KFC

This is a beautifully redesigned KFC. New self-serve kiosks and neon lights. Unfortunately, it's downhill from there. The customer service is lacking severely, I wish I placed my order through the kiosk to make it a better experience. This was not only me but 3 out of 4 customers that came in while I was waiting were greeted with eye rolls or just indifference. The manager was proactive and kind to a customer that had an issue but the rest of the team were best described as inactive. One rep even made fun of a customer's name after they left the counter. After I received my food I looked for a clean table or spot to eat and nothing was found. Sadly it seemed that outside was cleaner than this redesigned location (and if you know Jane and Lawrence, that is saying something). The food was like the service rushed without thought, the chicken tenders were hard and certainly not fresh (despite waiting 10-12minutes). I like the look of the place but I wouldn't go back.

Please hire better workers. The employees are rude and not very attentive then gives you attitude for not getting your order right. Dine in is disgusting! You’re no longer in INDIA! This is Canada! Be hygienic and don’t scream at the drive thru when a customer verifies the order which should’ve been your job! And clean the damn tables and sweep the floor!

I've been to some bad KFC's, but this one has to be the worst one I've ever been to. The terminals were nice, but my meal consisted of brisk ice tea that was literally just yellow water, mangled chicken, and greasy fries.

Went to the drive-thru. Woman taking order could not understand or speak English too well. Pieces of chicken were small, skin was soggy, meat was dry. Fries were cold and stale. I ordered gravy but when I got to the window to pay, she said they had no gravy. This place was pretty good when they first opened but now it’s terrible. Never again!

Awful Experience! My family was in the mood to get the spicy 10-piece chicken from KFC since we tried this before and liked the spicy flavor compared to the original recipe. Although we have always gone to the store to pick up our orders, we decided to use the KFC app and have it delivered. We got our order in under 50 minutes, gave the driver a nice tip. Upon checking the order, we got the original recipe and not the spicy recipe as we ordered. The store manager was less than helpful and needs training in customer relations as what he offered us was not justified. We ended up throwing the $65 order in garbage and made our own meal at home. I will be deleting my KFC app, escalating this to BBB and other social platforms accordingly! If they want to take my ~$70 and NOT deliver on their end of the transaction, it truly shows their character and their business model. I CHOSE KFC and in return, they did not deliver or care to resolve the issue.

I just bought 2 pca chicken right now and their chickens are small and the all the staff are rude

Ordered here today and never again. Half the fries missing, salads not filled, chicken skin was rubbery. My stomach hurts now (7 hours later), and dizzy. I’m contacting head office and Toronto public health! Disgusting. We need to stop poisoning ourselves and making these greedy corporations rich. Cook at home people. Check YouTube for recipes. Way better.

Best KFC in the area. Always crowded though. They didn't have ketchup for the order, which I thought was weird.

Purchased a 14 piece combo for take out. Fries were stale. Chicken was dry and tasted old.like very old oil was used to fry. What happened to the macaroni salad? Basically all the food was disgusting. I will not be going back to KFC any time soon. Colonel Sanders would roll in his grave if he knew how terrible the food and locations are.

Absolutely sketchy with the amount of people drinking alcohol at 5: 30 at night and the amount of crackheads that are in KFC are treating it as a drug haven

I would not recommend anyone to do online order with this store. I ordered and it took 1 hr for delivery. The person who answer the phone kept hanging up on me, everytime I called to check on my order the answer is “ it’s on its way” I was only 15mins away from this store. I had to private my number for them to answer and guess what he did? Hang up on me. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS STORE. I even ask if I can come and pick up my order myself. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Customer service is 0%

Ordered online. No customers were there was there when I arrived. Everybody got served before me that came in after. They started making it when I asked what's the hold up. Try it yourself, what the point of ordering for pickup when you have to wait longer?

Absolutely disgusting and needs to be shut down. The dining room was filthy and the one available washroom looked like something from a horror movie.no toilet paper no soap no paper towel. Complained and no one seemed to care.

Unhelpful staff, takes forever to make an order and then an eternity to get it, the places is always nasty, dirty. Every time I've been there they don't have chicken ready they let you know that after waiting +10 minutes then you can order but you have to wait around 30 minutes. If you get your food you get something different of what you asked for or 2 of the same chicken piece. Also as the time passes I've been getting smaller pieces. A leg sometimes has less meat than a wing.
This place and the staff are a joke.

Dirty restaurant no one cleans the tables the floors are sticky and garbage full to the max

Probably one of the worst KFC's in this area. They took over 2 hours to deliver the food and delivered the wrong order. They would not answer the phone when called either. Their phone was off the line. Calling KFC customer service isn't much better anyways. They do absolutely nothing to resolve your issue and hang up on you. Not a pleasant experience with KFC at all.

Waited over 40 mins for two burgers. They were so caught up with their Uber orders that they didn’t even tell me they were out of stock on the items I ordered. Once I spoke up they offered an extra free sandwich but I had to wait for them to cook after that, so it still didn’t make up for the amount of time I wasted, as I needed to stop by other stores but they were now closed: (

The tables need to be sanitized regularly. When a customer is done eating and someone else needs to eat at the table.

I haven't been to KFC in a very long time, so I stopped to take a washroom break and a bite to eat. Went inside and waited in line. There seemed to be an issue, not sure if short staff, or the system. The young lady was nice but having trouble understanding my order. Another girl came over and she also didn't understand what I said. To wait for food, they are calling out the order, no ones name, or number on the receipt. It seemed disorganized. Food was good, I had the wrap.

