Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to wait too long to have my X-ray done The X-ray technician was very nice and friendly too. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. I would recommend Keswick Advanced Imaging to anyone living in the Georgina area.

I had an appointment with this place! It was well taking care of me. They call me on time when I arrived 10 mins early and the ultrasound technican was good and she did her job well but to give a feedback about the x-ray technican to improve his soft skills and manner, he should learn how to say "please", "Thank you", "you're welcome. " Apart from that receptionist are so helpful and easy to communicate. Thank you

My 5 yr. Old had an ultrasound this morning. MIKE the technician was very nice, explained to my child everything he was going to do before doing it and made us both very comfortable. Front Desk staff is always very pleasant to deal with as well.

I can't tell you how much I love this place! The staff are warm and efficient and the technologist is empathetic, thorough, and highly professional. I've been there a number of times over the years and am very appreciative of their service.

KAIC was able to set up an appt for knee x rays and ultrasound quickly. Results were processed and sent to my doctor quickly as well.
I only waited a few minutes before I was called in. Staff are efficient and polite.
I got a bit confused by the change rooms and hallways at the back, but found someone to help my find my clothes after my diagnostics!

I have had nothing but good experiences with all of my many visits to keswick advanced imaging center. Wait times have always been pretty reasonable, quite quick for 95% of my visits actually. It's a very clean and well organized establishment, I have not onesingle comolaint to Beverly very honest.the re wptikm and the ex Ray and ultra sound technicians are exceptionally friendly and gentle etc. It's a pleasurable experience as far th8ngs as such go I must say
I highly recommend using the Keswick Advanced Imaging Sevices. As well as thier Dyna Care blood work center that is provided inside the same center. They are also very friendly amd gentle etc.

Had a great experience. Receptionist and technician were great and friendly. Took only 20 minutes in and out to do the ultrasound.

I barely sat down before i was called in for my appointment. My technician was super efficient and completely professional. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I was in and out within 15 minutes. 2 thumbs up!

(Un) fortunately I had a good and a bad experience on the same day at this clinic. I'm having a check up and needed to do several tests. As the lab closes earlier, I took the blood test first, but I have a phobia of syringes and I faint when I need to do a blood test. So I had to do the collection lying down, the person who came to collect it was extremely careful with me, very professional and realized that I was in crisis and took me to a room to do the collection lying down. I kindly asked someone else to help me and she promptly called Kay, who is at the reception, both were excellent throughout the exam, very attentive and professional, this was without a doubt the best ceta I've ever had, not to mention that The professional who collects the blood is very experienced and has a very light hand, they encouraged me throughout the test (because I wanted to give up and come back another day) so with their help and excellent service I was able to take the test. When I switched to the ultrasound, the doctor was also very polite and professional. However, unfortunately, when I went to do the X-RAY I had the worst experience that anyone could have in a clinic, the RX technician was extremely bad-tempered, she mumbled her words in such a way that it was impossible to understand what she was saying and why several times I asked her to repeat what I should do, she very brutally grabbed my leg and showed me what I should do, at the end of the exam she stayed inside the isolated room and shouted from there that I was released. I left the room very upset with total rudeness and without any guidance on what to do or where to go, I deduced that I had finished my exams and started walking through the corridors wearing an apron and not knowing which way the locker rooms were. BAD SERVICE AT THE X-RAY I WILL NEVER GO BACK and I will definitely let everyone I know so that no one goes through this as I did.

I had an amazing experience at KAI for my 8 week ultrasound. The front office staff were incredibly accommodating and sweet. The ultrasound tech was very kind and polite and showed my fiance and I lots of our little one to put our minds at ease.

Unprofessional technician. Confused and rude. Eastern European woman with black hair and glasses (Emilia I think) room 2, is so rude, No greetings. Started doing an entirely wrong ultrasound when the requisition stated something else. When she realized she got it mixed up, she was trying to pass the blame on me. She scolded me for not drinking water when I was specifically asked not to drink water when I made the appointment day before. She insisted on completing the wrong one even when she realized that she has started the wrong one.and then blamed me for wasting her time when she is the one who got it all wrong. She was so angry, she never finished my session properly. I am disgusted. I just hope my report is not messed up.
I hope management take action around these lousy people who has no common sense, basic communication skills or ability to accept their own mistakes. We patients made the Guinea pigs when they are don’t know what they are doing? Are we supposed to double check whether they are proficient enough with their work or just blindly trust them?

I needed an X-Ray done so I came here. The staff were kind and friendly. The office was immaculate. The technician who did my X-Ray was very helpful and answered my questions about the process. The best part was they booked me with short notice.

The office is clean and smells fresh one of the things I look for with medical offices. The staff were quick and friendly. They explained the images very well and explained what they were doing as the session progressed: D
