Kenzo Ramen Spadina

I love kenzo and used to eat here at least once a week. Today, I ordered tonkotsu ramen through Door Dash instead, and they barely gave any noodles. So beware if you decide to order out from this restaurant. You'll barely finish your food when you dine in; however, you'll be left hungry if you order.

I came here a few times with friends and ordered a different bowl of ramen each time. They've consistently tasted good each time I went. The Takoyaki was also very delicious.

After our favourite ramen spot closed this year, we're so glad to have come across this shoppe!
The food was flavourful and very satisfying, and the portions were generous.
The staff is very pleasant, and were very mindful of our allergies.
The atmosphere is really cozy and relaxed, too. (We could have sat there longer to relax!)
Hope your experience here will be as good as ours was.

Fast and friendly service with some decent ramen. I actually enjoyed the veggies the most from the ramen.

Best miso ramen is Toronto! You must try it. Broth is so flavourful. Just a wonderful place.

But I didn’t like the Takoyaki. I barely tasted the squid inside. The ramen is good though! (Every flavour)

We absolutely love love love Kenzo Ramen Spadina and come here whenever near the downtown core. The service is always so pleasant and the food is absolute delicious. Cannot wait to come back and bring some members of my family who have not tried this type of cuisine, new experiences here are always the best and we continue trying to relive our first time when we discover this quaint little location. Really? $23 for a bowl of ramen? Why would anybody ever go here instead of a place like Ajisen which is the same quality and half the price?

Been coming here for over 10 years and it's still one of my favourite ramen spots in the city. Absolutely love the place!

Super cozy atmosphere with couches and pillows. The ramen was delicious! We got the spicy charsu and the king of kings ramen. Have been visiting a handful of times already!

I love Kenzo ramen.
I have been eating ramen here since 2007.
Taste better than other ramen in the market.
Normally went to Dundas Street location but now closed down.
So I come to this location instead.
Always have King of the King ramen.
From $9.99 now $19.99 but still good taste and great portion.

The pork Katsu donburi was sooooooo good and hearty. Crispy meat Savoury eggy sauce. Topped with alot of interesting fresh flavours.

The side salad wasn't just some dry head of lettuce either. It had a nice lemony citrus dressing that really complimented the stronger richer rice main.

I know this is a ramen place but I do recommend the Katsu donburi. 5/5.

Ordered over phone for pickup on a friday afternoon. High quality service with speedy preparation of food.

The ramen was good. Adequate spicyness and salt was added. The creamy vegetarian ramen was quite milky. If you don't like creamy food its not for you. Netsu rame with chicken was great. Thin soup with Adequately spiced. The portion sizes were also very reasonable.

The tofu was sweet and on the raw side. Which was perfect qith the sauce it came in.

Yakisoda had good ratio of vegetables to noodles and meat. The taste was more on sweet side compared to savory. Portion sizes were great.

Service was amazing as well.

Not bad. Tender pork slices and noodles. Salty and greasy pork soup. Just the right amount of fresh veggies and a perfect soft-boiled egg. The price was a bit high for this portion of food. The noise level in the restaurant was high so I could not focus on eating my ramen, particularly because of the bubble shop next to the restaurant grinding the ice and the staff who abruptly handled the furniture. Overall, it was not bad, but not so special.

Used to be my favorite ramen place 7-8 years ago, but the quality has gone way downhill and every other new joint seems to be doing a better job, I'm sorry I miss the good ol' Kenzo and so does bud lite!

The ramen here is pretty good, but not the best I’ve had in Toronto. The service is great though - really attentive and friendly. Their prices are also pretty good. The wasabi peas as an appetizer is a nice touch:)

My favourite ramen shop in the neighbourhood. I work in the area and am always thinking of this place and their hot noodles when the weather is rainy. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is clean which are important to me.

Would give 4.5 out of 5. Cozy ramen place. Complimentary water and took our order quickly. Ordered Yakisoba on sizzling plate. Very tasty. Just pricey for what we're ordering. Need to try other ramen to get a better feel.

Let's start with the broth - a crucial element of any good ramen. At Kenzo, it's decent, but not the kind of thing that will make you write a love letter to your soup bowl. It's definitely flavorful, but not quite as rich and complex as some of the city's top contenders.

The noodles, on the other hand, are pretty good. They're springy and have satisfying chew that'll make you want to slurp up every last strand. And the toppings are solid - from the tender slices of pork shoulder to the crunchy bean sprouts, everything is well-executed and tasty.

But here's the thing - when it comes to ramen in Toronto, the competition is fierce. There are places that take things to the next level, with broths that simmer for days. And while Kenzo is certainly a decent option, it's just not quite at that level.

Best price for real bubble tea (mango Earl Grey _real mango bits and brewed earl grey) and a bowl of ramen. Netsu is my personal fav. A bit salty but these days everyone needs flavour I guess. Fast and efficient and then you can walk along bloor! What better way to spend the day.

2 Yumz Up! Delicious Japanese cuisine with friendly & polite staff. We come here anytime we have work in the downtown Toronto area and highly recommend Kenzo Ramen Spadina to anyone who craves an authentic experience! Will be back again soon!
