I bought a window switch for twenty five bucks. The window switch never worked.i brought it back. They never had another one. They never gave me an in yard credit. This place changed 5 dollars to get in. What a joke.

Love shopping here, very organized and clean with friendly staff. Would give 5 stars but didn't have what I was looking for.

The staff here in particular is what keeps me coming back. They are all so friendly and helpfull as well as professional along with an extensive product knowledge.
I didn't get the young lady's name the last time I was there but I would like to thank her and as always Alli who is totally terrific everytime I've been there!
The electronic setup for vehicle location and the vehicle set up makes for a efficient and timely visit.
Also the alert me feature is an amazing feature!
Thanks for your great service and attitude towards me as a customer.

Disrespectful service from a lady/girl staff up front, been there twice and first time, shopping for some rims, I asked if tiers could be removed from rims, just lots of excuses instead working with me and not even informing me about a tool that is available to use by customers to remove tires from rims, then I asked if I can take it with tires, tires not good at all, she still want it me to pay for. Why that person is even working there! Second time I went there for the same reason, two guys were helping me out and it’s was down to the point with in seconds and no issues. Now that’s a service. I will never go back to that location because of that lady/girl, watch out for it!

They arrived to pick up my old car on time, the driver was super friendly, and they had the cash on hand they promised without any debate or negotiation. A+!

Dallas was a great help today! Found exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this spot!:)

GEORGE IS AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable about company policies, parts, locations…. He helped me very kindly right from when I entered the facility to the end when I checked out and was moving my picked parts to my vehicle. He even came into the yard and assisted me in grabbing the parts that I picked…
As a small body shop/mechanical repair facility in Scarborough, Kenny is lucky to have him as a member of their team! He shows initiative, kindness, and is focussed on the business as well…

All the cars are stripped and there’s nothing there to use you will just waste your gas and your time by going there.
Online page is not updated and when you called to check are the parts available the staff is saying that everything is available

Amazing staff this afternoon! We had so much fun at the Halloween event & they celebrated our win with us! ;)

Offered me $470.00 for my avalanche when I told them I had $1300 offered from another pick n pull.
They then offered $1000.00 to further insult me.
After this experience, I'm not sure why anyone would drop their car off.
Even autoworkers will pay more then these guys will for crush value.

Dealt with a lady at the front desk who helped me locate some Audi parts for me, she was very nice, courteous and genuine. Really like how they asked what car I was looking for and pinpointed me to where it was instead of scouting the yard by myself

Customer service overall was good, I only recommended you always bring a backpack for small but lighter parts a plastic bin for you loose/electric tools and grab a hand kart/wagon before going in to bring everything.

Leaving five stars so they don't penalize their employees, but their treatment of their employees is garbage and you should take your business elsewhere. Being able to sit is a basic human right and the fact that there isn’t somewhere to sit is concerning.

I called and asked how much the item cost? The girl answered 40 bucks. I came to them, found the part that I need and they say $64. I think they are cheating people. I spent time proving that she told me 40 bucks. And she just brazenly laughed in my eyes and argued that 64. What's the point of buying for 64 if a new part costs 86?

I was looking for 2011 bmw at Ottawa location I called them to put it on hold or if i can pay deposit to keep the car for me since I was going from barrie but they don't accept any payment or to transfer my call, I went all the way from barrie to Ottawa and they told me the car is sold.
This is not they way they do business.

Called in the morning and was told there was a trunk available for my Acura Rl. Only to drive from work in Scarborough to home in Whitby for my tools to drive to Newmarket for this trunk. Needless to say I was not impressed and to ad insult to injury they didn’t see fit to refund my $3 entry fee

Really a good experience, nice staff, fair prices and good inventory. I've already recommended Kenny U Pull to my other DIY friends.
