I will never ever get food from this kfc ever again il let you guys be the judge.look at that picture n tell me if that's chicken because it's not what's so ever that is just dough

There was 8 cars in the drive thru and I saw there was no lineup inside so I chose to go in. Can someone explain to me how 6 of those cars were served before me? I ordered the Big Crunch sandwhich which was the daily special. That’s it. Come on. The Asian manager (no racial or anything, it’s the only way I can identify him) is extremely incompetent. He treats his employees poorly too.

Great place to get sick! Come eat here! Guaranteed 3 days off work. Ordered the ultimate chicken bacon and cheese box. Sandwich was dry, luke warm, and the drumstick looked like the staff was so hungry, they took a bite outta it. On top of that, no fork or spoon to eat my mac.where's the quality control?

I just got my order from the store via uber and was the wrong order. I called to the store to let them know that I have the wrong order and the employee already knew about the situation. The only thing she could tell me was "we cannot do anything about it". It's the second time I'm getting products from the store that they cost half of what I paid.

Staff is good, there was one customer misbehaving for napkins. Kfc team stand up against harassment.

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo from drive thru. When i pulled up to window to receive it 20 seconds later.i asked if she can put extra sauce and she said its alrdy made and handed me a bag with my food. I knew 100% im getting old food but didnt make a scene and paid and left.

Fries were definitely sitting arnd for at least 20 mins in a warming tray. Chicken samdwich patty was 100% microwaved. No one can food with in 20 seconds.

To be honest, I wasn't surprised when my food came one minute after ordering. Chicken was hard and food was cold. The guy in the front gave good service tho.

My roommate was puking his guts out after he ate half a combo ordered from this KFC! I seriously question the food safety and hygiene of this place.

I ordered big crunch combo with extra lettuce, they hardly add any lettuce and they said this location charging extra for lettuce

Always takes an hour to deliver food and they dont deliver all the food. Sometimes they leave out large fries or gravy that was ordered.

Food is always good. Order the new Nachos Grande and it was pretty good. For $11 I was expecting more food but it was good anyways.

The girl in front service named Riya so unprofessional, She doesn’t know how to treat the customers. Very rude and disrespectful.

This location used to be the worst but now that it is currently drive thru only it is like a well oiled machine! No more 30 minute waits with only 2 cars in front of you. Also they finally put some cheese on the tacos. Please never reopen your dining room, it is clearly hampering your taco game. Polite and effective employees are now running the show, thank you!

This KFC/Taco Bell location is very shady. Weird characters frequent this location.
Also, when did junk food, because let's admit it it's what it is, despite people calling in fast food, has become so expensive.
Honestly, I was here because of the kids. No adult should be eating this.

We ordered via Uber in this exact location. The famous chicken got me. The ads looks good. But sadly, its not! We ordered 3 ultimate box, a zinger box and famous burger on the side. The burger on the side is missing! The chicken patty taste like it was cooked in old oil. The drinks taste like water from swimming pool! It has an awful after taste. Disgusting! Waste of money! If you're craving for chicken burger, go somewhere else.

This location is known for always making mistakes with orders. They have screwed up 2 orders to date and always miss item that have to be replaced

Been there 3 times, all three times, the person at the drive-thru never gets the order correct, asks me 2 times in a row if I wants ketchup or hot sauce, both times I declined, right after she grabs a fist full of ketchup and hot sauce and throws it in my bag. Not a big deal but why ask if your not going to pay attention to my response.

KFC is so disappointing these days. Chicken was small and greasy and smelled like it was cooked in old oil. Really disappointed. The staff were friendly but the food was horrible and totally missed the mark. KFC has totally fallen out of contention for a good fried chicken spot.

Food was okay. Long line and no tap when paying with a card and they don't sanitize the machine either.

245 Morningside KFC is the worst kfc in Scarborough. They have almost never made my order right and their wait times are crazy. Customer service doesn't exist. Food is ok but not worth it.

