I’ve been a kenworth customer for 20 years I’ve recently needed parts in past several months and Jason D. In parts has gone out of his way to get me the best price on parts and a few times sourced parts at a cheaper price when none were available, and has on 1 occasion went out of his way on his own time to bring me a part when the parts department forgot to ship it and I really needed to have my truck running for the next day never seen that before, These types of employees are few and far between and are the back bone of a company, thx for all you do. In the past 37 years as a driver/ oner operator I've have dealt with many people at dealership and parts stores, and in all that time I've never met anyone like Jason. This gentleman is so determined to help get you back on the road you would think that he is part owner of your truck.
I'm currently in BC.and I still call Jason when I have a dealership that says they can't get or find the part I need, He always come through.
Just today I called Inland Kenworth Langley about batteries I bought at Kenworth Vars Ontario and I was told that I had to take my warranty batteries back to Kenworth in Vars Ontario to get them replaced under warranty. Well I told them that it's a nationwide warranty and they said you didn't buy them here so you need to bring them back to Kenworth in Vars Ontario for warranty. Well I called Jason and I gave him my invoice number he looked it up and said, Give me a few minutes and I'll get this figured out for you. A few minutes later he had it all worked out and I'll be bringing the batteries into Inland Kenworth for replacement warranty.

I always have great luck dealing with Jason Deslauriers in the parts department. He is right on the ball and gets back to me right away. Even when he is on the night shift, he responds during the day promptly. He knows his stuff and is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend if you need parts to contact Jason.

I recently had a great experience working with Jason at the Kenworth Ontario. He was able to track down a part that I couldn't find anywhere else, and within just a few days, my truck was up and running again.
