I did my micro blading with Megan here and the service was amazing. Megan takes care of the clients needs as always.

I love my Henna Brows, everybody around me liked them as well. The staff seems very friendly and the place was clean. 100% recommended.

Caution: I’m a 34 y/o female, white, medium brown hair, no hormonal or thyroid issues, and this laser hair removal did not work for me!

I paid $1400+ for 13 sessions and *I still have to fully shave* both my underarms and Brazilian, plus having to deal with ugly spotty regrowth.

The techs did not all have the same skill or techniques, and only 1 or 2 were actually thorough towards the end of my treatments which was too late.

I would recommend going to an actual laser clinic for better results.

Honestly so sad. I asked my brow girl to make my eyebrows straighter and she made my eyebrows so thin and arched.and it's right before my birthday.even though I paid for the mapping and the mapping looked good but I don't know what happened.usually I have a very good experience but this.just ruined my whole birthday month.one eyebrow is way thinner than the other one lol.

Unfortunately, very poor customer service. I booked an appointment one week ahead. I arrived there 20 minutes early and nobody told me that the technician who I booked my appointment with originally was sick and was not working that day. At the time of my appointment, a lady who I found out later was another technician, asked me to take a seat to start my requested service.
If I had not ask her name I would not know that my technician was sick and not there. I want to emphasize that I chose this business particularly based on the sample of work of the original technician. I would have appreciated being informed of the situation earlier that day, so I didn’t have to drive during rash hour in downtown. And if not that, at least a heads up when I arrived there. So I would not sit there 20 minutes. The irony kicks in when you check their policy for the being on time for appointment and cancellation. You need to pay 50% penalty if you cancel in less than 24 hours or show up 10 minutes late. But if they can not make the appointment no communication of any type about the change or not even a simple apology. I totally understand that a sick employee should stay home and it’s their right and I am happy they did. My main disappointment is about the lack of communication with and respect for the customer.

Worst experience ever. They people don't care about customer satisfaction, just the money making business.
They will schedule you with untrained staff who even don't know to do laser properly and then rush out the things just to leave early. I had my appointment till 7, but the girl started saying at 6.40 only, i won't be doing your hands as I have to cleanup for tomorrow. If my slot is booked till 7pm, i should get my services till 7. I have paid for the services and this kind of behavior is not acceptable.
I had my 4 sessions with them and the results were so poor. Hair growth is still the same. When I tried to contact them on Instagram, nobody responded. But if they need payment from you, they will call you many times.
I paid them extra but now she is not responding and booking my appointment for the remaining sessions
I won't recommend anyone for this salon. My friends who got their services here, i am gonna ask them to review this salon

LIFE CHANGING. I have been looking for a brow girl for 4 years. Anna here hand tweezed my eyebrows for 30 min to get them symmetrical.every place I've been either made one too thin.short, crooked but ANNA fixed my brows and made them as symmetrical as possible! I'm soooo happy and will be coming here from now on forever!

Shoku is amazing! My Mom and I both saw her for brow shaping, threading, and tinting. It was my Mom’s first time with her, and I had followed her from a different brow studio because she is so great! My Mom has very difficult brows (light blonde, no shape, and lots of random hair growth). Shoku gave her such a beautiful shape and the tint was beautiful. My brows look micro bladed after I see her and I just love the care and attention, and gentle touch she provides. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Kereshmah since 2019 for my eyebrows (threading/waxing, tint/henna, and lamination) and for laser hair removal. I have never had a bad service - all the technicians are extremely talented and professional. Highly recommend!

I was really excited to try this place, but my eyebrows turned out a lot thinner than I wanted and also thinner than the mapping that was done on me when the service started.

I did my eyebrows (map - shaping & tint) with Shoku, i loveee the look. She did everything exactly as I asked. She was extremely professional and knows what she is doing. Next time I’m going for lamination

I recently had my microblading touch up done, both sessions were done from Meghan. I was skeptical at first since it was my first time, however I was grateful for Meghan, and how patient she was with me and answered all my questions and concerns that I had. End result: i love my brows, they look like my original natural eyebrows that I had.

Kathy did an amazing job on my eyebrows! I had grown my eyebrows for some time, and she was able to map and shape them perfectly!:) super happy and satisfied with her service!

