My experience coming here is nothing short of amazing! Michelle, Marielle, Kristy and literally all the staff are so friendly! My 4 kids love our visits and their confidence going to see the dentist has grown to a positive one! (We had a horrible experience at a different kids dental office!) We had a bad experience with this dentist. They were not honest as they said they would fill my son's tooth, but instead with out communicating this to us put a cap on his tooth. We received second opinions from other dentists that a filling would have been sufficient. The biggest issue is the lack of transparency and communication in dealing with this dentist. If they decide to change what was agreed, they need communicate this change. We do not recommend this dentist for the lack of communication and honesty. There are better options.

Wonderful office. Very professional staff. Michelle Thompson was amazing to work with. And Janice did an excellent job getting my teeth clean. Glad I picked this office for my dental journey to healthy teeth.

Best Dentist in york region! The whole team has great customer service. My daughter use to hate going to the dentist until she started going here. Every visit she's felt comfortable, happy and safe where she can't wait to go back. It's such a big relief as a parent knowing that my child now enjoys her dentist appointment's, where as going to her previous dentist it was always fear, tantrums and tears. My almost 2 year old son enjoys his visits also, surprisingly he sits for the hygienist (he doesn't normally stay put as he is always on the go). They have the best game room for the kids of all ages, my kids never want to leave. Look no further an bring your children here you won't be disappointed I can promise you that:)

I took my 5 month old here to have her tongue tie release! The lactation consultant, and the dentist himself were very informative and explained in great detail what would happen, what to expect, and how to handle her after care during the healing process. It’s been almost a week and we have already notice a positive difference in our daughter! 10 out of 10 recommended! The hygienists are all so friendly! Overall a really great environment to bring your kids too!

100% recommend this dental office - it isn't only for children, adults can go for their dental needs as well.
I took my 2 boys ages 2 and 4 to see Dr, Kelsey for a check up and a cleaning- she was very friendly and interactive with my boys they felt comfortable and ended up getting excited because of her amazing energy.at the end of the checkup she filled up 2 balloons for my boys and they also received a toy and a treat!

we will be back every 6 months.

I am nine years old and this place is awesome and they are so gentle and kind they have awesome TVs and they give you a free toothbrush so go check them out! I’m also editing this sep 22 and they are awesome and whoever gave me a like thank you

My whole experience at Keswick Kids Dental has been wonderful. From the friendly receptionists providing the codes for me to ask insurance about coverage to welcoming us the day of our appointment. I met with Helen who was beyond nice and informative. She went over what to expect when they assessed for a tongue tie, what would happen if we decided to go through with the procedure and after care. She also provided my 8 month old with a tooth brush. Dr. Noah assessed my daughter and told us there was a tongue tie and said he would be happy to release it but added no pressure on us to do so. We decided to go through with the procedure and could not be happier with how it all happened. They were so caring and understanding and the procedure went perfectly. Helen provided me with her cell number and texted me back with any concerns I had which made me feel very at ease. I am so impressed with the staff at Keswick Kids Dental and look forward to my daughters next visit with them.

Took my son Wade for his first visit to Keswick Kids Dental last week. They were amazing with him and he was super excited to have no cavities. Office and staff was great to deal with.

Extremely expensive!
I was quoted $350 for a filling, plus $144 for consult, plus X-ray, plus tax.
What are you guys thinking, gouging people for what? I went to Europe and got better service and got all my kids teeth done for half the price.
Shame on you! I will never return.

Terrible service, I have INSURANCE from work for my whole family. They charged me for XRAYS and nobody has contacted me since to give me an update with the plan. Looked for another dentist, and so happy I made the switch! Terrible! Waited and wasted 1 month

After seeing several dentists regarding my sons teeth, I was very pleased with Keswick Kids Dental. The staff is absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and everything was always explained. Their prices were very reasonable compared to a couple other places I compared them to. My son is always happy to go in there even after having all the dental work he had done. I can't say enough good things! We had such a great experience will be going there now for regular cleanings.

No xrays but they gave us a $7000 treatment plan that requires my child to be put to sleep. Came back and insisted on xrays to help justify the treatment and was willing to pay for nitrous to calm my child. Dr noted my child had a runny nose and said nitrous won't be as effective because it's inhaled through the nose. I agreed and suggested we try xrays with no nitrous first since my child was calm and cooperative. Disregarded me and her own medical knowledge and proceeded to give my child nitrous. Told recrption (via email a few days prior), dentist, and assistant I will stay with my child while xrays. They did not offer me a lead apron (against health and safety protocols). Not able to get all xray views because they don't have small enough equipment for 3-1/2year old's mouth. Went to another dentist to show xrays and treatment plan. Other dentist was hesitant to put my child to sleep at a young age and assessed that the decay on the teeth were not terribly alarming. Suggested increased monitoring, 4 cleanings + fluoride per year instead of regular 3. Not going back. Was not confident in their practice and felt like money was prioritized over patient.

This place is fantastic, from the amazing ladies at the front desk who are always smiling when u walk in, to the hygienist who always make sure ur comfortable before they start, to the great team of dentist that are there. My family has been going there since they opened even knew a few if the ladies from previous place. And now I’m happy to say my 2 grandson go there as well, and just so u know how AMAZING they really are, my grandsons who are 2 and 3 years old say they love the dentist place and how cool it is and what to go back tomorrow. Now u don’t hear a lot of kids say that. Just goes to show you what kind of place it is. BOOK ur app u won’t be sorry? I’d give a 10 if that was an option

Keswick Kids and Family Dental is incredible! After being patients of another local dental office for the last 35+ years, we made the switch to Keswick Kids + Family Dental a couple of years ago and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Noah is amazing with my 6 year old son! He absolutely loves seeing Janice for cleanings and looks for forward to seeing all the friendly faces there. I also am a patient there and couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. Thank you!

I highly recommend Keswick Kids Dental! Dr Noah is amazing. He was very kind and had a gentle approach with my daughter, who has some Dentist anxiety. The Hygienists were great too. The girls at the desk are awesome as well! Very polite and friendly. Rachel was very understanding and supportive of my financial situation, and she alone made my experience a pleasant one:)

I love this dental office. The office is so bright and cheery for children and the young at heart. The staff are all kind and friendly.

My 8 year old recently had dental surgery and everything went great. I would recommend anyone with kids who are scared of the dentist to go here.

All four of my kiddos (and myself go here). We love the staff so much. We always feel welcome and at ease here (which isn’t always the case at a dentist lol). The kids all see Aimee for their cleanings and she’s seriously the best-so great with the kids and communicates everything to the parent ️

The first time my kids went here they said 'wow that was the best dentist experience ever! ' The hygenists were awesome and kind! Loved being able to have both cleaned at the same time.

The Keswick Kids Dental team is always kind and caring when it comes to scheduling appointments, greeting me and coming up with a custom dental plan for a healthier smile! I wasn't a fan of going to the dentist before, but now that I have switched to KKD, I always feel comfortable in their care! Thank you all for your hard work and compassion.

Fantastic service and experience. My little girl fell down and chipped her tooth on the hardwood floor. Keswick Kids Dental provided us with every bit of info we needed, and were excellent with my daughter. I highly recommend them for all your pediatric dental needs.

The first time i visited Kids Keswick Dental was last October with my 4 year old autistic granddaughter. 1st visit went well and Dr Noah was so nice. A few weeks later my granddaughter had dental surgery done without any issues. Dr Noah was fantastic and the nurses and so friendly and patient. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for an honest, friendly down to earth dentist.
