I had an amazing experience with Key Auto team I was treated so well Kubra Gonen and Saroosh Haidary were so helpful and understanding in help me they are incredibly professional thank you so much for everything I really appreciate it.

Terrible service, they probly just take your information to give to 3rd parties, never followed up with me after taking my information, and passed me to diffrent workers over a period of almost a month, I do not recommend using this company to help you find a car!

Don’t buy from this place the worst dealership…… they don’t care about customers…. You will be hearing from my lawyer! They have the worst customer service! The worst communication with clients! The vehicle is extremely filthy all over! They gave the wrong vehicle and there not doing anything to fix it. It’s an all out nightmare! Don’t buy anything from this HORRIBLE COMPANY! I give them 0 stars!

We have just had an amazing experience with Key Auto team and bought our first vehicle in Canada. I would like to thank especially Kubra for her understanding and eagerness to chase from the beginning of our adventure.

Well I’m tired of being lied to and being taken advantage of any thing to sell a vehicle they sell junk in my opinion took advantage of a senior how proud they must be. So sad well after many weeks of discussions with key auto they have repaired most of the items i needed fixed so at the moment i have nothing to complain about and DOM has provided the much needed repairs my anxiety has decreased immensily thankyou

Ali is the one that found my perfect SUV. Ali got me a 2017 Nissan Qashqai S and I absolutely love it. My dog Midnight loves it. My friends love it. I have so much freedom now. My Nissan Qashqai S has so much power and very good on gas. I always use the Eco when I'm driving and I use a whole lot less gas. I love my baby. Ali couldn't of picked a better vehicle for me. It's absolutely perfect for me. I go everywhere with her. I love driving her all over.

My credit score was 812 and went down to 740 straight and key auto approval staff his name is Nathan had promised me to get the approval for the car i was looking for he had run my profile in many different banks to get approval each enquiry was lowering my score to 4 points. Every day i used to call him for the updates and he was giving me excuses again & again i had patiently waiting on this for about a month now. In the end he just ignored my calls and my credit score was down about 70 points. Please don't trust these guys and stay safe. Who is responsible for the points i lost? Shame on you Nathan. Whoever is the boss please look into this matter and try to hire someone who is good at what they do. Nathan you wasted my 1 month time and my credit score went down. Every time fake commitments fake promotions. If you couldn't do it at the first place you should have said No.

I had an amazing experience for my first time applying for a vehicle. Sean worked like crazy to help me with getting everything together. He worked some awesome magic and got me a beautiful vehicle. I called and said I needed a vehicle with a working engine, 4 tires and sat 6 people. I went in with no hope for any type of vehicle but he got me such an amazing vehicle I could not be any happier. The Mazda CX-9 that Sean found for me and my family is absolutely stunning and has so many features I could have never even thought of. When the driver brought the SUV to our house in Peterborough, I was in total awe of the condition it was in, they detailed the car before coming, it sparkled and shined. The driver showed me some of the features he thought I'd love while he waited for his ride back home and was absolutely friendly and kind. I had the immense pleasure of having Luis Franco serve me and he absolutely exceeded the expectation.
He gave me a call one morning and I provided him my information and what I was looking for in a car provided my not so great credit.
He added personal comments which made the conversations we had phenomenal. I have had bad experiences with my credit and even though he was just trying to get me a car he took the time out of his day to explain credit and gave me a little bit of credit counselling (I'd say). Within the day he had found me a car that was even better than what I was looking for. He got me a loan and payments for lower than what I was expecting. Withing the WEEK I was driving away in a new car. He offered to provide my car with FREE delivery, which just added to the positive transaction. When I arrived to the dealership I was AMAZED by the environment. He greeted me and we went inside and every employee we walked past smiled and said hello. Signing all the paperwork was quick and productive and then I got to meet my new car. He put in a little gift waiting in the passenger seat, and talked me through all the quirks of my new car. And just like that I drove away with a huge smile on my face.
All in all, I am SO pleased with my experience and I would refer anyone reading this to get a hold of Luis because I am more than pleased with the service.

I delt with Laura and I cant say enough how fast and amazing she was. She got me a car in my budget, and because I'm away from work and with no cell service, we did everything via email. Laura helped me with insurance and even had it arranged to have a driver meet me at the airport with my new car for when my plane landed.