Kereshma Beauty is the only salon I truly feel confident to get their lash and brows service, it is worth the drive! Staff are really nice and friendly, the environment is always calm and well-maintained. I have visited their Balmuto location several times to get lamination, henna and lash lifts - Megan is really nice, understands the client’s need and does a great job with amazing results. Really happy with the results today, thank you!

I get my eyebrows threaded every two weeks by Meagan. She is truly amazing at what she does. 5 stars all the way! I highly recommend this salon!

My first time ever getting my eyebrows done by someone professionally, got the Lavish Brows service with Anna which is very nice, friendly and courteous, this location is very convenient for the ones that don’t drive and it’s very clean.
I walked out very happy with real looking eyebrows (mine are very thin and no tails) but unfortunately just lasted like 5 days? And yes, I followed the instructions and I have no oily skin.
Anna also suggested to try Henna and I’ll give that a try next time to see if it s actually my skin/hair type or not.
I give 5 stars because the service was great and I would recommend this place.

I've been getting my brows threaded here since I moved to Toronto in 2019, and they are truly the best! Shoku has done my brows the last few times, and she's been wonderful. She's great at cleaning up my brows while keeping their natural shape. Love this place!

Really wanted to love this place as its so convenient and had a great first visit, however my second two visits were with a girl named Shoku who really doesn't pull the skin taut when she waxes, making it much more painful and taking several more coats to get the hair out (did full face each time). The place itself is very clean and everyone is kind and professional, but if I were speaking to a friend I'd tell them to be careful which esthetician they book. I've switched salons now to Waxon in Yorkville due to the last two experiences.

I have done Henna eyebrows with Megan several times and loved her work so much, that I finally took a plunge and gone for microblading. From the initial consultation to the actual appointment, Megan was attentive, answered all my questions, and made me really feel at ease about the whole thing. The procedure took about two hours and was not painful at all. The end result was so worth it - Megan has an impeccable eye for shape and symmetry, and her attention to detail and desire to make each client look and feel the best has truly come through in the final results - they are amazing! If you are thinking about microblading - Megan is the best artist in town?

Meagan was my brow artist she paid precise attention to my eyebrows, shaped and mapped them the best way possible for my eyebrows to look natural. I would recommend Meagan 100%

I got my eyebrows done by Megan December of 2021. Absolutely loved them. I went back after a month for a touch up and they looked fantastic!

Went back this year for my one year touch up. I didn’t have to. They were still great, but I wanted it a little bit darker. Megan does a really good job of listening to what you want (shape, thickness, how natural you want it to look). She offers you her suggestions on what would suit you based on your face shape and your brow bone. She takes extreme care to make sure the process is as painless as it can be and she pays attention to the small details (which is what you want when it comes to your brows).

Don’t be shocked at how dark your brows are after the session. It will fade into a more natural colour after a little bit. Follow the aftercare instructions she gives you and your brows will last you a really long time!

I’m new to Toronto and was on the lookout for a new eyebrow lady. I came across this place from tiktok and I went to their new location (finch and Yonge) where Kathy is. She is wonderful has great skills and has such a calming vibe to her. I did eyebrow mapping and shaping and she asked me before hand what I was looking for and she didn’t disappoint. Would definitely recommend!

I have never had my brows micro bladed and have never been a fan of thick fat brows that look good on many but sadly not my face. As a result, I was very apprehensive of getting them done, all I wanted was to make them look a bit fuller with some of the gaps slightly filled in. I had a consultation with Megan (after I checked out her work) and I had done henna brows through her once so that gave me an idea of how the fuller brows would look. She comprehended very well what I wanted and did not try to persuade me to get them done any differently. When I booked my appointment and met her I asked her a gazillion questions again and she patiently answered and was very straight up with me. She took her time with the brow mapping and showed it to me before starting with the microblading, which took about roughly 2 hours or so. I’m currently a week and a half old and they are healing well and seem to be on the right track of getting to the stage they need be at- eventually I have to go for a touch up after they have healed completely but I’m actually very happy with what I see. No slugs on my face!
I did reach out to Megan again when they had started to scab and she was very responsive and helpful. If your a first timer like me, please do your research and definitely go to Megan - who listens to you, not just hears you!
