Kenzo Ramen

Staff could be a little more attentive to tables who are done eating but otherwise honestly best ramen restaurant I’ve ever been to and I do highly recommend this place it’s very very good. Get the Gyoza!

I'd just like to know why they are closed on weekends now? It seems like it's the most busy time.

I walked in on my lunch break and was immediately greated and seated with a menu. I order the king ramen, and asked for it to go, as the only downside of my experience was finding parking during lunch hour. The food was brought out ready to go in less than 10 minutes after ordering, in which time I was provided a complimentary glass of water. The ramen itself, sensational, and I highly recommend to any ramen lovers if they have not tried it yet. Kendo Ramen is the spot to go for quality ramen, and with the price point, you get what you for and then some.

Omg. This place is seriously amazing. Me and my boyfriend come here all of the time, we have tried most of the menu and everything we had has never failed to amaze us. I recommend going here 100%. Waiters are always nice and friendly and the food is served hot and fast. The only thing that I dont like about this place is that it doesnt have a large capacity, and most of the people that come there are really loud and disrespectful. Other than that, this place is a 10/10!

I am so happy that Kenzo Ramen is in London too. I have tried this chain in Etobicoke for the first time and it was a great experience. My expectations were already high after eating in GTA kenzo and I am happy that London Kenzo did live up to that expectation.
I tried Orochong which is shoyu based and Takoyaki both the times and the taste is just so perfect.
Definitely a place for my weekend binging from now on.

Has to be the best ramen around. Will definitely be back. Not the cheapest place to eat, but it's definitely still affordable and the food is amazing.

Quite a few places in London offer ramen. Few of them are good. Kenzo is one place that does it well. The broth is delicious and they carry a decent range of options.

The food is great at this place however when I have ordered a rice dish for delivery, they have sent me a ramen instead.this has happened TWICE. I don't understand.

I have tried this place now three times. I have had the 1,2 and now 3 spice level. The Tonkatsu Raman here is really good. This will be my go to Raman place. I love the presentation of the food, I love the original chopstick that is branded Kenzo this gives an authentic experience. I have not tried other Raman bowls here as Tonkatsu is my go to for Raman. The egg was not runny and the chasu was over cooked. Maybe this is their way to present those toppings. These to me do not matter too much because I care for the broth experience. Large menus and a must try for Raman enthusiasts. Thank you team Kenzo London!

The pork was very lean) not sure that it was actually pork belly) which unfortunately resulted in a very dry texture. Additionally, the ramen egg was notably hard boiled (vice a proper soft boiled egg) and did not seem to be marinated enough to add flavour to the dish. Finally, the broth was not especially rich, and lacked depth.

My friend and I were looking for a place to eat ramen in London, and being from Hamilton, I usually have so many options. Here it was limited, and even though there's a Kenzo in Hamilton, we decided to go here anyways. My experience in both places were just mediocre in terms of service, and food was a little underwhelming. Sides and chashu are delicious, but the broth just didn't feel great. Presentation was gorgeous too, though!

Delicious milky broth (tonkotsu). Noodles did not taste as fresh as I expected.

Takoyaki were large and gooey. Came in plate of 6.

Delicious ramen with the right quantity to fill you up. Loved the ambience and the staff were super helpful in helping us choose our dishes. The Katsu was great as well. Definitely worth a try.

Their service is quick and restaurant is simple with not so loud atmosphere. We tried tofu & chicken appetizers which not bad. Tried their ramen Netsu and Sapporo miso they’re good. Will visit again to try other items on menu

Pretty good food. Enjoyed Orochong and Miso, I also ordered the tonkatsu and felt it was a bit dry, however the sauce help a bit with that. Overall the food was pretty good

My husband and I had a great experience here. The food was lovely and so was the customer service. We had a great conversation with a server named Nic who was super helpful and friendly. Overall, it’s a 5/5 and we’ll definitely be back.

The food was pree good, broth was flavourful, only thing is the price of appetizer, I got takoyaki which was 13 dollars for reference the ramen was 16. Otherwise I thought the ramen itself was good, comparable to some dt toronto restaurants

Service was horrible, after making eye contact with the workers many times they still didn't take order till they were waved down. Appetizers were good tho.

Every time I go there with the family I am not surprised!
Their food is so good and never disappointing. I am not the type to try 'different' foods, but hands down the best Ramen I have had so far.
Their chicken karrage (sorry if misspelled) is so good, the big pieces have juicy chicken inside while the small pieces have a satisfying crunch factor.
It is always busy so make sure to phone ahead if you have a larger group, (more than 4 ppl.) They also have booster chairs for young ones.
The parking is a bit annoying, but there are lots of decent spots in the pay to park areas a few blocks away as the restaurant is right downtown. Maybe a 5-10min walk from parking to the restaurant, also their bathroom situation needs some attention and it is down a bunch of steps to their basement area. (So not very handicapped accessible.)
The staff make up for it by being so courteous and very helpful when explaining food items. The food always come out hot and smelling devine! If you are ever in the area stop in! Also they offer take out, so anyone can order.

Good rice, good ramen. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The food making times was fast and the taste of foods are good for the price. I consider this place a weekly stop for a ramen at Downtown area.
Pros: Good atmosphere, nice staffs, great amounts of selections
Cons: Eggs are hard boiled, Chashu is somewhat more chewy than other places.
