I honestly hate this place when I was 12 going to this place I payed for my food and everything was going ok and the next day I go back ask for a special and I waited for 6 or 7 minutes and then the guy came and said your card is declined like bro I literally wasted my time over waiting for so long and I really hope this place shuts down people the people who are working their have a staring problem and they always give me rude looks like I didn't do anything and they are doing this who ever is out their can someone shut down this place because I literally don't want to come here again
Second time I ordered MACARONI salad! Once was pickup and this time was delivery…. Instead of 2 large macaroni salads they sent fries and coleslaw (which we don’t like) …. If you try calling this location they do not answer ever! No matter what time it is. How difficult can it be to get an order correct?
They never has spicy chicken doesn’t matter what time you go and they always says trough the phone they will make more and when you get there they don’t.
They didn’t send 2 of my side salads or any of the dipping sauces for my 3 orders of popcorn chicken buckets. The fries were only 1/2 full. This is the 3rd time they have messed up my order I just give up getting food from here.
Food was OK but customer service was very bad. We ordered and all the workers are literally not working, talking to other people or on their phones. Wait was long as well.
If I was capable of giving a 0 star review for this establishment I would. I ordered online at 8: 30 pm & never received the food at all. I called so many times i've lost count, all to no answer or the line being busy. Don't give this place business, negative customer service nor care.
Way too salty. Ordered large fries got regular. Ordered diet Pepsi got regular. Got all sweet dip sauce ordered different sauces. Ordered all white meat 4 piece dinner got a variety.and still got charged extra. Not a good meal. Not KFC tasting at all. Yuck.
I have really bad experience with this store. I placed an order online for the new hot and spicy and I received a call from the manager and told me that the hot and spicy is out of order so I said it's ok please process my refund and then he said take the original instead or wait 30 mins for the hot and spicy. I mean how could he say out of order in the first place if they can still make it? So okay I said it's fine I am willing to wait for 30 mins, and so he acted like he did not hear anything then he said ok I'll just gonna cancel your order then I said okay just process my refund. I placed this order a week ago but until now I havent received my refund, I even called them twice but still nothing. I've reported this issue to the KFC via email but still nothing they offered me free chicken pop corn that cost around $2, I've spent over $15. Don't come to this store, they are worst.
The chicken is TINY. There is less meat on their thigh pieces than a chicken wing from a half decent place. Their mac salad is good though. I recommend getting your chicken at Popeye's up the street and getting sides here.
Never coming here again, the popeyes 2min away is way better ordered a sandwich box and paid $16 and the fries were cold and the sandwich was small and bland and tasted very old.
They never have chicken, but yet they sell chicken. Why are you open still. Something on the menu and you can’t order cause they don’t want to make it, ur closed at 10pm why can’t I order something at 7pm. Worst! The guy that was answering phones Sunday November 27th he’s lazyyy, bad service! Don’t visit!
Had a food delivery order sent to my house and let's just say it didn't meet the expectations. Called and was informed that I should go in for a replacement so I said ok, l will also expect to have my $5 delivery fee reimburse. They hung up and never answered the phone.
This place used to be amazing like 10 years ago, as of now it’s run down to nothing. I usually place an order ahead of time through the app for pick up for 20 wings which normally take 10/15 mins to prepare, so I can grab it and go, but each time I go there, they have not dropped it, and I have to wait, without any apologies or compensation. Also, when I walk in, no one greets you, I went in today and there was one girl on drive through and another girl cleaning, the girl cleaning made eye contact and said nothing and continued. Not a ‘one moment’ or anything. Also, I feel like it’s rude to the staff to be constantly speaking in their language while customers are there, other than English. The only reason I’ve gone there after all these mishaps is because it’s right by my house, but now I’m thinking I’ll just drive a bit further to another location or another franchise cause of the consistent disregard for guests at this location.
Horrible horrible location! Waited at drive thru for 2 minutes and no one came to the window. Went inside was given old greasy chicken. You could tell the chicken was really old, it left a huge grease stain on the box and it was stringy and almost brown. What a waste of money! I can’t even complain to KFC head office because the cashier didn’t put my receipt in the bag like I asked. Go to another KFC like one on McLaughlin or Mayfield. This restaurant has gone to sh*&!
