Brian was very kind, generous and accommodating when I needed to use a dog wash for my foster dog. The facility was clean and easy to use. I’ve also always enjoyed using the drive thru car wash there.

Didn’t clean my car completely, also their credit card payment NEVER works. It’s basically cash only. Owner was there but couldn’t do anything.

Decent Carwash, though the Touchless doesn't do the best job at getting your car dry. Then again, what touchless does? Introduction of credit card payments is good, but adding debit would being it up a notch for convenience.

Automatic car wash works well and the price is fairly reasonable. Free air for tires is great! Great service.

Normally I wash the car myself but the last 2 times I went through the car wash, and for $14.00 I was pretty disappointed. Front of car still dirty as was the lower back of the car

Always a great experience. Automatic touchless washing machine. Brush free so no worries for scratching your paint. Good value for money.

Never go to this place. I don’t know what chemicals or acids they use in their cleaners but it destroyed the clear coat on my 370z custom $6000 wheels. Now I need to go get my wheels refinished and powder coated just from simply rinsing my car here.

Nice clean and reasonable prices to clean your car wash/vacuum, even take your pets they have a pet wash for your pets also.

For being an self-operated wash I always receive amazing customer service. The owner is super helpful and understanding on top of that he runs a great business, easy to use and so many options for your wash to ensure a great final clean!

A great coin carwash that's definitely a 10/10. There is often a line up for their washing bays but it's worth the wait. We can clean our vehicles with $4 at a coin wash which is awesome. I have been using coin carwashes for decades and Kerman is one of the very best. There is a generous amount of soap provided from the soap brush with a large high quality brush that easily takes the dirt off. There is another coin carwash closer but Kerman is well worth the extra 2 minute drive! Best coin wash in Grimsby hands down.

We love Kerman Car Wash. The owner is very helpful when it comes to any issues that may arise. Wash bays are kept immaculate and the price is great (with an awesome payment system that makes it SO easy). All we need now is some cinnamon-scented triple foam and you'll have a 5-star review!

Automatic car wash used. Liked the option of using the app and getting bonus funds for depositing, useful if your a regular.

I have been using Kerman for quite a few years. I drive from Smithville for this purpose as we don't have a car wash up here. I have always been happy with the result, but not today!
Clearly, the power washer in the touchless car wash that cleans the lower part of the car was not functioning!
I was very disappointed to return all the way back to Smithville just to see dirt all over the lower third of my car.

I like the convenience of not having to get out of your vehicle to pay for the service; you drive up, pay for the service and if the wash is available, drive straight into it. There were no long lines either.

I also think you get a better wash here than the ones at the gas stations. My only issue is the drying. I did not get a good dry. A lot of water was left on my vehicle. I had to get out and use a cloth to finish up. I wouldn't say I like that aspect of a car wash.

Overall it was a good wash besides the drying mentioned for the price paid, much lower than the gas stations.

Fantastic, used the dog wash after are 2 dogs got sprayed by a skunk, place is fabulous, the wash was great for the dogs. Real affordable too. Thanks kerman wash! I wish there was more places like this!

Amazing touch less automatic car wash. My car is sparkling clean! I was having trouble with my app but Brian was quick and responsive and helped me out. Would highly recommend this car wash to anyone!

A pretty decent car wash. I love the app for phones to pay for the coin op wash bays. So easy to use.

Excellent brushes, love the credit card payments, and I forgot my shammy; but luckily they had dispensers for high quality ones. Will for sure come back

Always love going to Kerman.only thing that I would add gjo is they should get the air dryer hose for the car wash booths. I think if they add that it would make it so much better

Loooove this place! My dog haaates baths and is so difficult but thus place is set up really nice and I take him here every time! Car wash is awesome to! Clean place. Well taken care of!

Open 24 hours allowing me to go and take care of my car whenever I need to. Very clean with lots of options and apparently now offering an app however I have not yet tried it.

This is the best carwash business I have ever been to or heard of period! Not only are their prices right, their services and equipment are high quality but it’s their level of customer service that is unheard of in the automated car wash industry. I had an issue with my wash where the automatic premium wash could not get all the residue off my vehicle (I live in an area with construction dust and debris everywhere all day) the gentleman who I called (presumably the owner) did everything to make sure I was satisfied by giving me another wash and another bay cleaning in order for me to remove all the residue on the car. Will continue to bring them my business and recommend them to all!

Kerman Carwash is the best. Alot of time for your money and the water is warm. I do miss the man that kept the traffic flowing. He was always so helpful and friendly. Alvin needs to return to the wash!

