It is with a heavy heart that I must give a very low review to my fellow Kenyan high commission employees.or rather one of them.last Tuesday the office of the Kenyan commission were in Toronto conducting all nessesary high commission duties.and this is were I dealt with an officer whom I later found out was named martin murithi if am not mistaken.maybe it's me me but this officer took a long time to process what I thought was an easy task while blaming the computer and internet connection and I believe he was insinuating for some form of a bribe. Am really saddened by this.i know in Kenya hio tkk is the norm in most places but by God you import it here.shame.bure kabisa.

A quick, pleasant experience. Good service, and it was nice seeing fellow Kenyans.

Flora was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was very patient with me even when I kept calling over and over with the same payment issue, spoke to me softly and was kind over the course and also assured she will assist more if needed. 5 not enough for you Flora God bless you.