Place is a dirt dive, Always got to clean your own table so u can sit down & eat, Crackheads coming out of the washroom together, food is beyond DISGUSTING

It is a KFC Taco Bell. You get what you expect. Good fast food chicken and or "Mexican".

The gentleman with the moustache behind the counter, was amazing! He was extremely polite and accommodating. Even though it's KFC, he made sure that that his priority was customer service. Two thumbs up!

Quick service! Friendly staff! Clean ambience! Quiet place to sit and enjoy KFC! There is a drive-thru as well you can just grab and go! The quality of food was fresh and tastefull! Thank you KFC, i will come back to this place! Have a nice day

They charge extra for changing your fries for the macaroni salad they charge a couple cents more for adding a drink to your combo the driveway it's not clear of snow after 48 Hours very slippery and packed with Shoeless Joe's customers not easy to park gets busy at 6 the preparation area for making the food can be very messy at times not very clean the lady working at cashier you can hardly hear her talk she's cut cold or something

OK, So I know Cyber Monday is an online thing. I also know customer service is NONEXISTANT here. I went in to ask for help and Alex, the manager, told me all I had to do was call in and they would fix it. I did, and the phone call was a joke. Never mind that, I'm dealing with the store. I asked for any exceptions and I was told he "wasn't allowed to". I explained that the server crashed and it isn't really the customer's fault and was essentially told that KFC doesn't value their customers. There are other locations. Alex doesn't care.

They are always out of stuff. They never have the bbq tenders which is supposed to be the special for the month. Wouldn't recommend.

I have chosen 1 star since there is no option for Starless. I have ordered chicken wings that was ready Within 7 minutes where other places freshly made wings they would ask for 15 minutes. I wanted to be sure if that was freshly done @ the time of pick-up my order. I was told do but they have lied it was fried several time only left batter no meat existed. I was on the premises tried to return the chicken they won’t take it back.this kind of dishonest attitude shouldn’t be entertained by any means.

There is a remodelación going on but they have some issues with all the people that arrives, they don't have enough chicken the time a got there.

Best KFC in Scarborough. Alex the manager provided amazing customer service. Chicken tasted fresh but popcorn chicken could have been seasoned better. 5 stars because of the manager but 4 stars for the food.

KFC branches are a hit and miss
This one is good but someties you gotta wait for a while to get youe order.overall its better than other branches.

Half decent food, but only because it is a chain. Management does not seem to care about running the place with any efficiency. The staff are minimum wage workers for a reason. None show any desire to shine and be given a position outside fry cook.

Food was good. Experience marred by the grumpy lady at the counter who objected to me “entering” the queue, as would be customary in other food joints, and asking me to come directly citing “the board states that”. No, lady, the board indicates one needs to “enter”. Food prep staff very friendly.

Worst KFC ever.chicken pieces without skin and with a dark brown disgusting recipe. Couldn't eat even 1 piece from the bucket.

Introduced back in the early '90 still a favorite place to get mouthwatering, finger-liking, succulents chicken and Popcorn shrimp.

The food came extremely quickly and the service was great. Despite visiting this location before and being disappointed in the service I received at that time, they did not disappoint this time around. The cashier was friendly and the food exceeded my expectations. Definitely as good a location for KFC as you can find.

Horrible service from the drive-through I was given the wrong change and when I disputed it the employee just doubted me and looked me funny and gave us no napkins no utensils and wrong drinks that were flat also

Don't go here with KFC coupons.
This is the first time in the last 20+ years that I've gotten chicken other than drumsticks or thighs at a KFC.
Brought in a 3 pcs chicken with fries "Coupon", and the manager gave me a fried chicken wing, and 2 other random pieces with fries. Definitely not going back there again. Will be telling this to everyone I know as well. Way to make use of every part of the chicken and ripping people off. Would give negative stars if I could.

Poor drive thru service was at the window for 20 minutes and recieved the wrong order extreme poor service