The do-it-yourself car wash is good. Machines are quite well maintained and price is reasonable if you hustle. Vacuums are standard issue and you can get most debris cleaned but don't expect it to pick up anything that is even slightly stuck to the floors.

Would have given more stars if it was just a do-it-yourself car wash. The touchless car wash is reasonably priced but the wash is not good. At the end when I went through the dryer, it blew all the dirt and grime that the wash didn't get from underneath the lip of the top of my hatchback all over and it ended up dripping down the rear windshield right to the bottom of my car. Plus, it took 35 minutes in line (there were maybe 5 or 6 cars ahead of me).

I was a little disappointed. It's a car wash so I'm not expecting a life changing experience but I do expect my car to be completely clean when I exit the wash.

As you are exiting the wash, the large exit door drips dirty water onto your clean car, leaving dirty streaks. And the dryer is inadequate for a large SUV from my experience.

I'll still use it because it's conveniently located and fairly reasonably priced, but I had to hand dry my car afterwards.

Huge line for drive thru, so I self washed in a bay. $3 per session goes by a little fast. Expect $9 total if you want a good wash. Nice, clean and friendly staff.

Best carwash! The attendants there are hilarious too! You can do a drive thru wash or self wash. The self wash moves quite quickly, the automatic wash takes foreverrrrrrrr if there's a few cars in front of you

I had a great experience at this car wash, the owner is a very nice and professional man. He was nice enough to take the time and make sure I was satisfied with my car wash. He educated me on how to get my truck the cleanest and it was completely genuine. I Will be a repeat customer

Pretty awesome! So easy and contact less! The best thing it is 24hrs. I went around 11: 30pm and it was amazing 10/10 will be back.

Always clean, plenty of wash bays AND a private dog wash room (one dog at a time). Will always make the trip to come here when we need both a car and dog wash.

I was on my way to pay for air at a gas station when I saw the "free air" sign. Filled my tires and got a great car wash too

Good place to wash your vehicle or your pet. Yes it has a pet washing station there. Wash your vehicle by hand or drive through brushless. Better prices than most places.

I dont live in Grimsby but on my way home from work in Hamilton it's super convenient to pop off the QEW & in 2 minutes I'm there, 10 mins later I'm back on the Q. E.

Great wash! My only suggestion is to post how long the wait is per car. It was my first visit and I didn't know what to expect.

Easy access. App is great- dont have to carry change with you just add MC/VISA/PAYPALL to the account and control from your phone!

We Love taking all our business vehicles here to be cleaned. The automatic car wash works great. Brian and his team always keep this place neat and clean. He has been updating this place. New asphalt, new lights. Great services. You can hand wash or use the automatic wash. You can even use their dog wash. Vacuums even free air to top up your tires. We are here every week.

Usually very busy cost me 700 to wash my car but it was very dirty. I haven't tried the drive thru car wash yet. That is credit debit or cash. The bays are cash only. Loonies and quarters andntoonies only. There are some rude customers that wait by the vaccines when the bays are full. They steal the bay before you can get there even tho you have been waiting longer. That sucks.

Convenient location. Wash doesn't always get the back of my car. It is brushless and that's probably why parts were missed. Very friendly people running this business.

Great car wash in town. Touchless available as well as 8 bays, several vacuuming stations and even a pet wash! My go to any time our vehicles need a cleaning.

Good access, plenty of vaccuum stations. The auto wash is enclosed and a line will often form especially on weekends. The app is easy to use. My only suggestion is a dryer for the self service bays like the competition has in another location.

This is a well run carwash. Equipment is maintained and works like it should, and the place is always kept clean!

Parking lot needs some work. Like using the app for the coin bays!

I like the fact that it is touchless car wash. Gives a clean wash. Price is not too high as well. Would have given a 5 star of the dryer performed well. Dryer time is too less compared to other car washes

This car wash as well as the owner and maintenance staff are outstanding! I took my show car there early this morning to wash it. To my surprise they also had very powerful vacuums as well as shampoo and spot cleaner for carpets and seats! Thank you for providing the best equipment to get my car ready for the show today. I spoke with one of the maintenance staff, Percy, who was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be going back when I'm in the area. I highly recommend this car wash to everyone as the bays are super clean, the automatic wash does a very thorough and complete clean as well as dry. I was also very surprised to see the owner had posted his personal number in various areas of the property, urging customers to contact him 24/7 should they have any issues. That as well as the cleanliness goes to show to the owner and staff care tremendously about the customers that use these facilities. Great job and keep it up!

Excellent price with lots of options including a dog was station that offers all the tools and supplies available for purchase at reasonable prices.