Poor service and missing one side.
Order was to be ready by 603 and did not receive it until 619.

Avoid this location at all costs. Manager cmgave me my sandwich and the bun was as hard as a cookie when I returned the manager had an attitude and when I asked her to stop shouting she responded that shouting is her regular voice.um ok the fries were stale and the new ones burnt so I just gave up on that. Chik fil a is on door dash just get that

Very bad service every time you go by 9: 40pm to order a bucket meal of chicken they don't have chicken because they said they will close soon and the time for them to close is until 11: 00pm I wait 15 minutes, for them to tell me they don't have chicken. At least put a sign, saying we don't have enough chicken for bucks meal that way I don't Waste my time in there.

Love the newer look of this location it's clean and staff are very friendly too. Chicken was great and they have a drive thru as well

When I was there there was only one person on the cash and about 10 people in line. They overworked their employees.

The service is horrible, the food takes forever to be done. Waited 20 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches. They also make alot of mistakes on your order. Overall the restaurant is dirty and the food is always cold.

One of the worst customer service for walk in orders. The staff is so disorganized. We've been waiting for our boneless chicken box meal for almost 30 minutes. A lot of 4 customers wear their masks under their chins. Should have taken the drive thru.

Could never get my order right even if am ask to pay extra I will get home and everything is different.also the staff don't care they rude

Half back oyster part of the thigh that is attached to the back of the chicken. In my toonie special, there is one back no thigh bone and a second back with a thigh bone.
The line up is created a COVID 19 proximity that is over the limit; but, even with the staff asking for people to wait outside, some of the younger patrons decided not to wear their masks properly. The drink was an extra $1, with a total $5.41, for a toonie Tuesday special that just doesn’t bring a smile to my face. Then I was asked for an additional $. 20 for sweet bbq sauce, which I declined because I already put my phone away. Now, these pieces of chicken should be all collected and donated to a food bank.

Don't stop by this location unless you have a lot of time to spare, the service here is very slow. It's like stepping into a time warp, you will have aged significantly by the time your food is ready. The staff are friendly though.

Roshan was very friendly and kind. He passionately listened to me and took my order. Staff is always nice and helpful. My favourite fast food restaurant!

Busy location, long lines, shortish waits, drive through gets blocked when the fuel truck comes to tge gas station. Kfc is connected to a shell

It's not salty and customer service good plus clean restaurant.but they cut there chicken pieces is half.as if we wouldn't notice.lol

Waited 20 mins and the staff looked new and untrained while the lobby has some sort of meeting going on. 4 people in the kitchen and still can’t handle 2 customers. Lame service. Was not pleased. First KFC bad experience

I don't know if this is a problem at this location only, but the vegan sandwich is dry and too crispy.
Not like regular mock fried chicken.
Also, of course I asked to replace the mayo with ketchup, but they just gave me ketchup packets so I had to open individual packets with no access to wash my hands as their bathroom's closed. In a pandemic.

It gets busy, especially on Tuesday (for the special). However they are doing the best they can to serve customers. I like that there's a self serve drinking machine (even though it's closed atm cuz covid). I also like the tv screen that shows what music is playing.

This is the new location that opened in Summer 2020, next to the Shell Gas station. The previous location was located on Jane - and yes it was run down and had terrible service.

The new location is much better. Shout out to Roshan - my dude BODIED that customer service on Thanksgiving Day. I was there for 15-20 minutes to pick up my online order, during that time he served 4 customers and 2 delivery drivers. Each person he treated with respect and was polite.

For my order, I requested for hot&spicy chicken, which is no longer advertised, but my dude Roshan made it happened.

WHY ARE 5 PEOPLE HERE DOING THE WORK WORTH OF 3 PEOPLE? A man like me waited 30 minutes in line for a 2 minute snack of small pop corn chicken and small fries. This is honestly my fault how could I let myself get played like this

When I go in in person the staff are pretty friendly. Food is hot and fresh. Unfortunately I placed an order on a November 14th at 8 p.m. At 9: 50 p.m. The food still didn't arrive I kept calling customer service multiple times they could not provide me with an answer as why the store delivery person had not arrived to my home with the food I called in today November 15th to Lodge a complaint. I was looking forward me and my family to enjoying a KFC dinner unfortunately food didn't show up no one called to say that we cannot make the delivery. Was very disappointed

Excellent, timely service. It is in a central location fot those who are on "the go. " Pricing is reasonable. The food is freshly made and hot. I will be certain to stop in when the opportunity emerges.

This place is just BS. Manager is unfriendly and stupid. Chickens are under cooked. Fries were soggy. Place is dirty. Takes 20mins to get my twister ready! This place does not even worth one star!

Beware on this branch the staff is to rude, they don’t know how to deal with the customer and the store is so dirty. Very dissapointed.

Ordered $60 online pkus purchased $20more at store and didn't even provide plastic forks and spoons. Poor service otherwise

Very disappointed went there couple years ago, it was 11am just opened up asked for two specials 10 pieces for $12 anyways I thought it was gonna take 15 minutes, it was ready in 5minutes but at the time I didn't think anything of it. Well turned out when I got home chicken was dark old brown not good at all, well turns out they gave me yesterday's left over chicken, was furious.luckily head office took care of everything but beware always check your chicken before you leave, that was my biggest mistake.
