Kenwood Storage

Rented the storage unit 2 weeks in advance arrived with $15k worth of tools to find that they hadn't bothered to program my code into the door. Now I understand mistakes happen but the fact that they have no emergency contact information available anywhere is ridiculous. What if there was a water leak pouring on your valuables? What if the door was damaged and anyone could come in off the street and scope out what you have? What your $15k worth of tools are sitting in the back of an uncovered u-haul trailer and its Friday at 6pm and there isn't going to be anyone to help you until Monday at 8: 30am. This place might be okay if everything goes to plan but they have absolutely no customer service after 4: 30pm and weekends which from my experience is always when things seem to go wrong.

Have used their services for extended periods. They are friendly and their facility is well maintained. Excellent place to store all you valuables.
