Worst KFC in my life the workers were rude refusing to serve me they had no spicy chicken the worker said to me if I want spicy chicken go to Popeyes I don't really like Popeyes the chicken was soo small anyone who's about buy from this place you will regret it

Very nice service from everyone. Food was amazing better than other locations. The girl name Jessica is very sweet.

Worst experience, I visited yesterday and I ordered 4piece chicken combo box. Service was really very poor as the girl is not interested in serving and when i got my order, the chicken was not crispy and its not cooked properly its very oily. I dumped all the food in the garbage bin. I will never come to this location.

Deepu was my server tonight, she was very sweet and helpful. I had a tough evening and her service made my whole night.

Worst experience.as tried first time this location two girls talking in gujrati were not interested at all to serve customer they were serving food from morning and wings I got were like plastic.not even deserve one star

As kfc is having ongoing promotion for mighty bucket for $10, in my lunch break I went to this location and ordered for a mighty bucket deal, I got that meal and when I opened the box for eat I got popcorn, fries (soggy), 2 pieces tenders, 2 pieces chicken (1 leg, 1 tiny bite sized piece, both were super soggy and cold), and zero dip (supposed to get 2 dips).
When I took my meal back to them lady on a counter said " that's what we get feom them " didn't apologize but gave me one regular size of chicken, but still I missed my dips.
Honestly I didn't like my meal at all and dumped it in dustbin there only, and had chicken meal from Popeyes chicken from same food court.
I tried KFC chicken in many countries and for many years but today was my worst experience with KFC.

I was ordering my food when a cockroach crawled past the glass. Will not eat there anymore it’s unsanitary.

No hot sauce took me 10 minutes just to get an order in never again will I order from this establishment

Very bad location.they cheat us with strips they said 3 strips n they put 2 n 1 very small like half finger n put litl bit of pop corn chiken. The drink is like feels only water with suger. Its not deserve even 5 $. Never go to this location more the best branches is btr.

The girl served me with a good customer service and delicious food. She prepared fresh food and make as I requested. Great customer service.

I call this unique restaurant often because I enjoy the good air that is characterizes this place. The personel is extremely cordial and skilfull. The service is awfully quick. Also, the food they cook is magnificent. I ate there many times and I was never disappointed. The price is honest. I suggest this restaurant to to all.

No KFC in ones truest senses deserves a 5 star rating. It's people.for sure.it's food.umm maybe not!

Not the same as it was 40/50 years ago but just the same as it ever was,! I may be getting old as I found it more greasy than in the past, all said and done it was a welcome change of late, for me

The cashier was wonderful. Her name was Jayoti and she is the reason why I want to visit KFC often.

I like Custmor service, but I don’t like food taste in this location, I eat kfc chicken 25 years. I spent 45$ for kfc chicken I think need to see what they are doing inside for cooking food why is taste different then other locations

Last I checked, the mall closes at 9pm, not 8: 50pm. If you ran out of chicken, make more. You are a chicken joint.

The staff is very good but like I went to K. F. C for almost 4th time and the cashier was same for all the four times. The reason I am posting this comment is that she was having alot of attitude and was very poor at customer service. We ordered the veggie sandwich and the meal but she didn't give us any fries nothing just a drink and sandwich and we ordered the food to go. She placed the food in front me as to eat here and then I remind her that can you please give me a bag it was to go order.and she said you can put by yourself. I don't want to post this comment but by this time I was frustrated with that girl her name is jy

I'll start by saying that the staff seemed friendly considering how busy it was. However, once I got home with the food, it seemed as though it had been cooked in extremely old grease. The chicken was dark dark brown, a color I've never seen KFC chicken look like before. It wasn't the worst tasting chicken I've ever had, but it wasn't very appetizing to look at.
