The superintendents are breaking and entering into apartments, cars, and lockers. Lock your doors and install cameras. They have a cousin in the building who is helping them with a lot of this. I am not sure who calls them Mama & Papa, because everyone hates their guts around here.

The superintendents broke into our lockers several times. They keep our lockers locked except for a few hours per week, so they have plenty of time to do what they need to do. They aimed mostly for tools, as they don't have a tool supply from the management, but they also grabbed everything else of value to them. Their cousin who lives in the building helped them.

The superintendents got their grandchildren to write positive reviews. Unfortunate. No one is happy in this building. Superintendents are 80 and 92 years old, they have had a disability permit in their car for over 2 decades now. What can they possibly do around here? They should be in a nursing home.

I've been visiting my grandparents for years here and they always talk about how grateful they are for John and Nair, the supers of the building. They treat the building as if it's their own and seem extremely friendly. I can't believe they're still working and it's a testament to who they are.

I have lived here for 5 years, and I love it! Anytime I needed anything done, Papa John was there. And for all the people who are so rude to this man, should be ashamed of themselves! He might be strick, but that's what keeps the bad out! They are the best superintendents That I know! Keep up the great work Papa John, and Mama Nair! And this is one tenant that is so grateful to them, and all that they do here! You would never know their age by their energy-efficient work ethics here! True and loyal! Is who they are! And the management will never find another best supers like these two special ones! TRUE STORY BASED ON FACT!

Would give negative 0 if I could. Worst company ever. Don't rent from them.

What is wrong with this superintendent? HE HASN'T BEEN WEARING HIS MASK SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE PANDEMIC! Who does he think he is? No, he is not exempted, because his wife chases after him to remind him he should have one on his face. He is just old and senile, but the management keeps pushing him to stay. Forget about coming into apartments without your mask. You will be reported to City of Oakville for breaking the bylaw constantly and on purpose. Your age is not an excuse.

Absolutely horrendous place to live, building is completely falling apart, no emergency lighting in staircase, lighting throughout the building is completely outdated, no lighting at all to see in the parking garage, the bugs are terrible (cockroaches, bedbugs), elevators constantly skip floors when you press your floor number, elevators are always broken down and never fixed, smells like rotting fish cooking all the time through the vents, "ELECTRICAL IN THE APARTMENTS ARE COMPELETY UNSAFE" This building is severely unsafe and cant believe the building hasn't had an extensive fire yet, the pipes in the building backup all the time with raw sewage into the sinks and tubs, overall this building is completely unsafe and severely outdate and needs a complete over hall which will never happen with the amount of times it has change property managements. I DO NOT SUGGEST EVER RENTING HERE. Also on a side note the building supers are extremely rude and arrogant towards the tenants and think that they own the building themselves harassing's tenants constantly and causing many problems with them in their on apartments.
