Thought Kev's Desjardin home/auto Insurance pricing was good. But when I check with Agents of the big banks for better rates, I was totally surprised. And BTW, be aware; Some of these 'reviews' are quid pro quo!

My wife and I have been a client at Kevin McNaughton's Desjardins office for many, many years (as well as my extended family) and every single staff member is always so pleasant, timely and professional with all of our requests and questions. Special shout-out to Dilmouna who continually provides exemplary customer service and always goes above and beyond! Always so grateful for her assistance!

One of the best, established agents out there. Kevin and his staff are always there for you and and know their information. Its reassuring that when you call, you will be talking to a 'real' person, (ie: you're not stuck on one of those calls that say Press 1 for xxx, or 2 for xxx.etc.).

My Experience with State Farm Insurance Located in Markham has been one of Excellence. I have been with them for over 10 years and find no need to shop around at all. I have always been treated with the best customer service I could ever have hoped for, with all my concerns being answered immediately with detailed information to back it up. My rates have maintained a reasonable amount over all the years I have been with them. I highly recommend you give them a call so you can find out first hand why I am giving them a review.

Once the sale is closed, “smiley” Kevin is nowhere to be found. Kevin does not reply directly to messages or emails. Kevin is not proactive in his interest in Client care. Kevin is deceptive and misleading when it comes to answering pertinent Client questions. And finally, Kevin adds unrequested and costly features when updating policies, without advising or any notice. My opinion, of course.

Tracy helped me get insurance on my Van. She made it extremely easy. As a new mom, I am so grateful to have had her support me through this process. She was very kind and personable. I highly recommend this company if your looking for insurance!

Anna is really a go-to for all my insurance needs. Her expert knowledge and exceptional service are commendable. She finds the best coverage for me at a very good price. Everything seemed so easy and quick with her help. Definitely recommend this company, especially through Anna.
