KFC

For the 2nd time they decided to change my order without telling me which according to customer service they must do. Then when I called to complain the woman insinuated that I'm racist because I complained. If you order from here check your order before leaving.
She also said that even though they have the sign on their window about the $10 for 2 meal they aren't serving it anymore. What sense does this make? If you aren't having this special anymore then take the sign down.

I ordered a meal deal but didn’t double check when I pick up the order! Ended up missing a popcorn chicken, but I already drove home!

The service is excellent as always. My only issue is that fries are way too salty. One box of fries can cover my entire need for salt for a week.

Chicken was sautéed with too much salt and pepper and service was tooo slow even when there was hardly 1-2 customers.

Ordered 4 piece chicken meal that was supposed to come with side salad. The cashier even asked what kind of salad. Got home and there's no salad. The cashier had one job and only job to do and she still effed it up. Should repatriate back to country of origin if you cannot do your job properly.

Good place but sometimes they get the order wrong. It doesn't happen very often but is an annoyance.

The front staff was a girl who behaved very badly and rude. Had a terrible experience. This girl shouted on me. She called me bad names and gave me some food that I haven’t ordered. She gave me what she wants me to eat. Very bad place.

Cashier very rude, I don't know if she is the manager, but she acts like the owner to customer. Cook seems nice and helpful. Cashier was coughing alot without mask on, made me feel uncomfortable for a bit. Overall hygiene of store seems fine until cashier using a dirty mop and not washing hands before passing me my bag with food. Would recommend food handler training. Order took way too long, maybe 30 minutes or so, they are understaffed or don't know how to prepare food beforehand

I couldn’t find that location. The GPS took me all around in circles! You guys need to put back that KFC restaurant back in that plaza where it used to be at a Neilson & Ellesmere!

Tall female cashier is rude, has an attitude and speaks to you condescending voice (must be the owner family memeber) They cut the dark meat into 3 pieces which is odd, other location keeps it at 2.

The skin is the best part, but it was soggy and the meat was a liitle dry. It must have been sitting there way too log. It is not as cripsy as the other location at the Scarborough Town center of Malvern Mall. Sometime it be very busy and their have 2+ drivers onthe weekend so you will have to wait longer in line.
I order here all the time, but last weeks encounter will be my last at this location. They have Popeys one minute north (markham and Sheppard) of this location and Mary Browns is only at Midland and Ellesmere

Indira working in the Kitchen was rude, My online order wasn't showing up in their system, even after showing the email I received and showing the correct address, she was giving a bad attitude.
She was handling food without gloves as well

I ordered for them on Thanksgiving and I got burn and overlooked chicken and tenders. The gravy had lumps in it and tasted like water and flour with a touch of spices. Contacted store there were no help, had to call customer service to get help.

Got a 4 piece chicken and had the smallest pieces I've ever seen, Pretty good sandwiches and everything tho

Ordered 18 pcs chicken as a gift to a birthday boy and chicken were way too small, the lady on the counter is impolite and needs customer's relations training, never comeback at this location even if it is near to my place.

We came in a couple of minutes after close but they still served us! They put the customer experience first

This is my neighbourhood KFC. It was to be pretty alright years ago. It's KFC and fast food and that's sort of the standard to judge it by. Even by that standard, it's fail now. The staff hate it when you go for promotional deals or coupons. Online order is a hot mess and when you're trying to confirm something, they're rude and disrespectful to you.

Every now and then, I wave off the last experience thinking I had mis-remembered it. Nope, it's as bad as I remember if not worst. I get fast food jobs are pretty bad by any standards, but treat me with something approaching respect. Today is my last time purchasing from there. There's a Popeyes across the stress or put in the distance for local fried chicken or just another better KFC.

What ever happened to extra crispy chicken. Their regular chicken is soggy and soft, no crunch at all. The sandwiches are tasty but not very good value or quality compared to Marry Browns. The spicy chicken sandwich had no heat, it’s just a spicy mayo. I used to love KFC but this place only brings back bad memories of the last time I ate there. If you want good extra crispy chicken go to Popeyes. If you want a good chicken sandwich go to Marry Brown for a Big Marry. If you want good food, this might not be the place for you. Even the service was not impressive.

