while saving big on the parts they need. Bravo to the team! Hot dogs were great

It was a Great Launch of the new Ajax location, Just as Expected Friendly Team, Organized, Good selection of cars to Pull from and even got to see some familour faces from the K-U-P Newmarket location.

Great experience on opening day. Friendly staff, good prizes to win and a nice bbq to end things off. Will be a regular customer for years to come

It is a new relatively small scrap yard. So the choices are less
. But you can get the same level of customer service as other locations.

Went today at noon and wow the vehicles are in great shape! For a scrapyard its cleaner than most places. Well organized. We even came out with a hot dog pop chips and friendly staff. I will be there again soon. Finally ajax got a scrap yard. Kenny u pull rule!

The yard was full of un touched cars and trucks nice to see and the staff where very friendly definitely will be back

New location. Was there on opening day. The turn out was great. However there isn’t sufficient parking. Had to park on street with a chance to get a parking ticket. I knew what I needed to get. Had to get in and get out as quickly as possible

Very nice Cashiers. Convenient location in Ajax. Just opened up but so far this place has a nice assortment of parts cars
