Very respectful, helpful, and kind staff. Chicken had the recognizable flavoring but seemed like it had been sitting for some time.

Went to this location and ordered a 14 piece feast paid just about 50 dollars and all I recieved in the chicken bucket was 9 legs and 5 thighs no breast meat at all very disappointing then I was going to call and complain and realize that this location is the only KFC without a listed phone number and after reading all the bad reviews I think KFC should not allow this type of service and should look into this location as you are not paying for what you get

Doors were locked had to do drive thru and no honey mustard for chicken popcorn very disappointing.

Absolutely worst service ever, don't have any food in stock and allow you to place orders even though there is nothing there and then try and blame it on the delivery drivers.

Okay so the employees were awesome and friendly.
However I ordered a BBQ big box sandwich meal and it was honestly the worst experience I've ever had with your food.
The chicken patty was dried out and had bones in it. I don't honestly know how that happened but bones in a chicken burger is not okay. The fries weren't salted or seasoned at all, and the drink was actually flat. I'm sorry to say I won't be returning.

Go for the Tuesady two piece special. Upsize to chicken breasts/white meat. (An addition $1.25/pc). They are a bit on the small side. Comes with fries for just over $7. Great for quick lunch.

I wish i can give less than this. Worst customer service by Parneet I believe her name so called shift incharge.
She got no skills for customer service.
Chicken was so greasy and fries were cold.
She got no skills to work in a fast food restaurant.
As soon as you enter the place itself smell so disgusting.
I will mark zero for overall service.

Chicken was dry, over cooked and old. Worst meal I've ever ate. Could barely understand the broken so called English at the drive- thru. I won't return again!

Weeds need to be trimmed or just taking out at the sign beside the exit because it is a safety hazard can't see oncoming traffic.

Inside needs a bit of love.bathroom door didn’t close.looked like they had a ventilation (?) problem (water all over the floor). Service and food was fine

I never had awful fried chicken like In this location.
The chicken is not marinated or spiced at all, not fried well (still raw)
Custumer service very bad, they not helpful and not loyal to work place they did nothing regard our complain (even I asked them to taste their chicken) workers not Proffesional at all
We left the food as is and we went to Popeyes who have a very good chicken taste, services, deals and prices
Will never ever visit any Kfc store a gain because of that bad branch

It was good, typical KFC. Ate in the car and a garbage disposal container was handy. Asked for a Coke and got Pepsi instead. Oh well

The lobby is open for takeout and maybe even dining now, but for some reason they rounded up my debit charge by two cents like I was paying cash, when you'd be charged the exact amount everywhere else. Fries were super dry and should have been tossed out before I even placed my order

Very dirty store people that work there don't care that you're standing there waiting to place order they don't have their stuff together the ultimate chicken meal is disgusting chicken with dried out like It has been sitting there all day french fries were cold and very old corn with cold the popcorn chicken wasn't even cooked I don't think.and the one lady was working drive-through running back to the food along with another gentleman neither of them were washing their hands it was a horrible experience I'll never ever ever go back there last time I was out this Princess Street location was 20 years ago when it was good

The food is tasty, staff are pleasant, but often the food is put together without any care, and things are missing from about 1 in 3 orders I've had from here.

Used to taste better, probably the cooking oil, tastes like soap.and the service is slow, like very slow, make sure you got what you ordered

The drive through took over 20 mins and it was me and another car. That's it. They must of ordered the entire menu lol. Anyway. Just a regular KFC.

Trash business, packy workers. Refuse customers for walk ins even tho I had no intentions on staying in restaurant all I wanted was to order food and take it home

This was the absolute worst KFC I have ever had. Dripping with grease, no taste, minimal breading. Simply awful. And I’ve never seen a chicken breast cut up into 4 (!) pieces, which counted as 4 of 10 piece bucket.
I thought Mary Brown’s chicken was greasy. Couldn’t hold a candle to this.

Went there tonight and on the website says you can take out but you can't and no white meat only dark meat I think they should drop the price when you can't get what you want and I think the delivery driver's should have to go through the drive thru just like the customer have to

I waited for 30 minutes for my kentucy bucket. They just wasted my time and at the end I head to mcdonald’s. This is unsatisfactory

Manpreet the assistant manager not only messed up my order (chicken sandwich) after clarifying three times, is rude, does not give total or offer a receipt.

HORRIBLE CAN'T FOLLOW ORDER PAY EXTRA FOR NO WINGS GET 3 OUT OF THE 6 CHICKEN I ORDERED. ALSO ORDERED SPICY CHICKEN BURGERS WERE REGULAR, ORDERED 2 ORANGE JUICES AND GOT A CAN OF PEPSI AND ORANGE CRUSH.

Horrible service was told it was going 10 minutes, 25 minutes later I asked how much longer? Then was asked if I had ordered. Not impressed not going back.

Terrible absolutely terrible food. Stay away. February 20th, 2020 I ordered a big crunch from drive through at 4pm that was probably made at 11 when they opened. Inedible like a hockey puck, same went for fries and pop corn chicken. Not the first time. No wonder it's always empty and they have no customer. This place needs to be shut down or new management brought in its ridiculous that quality control does not exist at this locations. Stay away. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Staff are sometimes very evasive, not helpful and give you the impression that they do not want to work there.

Very bad. They never pick up the phone despite being open. Called a few times, straight to voicemail. Tried again a hour later and still no answer. Now its closed

I don't know why I keep going back. Food is low quality, drive thru is slow, food is over priced.

Our chicken was over cooked so bad we could NOT eat it! We got it princess st.and Portsmouth st. In Kingston. We live an hour away and did not even know until we went to eat it. March 2019! Mad a complaint on line at their web site, didn't even get a were sorry not a word from them! The one in Peth was okay but very small portions.

Sometimes slow service. I have waited almost 10 minutes in line before anyone acknowledged my presence. The saving grace is Linda at drive thru!

Went through the drive thru, asked for 4pc tenders and popcorn chicken with a 7Up, they didn't tell me the total, at the window they told me there's a 4 minute wait. So i would have to wait. They collected payment and closed the window.after 5 more minutes i just parked and went inside. Not a single customer in there, and I was still waiting. Below is the time it took my order 14min 20 seconds, and they forgot my drink. I wanted to just sit there and eat but the interior was filthy. When i sat down to wait I was joined by ants on the table. I grabbed my food and left. Surprisingly the chicken tenders were cold.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
