KFC

Ordered online. Came to the wrong house without even doing a call saying that they were here. The order was also incomplete

The chicken at this KFC is always awful. Poor quality pieces. In my opinion, often cut in half. And constantly soaked with grease. Other KFCs are much better! Will definitely not go there ever again!

So poor experience, I was here today morning and they served their poorest they can. We were here for dine in but after we say all dirty tables, decided to takeout and have food in car. The drink cup they gave me looked all sticky with drink from outside and lid was broken as well. I asked him to change the lid but after I reached in car saw the cup gross with drink outside.

Food is always fresh but you might need to wait for 15-20 minutes because of low staffing which happen on busy days.

The worst bacon lover sandwich ever had bacon was not grilled fried chicken was cold, worst experience ever had on a KFC won't be eating from KFC again.

Bruh i dont know if i went at a bad time or anything but their chicken was the size of my thumb

My coleslaw was not fresh
The thighs were very small and barely any batter
The chicken fingers were soft and batter was sticky

The customer service was not very welcoming or accomadating to my requests.

Wish I could get meal replaced.

Over 20 year customer.
Maybe time to find new location?

I've been waiting over 1.5 hours for my food which payment was made in full for, I am unable to connect with the store because the line das been busy the past 30 minutes.

Some of the items were not available even some common drinks were also not available. Even the burgers were not make well.

Will never deliver on time and the order is missing some items all the time. And If asked for re-delivery for missing items, they will take approximately 2 hours.

Customer service was amazing, also speedy preparations however the chicken wasn't as flavourful as desired.

Delivery will never be on time. Always takes longer than an hour. What is the average delivery time for, then?

Man, the food is good here. But it is never ready when I get there. I'm always waiting 10 15 minutes for my order.

Takes too much time to get the order. Some staffs dont consider the first come first serve for the same orders made.

Ordered online and was very disappointed. KFC chicken was extremely oily and very well done almost burnt. Will not be ordering from this store again. Extremely irritating and upset about my order.

The chicken strips i ordered were so salty that you cannot even eat. I felt so guilty to giving it to my kids.kfc is usually not that bad but this place is ruinning the brand. I don't know if I will order from this particular place.

This is absolutely the worst kfc in brampton. I ordered through Uber eats and i just received half of my order and the other half which i received was absolutely wrong. I ordered Popcorn poutine but i received the regular one. I understand that mistakes happen so i called the store but the manager was not ready to listen me. She was so rude. She did not write the order number on both the bags so how would the driver know that which bag belongs to which customer.

Please make a Good food coz we are paying full amount for good food. I was ordered chicken bucket of 10 PC’s and fries. We were tried only 1 pce of chicken after we have to throw the food. I think you guys need a Good chef.

The moment I entered, this place was stinking. The food quality here is below zero level. Please, I advise anyone not to order kfc from this location.

Very horrible quality of meat I ordered 3 chicken burgers with combo all of them were cold and stale same with fries so hard were not chewable at all disgusting food.will never recommend to anyone

Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery, after speaking twice to the manager, first he told me my delivery was on its way, 45 minutes later to be told driver was 7 to 10 minutes away, store is 12 minutes from us. Absolutely terrible customer service

Food and service was fine. I dislike that bathroom are not usable by customers. When traveling and need a bite on the go having a bathroom to wash hands etc is needed. If you dont need to clean you dinning area during covid you should maintain your bathroom.

I ordered three of the new “famous” chicken sandwiches. All three of them had bones in them. They actually just shoved a chicken breast with bone in, in the sandwich for all three of them. That’s so unsafe. Someone could choke on that. Reading up on the issue shows that this has happened multiple times to other people. Take that item off of the menu if you don’t have the proper ingredients for it!

It is 9: 42 and store is closed and black fella talking with someone inside not picking up call. Suppose to be close by 10pm

The Colonel would be rolling in his deep fried grave if he tasted the chicken coming out of this joint. The batter was mushy and all around disgusting. The fries were revolting and the 7UP was watered down. It's like they operate with the understanding that Mary Browns and Popeyes don't exist as competition. All around terrible place to eat. Finger licking frauds.

Used to be a great location. Now management has no customer service whatsoever. The food is decent at best and the people preparing it fail to read special instructions.delivery drivers are the best part of this location so 1 star it is

The biggest thing that gets you about KFC is the smell. U smell it and u want it.
This location however.i was at the counter and couldnt even smell it. The chicken was dry and its taste is so different. Not overly clean. Prices are not great for the small pieces u recieve. We normally go to Mary Browns now instead of KFC bc the taste is there and u get more chicken for the same price.

The location is great which means a mot profit but management and food is too bad compared to other branches of kfc food is like refried always and drinks are like bottle open taste with no taste basically i mean it's flat and customer management need to be a lot attention

Terrible. In my opinion, something is wrong with the chicken they're using there. It looked and tasted inferior to the chicken used at other KFC restaurants. Bought an 8 piece, called to complain and manager offering 4 piece as a replacement and I have to drive back to the store for the trade with no guarantee it's going to be any better. Very disappointing. I recommend going to a different KFC. 0 out of 5 stars should be an option.

This was the worst delivery I’ve ever had. The chicken tenders were hard. Nothing was hot and it took over an hour. I usually order from this store but today’s service with kfc in general was the worst.

I ordered online veggie combo. Its delivery was late even the sandwich was not good. French fries seems stale. I just hate it. I was so hungry and they just spoiled everything

Went this morning for a 6 pcs. Was great! Staff was happy and friendly. Food tasted better then other locations.amazing.

Kfc here in Canada seems old fashioned built
different from aa in other countriea auch as Australia or India

Initially it was going to be a bad review but the two gentlemen behind the counter turned it all around. Good customer service is not dead

Why do I keep coming back? Chicken is no longer made with the 11 herb and spices that it used to be. Gone are the days of The crunch. Now you get a greasy coating. The Colonel would turn over in his grave. Often dirty but nice staff. Park in the rear.there is lots of parking back there and you can access through the rear door.
