Great staff, always keeping me informed of my refills, really understanding, very professional, not open Sunday but all other days they work extremely hard and efficient.

The gentleman that runs the pharmacy is AMAZING! I’ve never met a pharmacist who genuinely cared more about my daughter getting her medications than making a buck.i highly recommend everyone uses this pharmacy who lives local and i will be making the switch here permanently. Thank you sir for putting my daughter first and for being such a ray of sunshine on what was a very stressful situation for me.you are one of a kind ️️️

Wont call you back for test results and give you the run around when you call for them like being on hold 15 mins then they hang up on you and dont answer biggest waste of time (a week) now I have to go somewhere else and do it again

The staff is absolutely amazing! Aziz, Tracy & Mac are very easy to talk to and will go above and beyond to help you!
I will never go to another pharmacy. It is more personable then the big chains and it's a big difference when you feel like someone actually cares to help you and is not just there to do there job and get home for a paycheck.
100% cheaper and faster then everywhere I have been.
I advise that you give them a shot if you have not been there it's well worth switching!

This is an honest review from someone who went for a follow up yet did not find a welcoming attitude from staff at this clinic. I was there half an hour before the clinic closed and asked (nicely) if I could still see the doctor. The older lady with the unwelcoming attitude responded with "Sure" as if (yes, but only because I have to let you in). They were asking questions that reflect an attitude of "Why are you here at this time" What they don't know is this is the only time I could come for a visit due to my work schedule. I am changing this family doctor because of the level of service at this clinic is significantly degrading.

We especially appreciate the fact that all members of the clinic are eager to help us with our problems and to go the extra mile to resolve the issues.
The level of knowledge of both Doctors and Pharmacists is very impressive.
There is no waiting time to set up the appointments for either the doctor's visits or laboratories.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. There was very little to no wait time and the doctor and pharmacist both took the time to explain everything! So happy to have found this little gem!

Had to write a review because I’m still not sure what to make of my experience. It was my first visit recently. I was shocked to see the lack of seating available to waiting guests. I was seen fairly quickly for a walk in (about an hour of waiting) and the staff was really nice. The washroom was beyond DISGUSTING. There was piss blood all over the seat. The nurse then put me in a room but left the door open so you could see and hear passers by. The nurse would also come in periodically and enter information on the computer for other patients where it was clear I was in complete eye sight. Huge breach of confidentiality. Then the nurse practitioner looked into the room I was in and started clapping and repeating “let’s go let’s go”. I’ve never been placed in one room and then yelled at to go into another room where a little girl literally just walked out and no sanitation measures were taken in the room before I entered. Although I appreciate the shorter wait time and friendly service at the prescription counter, in future I’ll be making the trek to my doctor in Markham.

This is a "perfect" clinic to abuse OHIP. The appointment lasts 30-45 seconds and no valid help is administered. However the Nurse Practitioner is happy to prescribe any medications to assist her friend pharmacist at the same location.

Loved the receptionist. Love the nurse practioner Marjorie. Just dont like the fact there are alot of drug addicts hanging around there. Makes me feel uncomfortable.

The pharmacist is so friendly, chatty, and cheerful. The doctor and nurse on staff were excellent and there was very little wait on a Friday afternoon - maximum 10 minute wait. Excellent service and healthcare!

This clinic is incredibly accommodating. The services that are not covered by Ohip (forms and such) are also very reasonably priced. The pharmacists and all the staff are very friendly

Knowledgeable pharmacist and pharmacist assistant! Love you guys! I would highly recommend this pharmacy
