They put thought into their recipes and switch things up seasonally- a little expensive but it’s good quality

I'm super stoked to have found this place. So many different options they have are amazing! Completely obsessed with the bakery items!

Great meals. I wish they could be on multiple food delivery platforms. Uber Eats is super expensive.

Unfortunately, I have had to change my 5 star review on this company to a 1.

I have never wrote a 1 start review in my life, as I always feel the need to give companies feedback one on one and work to come to a successful resolution (which I tried here), but my comments have been consistently ignored by members of the customer support team (Madison and Michelle).

For the last month or so, the company has quit sending notifications when food is being delivered. This has resulted in two weeks worth of food being spoiled in the heat for me alone. I have raised concerns about this as soon as I could, and have been reassured it would be worked on and fixed, and it hasn't been resolved, or quite frankly, given any respectful level of attention by the members of the company i've spoken with. Even Dave, the delivery driver, wasn't aware this was occurring, so evidently, limited communication has been relayed to the correct members of the team.

I would strongly advise anyone seriously looking to spend money with this company to go with a different organization. The food is good, but in my opinion, it's coming with a price tag of stress and frustration that is not worth it at all.

All of the food looks so delicious and fresh when you walk in the store, it's all so easy to find what your looking for with the help of the friendly staff; also a great selection of all the food I love!

Incredible selection of delicious foods and products, topped off with AMAZING customer service by knowledgeable, friendly, passionate, and kind staff! I am not on a keto diet, but the treats here are amazing!

Since my last review I've went back multiple times and the new meals they sell now are far better than when I tried them before. They added a lot of new dishes and bakery treats. The tiramisu is amazing and these peanut butter cups are my new favorite treat plus they are so big and definitely satisfying

We ordered the couples 5 day meal package and we are only on day 3 but could not wait to review! The food made its way from London to Ottawa remaining fresh and every item is absolutely delicious. The scones and cheesecake are the best Keto baked goods we’ve ever had. The lunch and dinner portions are a great size and packed full of flavour. We will be ordering again!

Nice clean store with a variety of keto foods. Prepared meals are on the expensive side but are high quality.

My first time ordering from them. I like thier food but alot of my dishes had chicken and the chicken was very undercooked, so I could not eat them. I wasted my money. But other few things I could eat were great. Due to the chicken, I will not order again

When your limited with time and looking low carb Ketolibriyum is the way to go easy to order and delivers straight to your door and the food is good

Bought their 1 week Committed Keto plan shipped from their location in London to Ottawa. Package arrived on time in refrigerated box with the safely packaged meals. Easy to use. Pop in oven for 12 minutes. Meals are delicious! I feel full and look forward to what’s next. Easy to stack and store in your fridge. Will buy again. Highly recommend!

Great food and great customer service. The foods are actually filling and I appreciate the range of flavours (comforting, homey meatballs stroganoff, spicy kung pao chicken, rich, sweet O'Henry brownies). Similar prices to what I'd pay for a takeout meal but better ingredients and better for my health and waistline. (Yes, baked goods are expensive but if you've ever bought almond flour and erythritol for keto baking you'll know why.) I've tried a dozen or so dishes and baked goods and all have been very good to amazing but one, which they kindly refunded. I eat the food I have delivered on Saturday throughout the week and the last dish tastes as fresh as the first one. (The most perishable dishes have earlier expiry dates so I eat those first.) If you want to eat keto but don't have time to cook all your own food, I highly recommend eating theirs.

I just had the bacon wrapped burger.it was by far the best, most delicious thing i’ve eaten since I started keto 2 months ago! Thanks for making my keto life so simple and convenient!

The brownies and chocolate chip cookies were delicious but the prices are crazy! Outrageously expensive!

I went for the first time last week. Blueberry lemon scones are incredible however prices are ridiculous! Some prices are amazing, but others are insane. I just started keto and loved that there was a store to cater to me however for those prices I can’t afford it. I also don’t have a car and thought about ordering to my door if I decide to purchase again, but 10$ delivery is a bit steep. I love only down the street. It should be depending on location. I’d like to go back but the prices may deter me. Store is nice though and staff friendly.

I purchase meals and baked goods from Ketolibriyum weekly. I find the service is amazing, the food is great quality, and reasonably priced for the time it saves me in meal prep every week. Particularly fond of their soups and casseroles. I also buy their baked cauliflower casserole and the whole family loves it! I also subscribe to their email list to see the menu weekly and get coupons occasionally as well.

Visited Ketolibriyum last night with a friend who is currently on the keto diet and was really excited about this place. We didn't end up getting anything but since I work across the street I thought I'd grab a "to go" lunch at break and see what all the fuss is about.

The meal I chose is something I cook at home and know to be flavorful and have a lot of textures that I enjoy. However, the ketolibriyum version, isnt quite so.

I'll give it the benefit of the doubt - I'm not on the keto diet so maybe this is just what diet food tastes like, that said, I dont feel it was worth the $11.

I'm also a bit disappointed that the ingredients arent listed anywhere on the packaging. Even McDonalds makes mention of what they're throwing on a burger.

Overall, I'm not thrilled with the quality of food and not sure if I'd go back.
