Kent Water Purification Systems

I would like to thank Kent's team! Just got water softener & drinking water purification (RO) System installed as a gift to my family and myself just during Christmas. The team i worked with Jaspreet, Amit and the installer (sorry forgot the name), all of them were very professional and expert in what they do. They even made whole process so seamless and whole job from sales to installation was very pleasant. Jaspreet was my sales guy and is just a phone call or message away and he would respond and have kept all the promises so far! Love this team of professional and wish we had many such professionals out there!

I have recently decided to install a softener and a RO in our new home. In light to the way how water is treated on the city line, it makes sense to soften the water and set a RO for drinking to reduce any unwanted elements in the water. Post reviewing the brand in the market, I found that Kent is a tried and tested product in the market for decades and holds the trusted brand in their native region. It was logical to consider their brand since the price was competitive and the team supporting are accustomed to understanding the client's need with full confidence to support their request.

I am delighted with the installation which were completed by Mr. Marek who was fantastic in the job and provided many insights on the process to educate one on the impact verses reading several sources on the internet and making a half baked judgement on it. Experience trumps over intelligence any day of the week.

Kudos to Sanmeet who has been gracious and supportive to inspect the home and provide a personalized experience in his pitch. I am happy with the purchase and hope to continue feeling like this for the next 20 yrs which I have been told the warranty is for hehehe ;-). And I plan to update if anything changes.thanks again Kent Team.)

Water softener and other equipment offered by Kent Water does not work properly. Employees are rude and service is subpar. Unfortunately I have inherited this product and I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company. Such a rip off.

Definitely I could see a great improvement in the water quality post the installation and the after sales support from Jaspreet is also impressive.

Very happy with their water softener systems. I've been using their product since 2021. Such an improvement in the quality of water. Great customer support and addresses all after sales queries. Very well managed and professionally run company with great staff.

One thing to consider when buying is to ask for a bypass valve provision if you have a back and front yard that needs watering. If you read up about this online you'll find that softener water is not good for plants or your front lawn on the long run due to salt build up. During the summer months if you have a big yard and consume lot of water this would be expensive if you consider the amount of salt consumption. I wish I had thought about this or advised back when I installed the system.

Requested a reverse osmosis installation on a Friday. Had a representative come by on Monday to show us their options and Tuesday it was installed. Good customer service with professional installation. The technician even fixed a couple of minor leaks which was appreciated. They weren't pushy and tried to sell us everything but offered what we may have wanted.

Pricing is somewhat above the competition, but in the end I decided to go with Kent water as it seems like I'll continue to get support over the years. I plan on getting a full system from Kent water within the year. I would recommend this company if your budget allows for it.

I researched many companies for water purification system, and I am very happy to find Kent. Kent has provided great customer support from beginning to end of the process. The whole team sales and technicians are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Sales Manager Jaspreet and installation technician are simply superb. Best service ever seen.

BUYER BEWARE - AMAZING SALES NO SERVICE

Great on sales and promises, shifty on service and response times, I have better luck with Culligan or another company responding to me than Kent water.

They are there everyday when it comes to making a sale but after the sale that's where it all ends.

Sad but wish they continued this to their servicing side as well, will be ripping out their system this weekend to install another one since they cannot service it in time or respond to my emails or pick up phone calls.

Our experience with Sam and the staff at Kent Water has always been fantastic.