Ordered 16 piece chicken on line Order came 45 minutes late and what I got was really small 8 piece tenders- tried calling store a few times no answer- called head office and still no resolution- I will never order from here again- I did not have enough food to feed my family
One of the worst experiences ever! The chicken was wet and soggy because the gravy spilt inside. Called back maybe 20 times, no one picked up the phone. Don't even feel like looking at KFC ever again. Worst service ever!
Stupid service…I ordered a bucket and me and my friends were very hungry after a hectic day…the restaurant confirmed order to be delivered, but didn’t receive the order. By that time, the store closed and no body picked up call. Not going to order from here anymore
THE WORST KFC EVER! I ORDERED MY FOOD AT 5: 38PM ON AND I DIDNT GET MY ORDER FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER I ORDERED. I CALLED THE STORE AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME 3 TIMES AND WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE THEY DIDN'T EVEN CARE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I WAS TRANSFRRED TO A MANAGER AND BEFORE I EVEN GOT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THEY HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER ON TIME! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!
Absolutely the worst KFC ever. They should be ashamed of seeving what they do. Smallest pieces of chicken, poorly packaged items on Skip or delivery, and over 1 hour for delivery. Head office will be advised.

This is absolutely terrible. I ordered food over an hour an a half ago. My delivery time showed it should've arrive 40 minutes ago. The store number was going busy tone for the last 30 minutes and it's ringing but no one picks up. The customer service can't even connect we to them. They said they're trying to send an email. Absolutely disgusting service I don't even want the food at this point.
Absolute worst KFC I ever had. Fries were stale, pop was warm, everything just dumped into bag. I got the urge to vomit after a few bites of the chicken sandwich. Didnt finish the meal. I expect better for my money.
Ordered some chicken here and manager was stingy with the hotsauce. Gave me only 3-4 packets of hotsauce for an order of 6 pieces of chicken and 10 hotwings. Asked for a few more and he refused to give to me

Once again I tried ordering delivery, but it was disgusting, the bucket of chicken was at best warm and swimming in 1/2" if grease. Extremely soggy and the fries were cold.
Guy was packing food and making burgers with bare hands and no gloves. I got disgusted. He was touching all kind of equipment around the store. At least wear gloves. Seems like this guy does not care about store policy. I do not recommend this store. I asked the lady to remake my order WITH GLOVES on.
We Are Very Consistent Customers Or At Least have been Since Moving TO This Area 2 years Ago. With 5 children And Living Right Across The Street It only Makes Sense Right? Unfortunately We Have noticed That This Store Has Employees That Make The Store bad that Make the Food bad. Example. Today Is April 26th i Walked Into this store With MY Son at 450 Pm Est. We Ordered A Deal With A Coupon. The Lady At The Register Was amazing. We Patiently Waited For Our Food for 40 Minutes. Using Please And Thank You As I Am Trying TO Teach My Son Manners. After A 40 Minute Wait We got our Food at 534 Pm Est And Proceeded To Walk home 5 minutes Away. We Set The Table And Made The Plates And begin To Eat. Suddenly My Daughters says Dad This Food Is Not Cooked. After Investigation We Agreed And Proceeded TO Call back The store For A Return And Replace. After Getting The Manager on The Phone.my Wife Was Immediately Met With " We Already Know About Your Problem. We Approved The food To Go under cooked Because your husband Was Waiting And The Lady gave Away Your Food To Someone Else. We Apologize and Will Replace 6 Pieces Of Chicken For you ". Are You Serious. So Your Telling Me The Store Manager Knew That The Food Was under cooked Approved It And Then Waited For the call From Us. What Does That Say About The Quality Of food, Staff, management, Or Kfc As A whole If They Can Allow Customers To be Fed Raw Chicken Knowingly And Decide To Call It Acceptable Food Service. I Worked For years As A manger Of several food Stores. I Do believe That More Should be Done about This not Just A Food Replacement. If my Kids had gotten Food Poisoning Or Get Food Poisoning Who Is To be held Responsible. If I Am to be Treated Like This What Message Are you Telling Your Customers. Or health And Safety Is Not Important? Or Is It because We Are not The normal Customers They Dinner Crew Is Used To Serving and do not require the same respect? #KfcKnew
Customer service is good but they need training on how to manage the place. We ordered 3 meals charged us more and then we had to wait 15 minutes for them to fix it, the food was cold and we had a bad dining experience just because of it. Would never be coming to this location.