The food here is so-so, and the staffs who ever works there is kinda rude and disrespectful. I appreciated that the staff help me to fill in the drink! BUT! Take a look at this drink that I got today! What the freaky is that little black things inside, I just realized after I drink. Not gonna recommend for anyone to go to this restaurant! Sucksss experience ever!

They need to comprehend when customers are in line then the next person to be served is in that order. No exceptions. However, they are nice people. Not arrogant or rude. Chicken is good and served hot. Fries are delicious too.

I bought $10 mighty bucket for 2 and 10 hot wings on the side. Was told to wait 6 minutes for fresh hot wings.
When I get home, 5 minutes later.
The wings are disgusting. They re-fried some of the old wings again. Most of them are hard like a rock. The 4 piece chicken that come with the bucket. Chicken thigh were so small. The size is slightly bigger than the flat wing size.
I'm very disappointed on the way the food quality that has been served.
It was great back then and I know because I used to work for one of the other store before.

I ordered a bucket of chicken and had it delivered to my address, when my order arrived the bag was open and exposed to the delivery person. This is a pandemic I think they should seal your bags. Please do not have your meals delivered by KFC staff instead order from Skip the dishes or Door Dash.

They seem to be to lazy to make a dark meat 4 piece box and continually make excuses regarding covid-19 when they always have dark meat meals in the day time. They obviously care nothing for their clients due to this laziness.

I ordered the so-called KFC famous chicken sandwich that they are advertising all the time on TV. I usually buy Popeyes chicken sandwich which is awesome. Decided to try KFC's new chicken sandwich which they revised for the third or fourth time. I'll just let the picture speaks for itself. This would be my fourth disappointment with KFC's chicken sandwich. It is my last. I will not be buying from KFC again!

I had worst experience on last Tuesday (5th January), I had Tuesday' special and chicken wasn't cooked properly, it was very chewy and half cooked in the hurry, please improve your cooking.

Ordered online from KFC's site at this location, the order still did not come after 1 hour and 45 mins.never ordering KFC again.

I prefer to give zero star if I could choose it. I am so angry about the online order delivery. I ordered the food directly by the store at 1PM and choose delivery at 5 Pm, but now almost 9 PM, the food still on the way. I want to withdraw my money back, but there is no way to submit it online. I want to telephone the store to tell that I am exhausted my patience, but they never answer the phone. What should I do my god

Baad service. When your staff is arguing with the customers, shows they were not trained properly. Even the anager on duty was no help.
You only sell chicken and you can't get that right. Won't be going back there.

Small take out only counter, there is a ledge against the walls for those who wanna eat in but it's standing only and very small, 3-4 people at most. Staff seem friendly but they change quite often save for one or two older people who always seem to be there. The food is, well KFC, you know what you're getting.

This restaurant gives wonderful service as well as enjoyable menu. My favourite place in the area. The drinks and food came out rapidly and the rates are economical. I recommend this place.

Never ever going back to KFC! Chicken cooked and kept it in the oven serving for the Customer not freshly made also mashed potatoes smell bad.my money went in to the garbage bin

Coupon codes / promotions do not apply at this location for some reason. Placed an order online. Used a coupon code. Store cancelled my order without a refund citing it as a website glitch.

Update: They called me a week later offering to resolve the issue.

I took a flat bread fill up at this location the staff was so rude.she made a wrong flatbread and wen i told her she started yelling at me from the kitchen.this is soo bad.guys if u r into customer service u need to knw wat the customer wants.disgusting

Found a bug in my burger, reported it to KFC headquarters 3 days ago still no response. It's been 4 days now and still no call.

This is the second time I am getting worst customer service, ordered through phone and went in to pick up but nothing was ready, 3 ladies were discussing with themselves regarding billing and did not even bother to address me, once I asked them if I can pick up my order they are like its still not ready. I was so mad so told them that this is the second time and I am upset but they did not bother about anything and there was a lady Indra who told straight to my face that she hates to take phone orders and she will not do that hereafter and kept looking at me when I walked out.

Minus rating for this branch. The employee Harpreet should be fired. Acts like she's doing us a favor by taking the order. Worst customer service ever. Owner is surely loosing business coz of employees.

Worst customer service ever! The lady who attended me (Harpreet) She did not greet me and was extremely rude while taking my order.
When I asked her to be nice, she revolted and instead of apologizing, she stated "I'm always nice".
That's not how you treat your customers'.
I don't think she got her training properly!
