Idiot staff. On the window they don’t know the basics of customer service.

Service of amandeep kaur is very good. She is very kind to me. And there food is very tasty.

We went today at kfc ordered 2 zinger burgers and fries and popcorn. The fries are not fresh, we are paying 36 bucks but its not worth it. And we went it thru drive thru but the other girl gave us fries but your staff is not welcoming. Kindly give them training to welcome ur customers.
Even i am also working in food service from last 2.5 years, but never did this with our customers.
Its the worst experience of our visit 2nd time.

Manager named SUNAINA is ridiculously disrespectful… her behaviour is so rude with people coming in …. Never recommend this place

Ordered via the app and was given a pickup time. I go to the store - their app pickup line that was supposedly faster than going through the regular lineup was closed. So I spent an extra 20 mins waiting in the long line waiting for people to order, then I still end up waiting another 10 mins for my order to be ready. Why even offer the option of the app - which promotes convenience and getting your order on time by ordering ahead- if the pickup lane is closed and I have to go through all the trouble of waiting in line with walk in customers? Total waste of time!

Mauvaise expérience. Le poulet était hyper gras et sans saveur. J'ai rarement goûté du poulet frit aussi fade et gras.

Worst KFC experience ever. Bad customer service. Order messed up.stale food.they tried to blame it on customer that we are the food item was not missing.we will never order from this branch ever. Could have given negative stars if that was an option.

Very slow service.love KFC but I could literally go to the grocery store, come back home and cook my food and eat it before I can even get home with KFC.

We ordered food from this location through Uber Eats. I ordered two popcorn chicken combos, neither one came with its drink. I ordered water (at an extra charge) for my 4 piece chicken box and it didn’t come with my order either. They also forgot to include the coleslaw with that combo as well. The chicken was dry, biscuits were dry to the point they stuck to the roof of your mouth and all the food was cold. I know this wasn’t an issue with Uber Eats either because it was picked up from this location and delivered to my home within a few minutes of each other. Really disappointing experience. Definitely will not be ordering from this location again.

Really bad chicken. Had no seasoning or flavour at all. Placed a family bucket 16pc.for $42 (pick up order). Firstly the order wasn’t ready on time. I had to wait 15 minutes even though I placed it and paid from home through the app. Main concern is that I called the store and they said that: “there’s nothing wrong at their end and that’s how they make chicken and I’ve probably never had KFC”. Well if that’s how KFC makes their chicken then they should definitely close this location cos they are not doing it the right way. Literally the chicken had no salt seasoning or flavor. Waste of my money and time. Never eating from this KFC ever.

Worst service, very slow ND after long waiting I got terrible food cold and poor packaging, their drink comes with something black thing when I complained they didn't apologize and their restroom (men) didn't had soap dispenser never gone come back to this location.

There was no chicken available when I ordered drive thru. Was asked to wait 20min. When I returned, I was asked to wait again for another 10min as chicken was still not available. Unbelievable! No chicken ready at kfc? End of the world is near. This place has the worst service, always an issue when I come at this location.

This time the food is awesome.chicken is straight out of fryer.the infrastructure is not that good but the food is good

I always order from this location. Food is delicious as always. Never ordered from the drive-thru, only in store.service is fast and staff is polite and efficient. Can't go wrong.

Always a reliable favorite for the family. Best fried chicken since I was 8 years old (I am much, much older now). KFC has been part of my food journey since my early days. KFC menu has been around 70 years and still one of my family's favorite food.

This location use to be my favourite until tonight. Sunday night drive through staff cannot take orders properly. When I seen I didn’t receive my additional sauces 2 other employees came to the window to asked what I wanted, then told me how to ask next time. Like I haven’t ordered the same thing for 10years. To top that off my fries were cold. I doubt I’ll be going back to this location again.

The worst KFC outlet. So disappointed with the service, it was a disaster visiting this place.service was so worst and they served stale food i guess it was prepared 8 -12 hours before they served it and even was nothing in variety. I will definitely try to reach their manager so that other people not face this problem.

It seems with time others have been improving on their game. However, KFC has been lagging behind. They used to be great very long time ago now it's just overpriced food that doesn't justify the price. The chicken Twister I got barely had anything inside and the chicken itself was very dry. The twister barely had any chicken as it was mostly breading. I wouldn't be coming back unfortunately. I love taco bell they were also disappoint.

I ordered just now and mentioned every thing that should be spicy and fresh but they guys didn’t even follow the instructions and gave me the cold food. It was that cold that i had to put it in the microwave and warm it.
I don’t know why they guys do it if they can’t give fresh food then they should not accept my order.

First time I visited this place, and I believe my first KFC ever in Canada, the employee got my order completely wrong on the drive-through. I asked for the Famous Chicken Chicken Sandwich but I got a chicken box instead. On another occasion they wouldn't hand me my online order through the drive-through window, after waiting a long time in line, and I had to enter the restaurant to get my food.

They should be shut down. $10 for the original famous chicken sandwich and that chicken is dry, old and barely any MEAT!

The cashier stole my money I gave her a hundred dollars cash and she gave me 5.76 for a 10 piece bucket then said I only gave her 50$ I will never buy at this location again… further more I told her to run back the camera and see and she refused to they are a bunch of crooks

Went to pick up the order, took some time but the guy working at night shift now is so nice that he offered us something to drink, we really really appreciate the gesture, don’t know the name but Man U go… I would’ve rated more than 5 if I had option

Was getting one plant based combo from this location and had to wait for 20 min on my way to work. What is the use of drive thru if we can’t get instant food and have to wait for 20 min for $8 order.

Swati and Avneet are very helpful as they both serve the hot food with a smile and on time everyday.

I had 3 zinger to check the quality but al of them were hot and good.food was tremendously great and deliver less than 1 minute.arsh at front register taling order was always greeting and recommending the combo even i don’t want.perfect customer service.

Disgusting taste cold chicken unprofessional staff front desk girl is always angry (name nav….). I would prefer dying rather than go order this girl and eat cold chicken

Bought meal through Uber eats arrived quickly no issues. We ordered spicy wings and whilst biting into the wing, blood was seen in the chicken. Called kfc, their solution is to tell me that they have new wings, it may look uncooked but is cooked. No offer to rectify the dissatisfaction. KFC has lost a custoner, not only did I not enjoy my meal but the customer service was poor. It does not even deserve the one star but had to, in order to proceed.

Used to come here all the time. I bought a 6 bucket+ 2Large sides for $22.60. It can only feed 2 people. This location has literally cut thier chicken pieces in half. I had to order a pizza on the side. Absolutely disappointed.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRR. Looks like they just hire anyone no matter how bad their customer service is especially the Drive-thru staff. Oh! Not to forget the food was disgusting too.don’t waste your money here.

Chicken flesh smells like Popeyes and Flavour taste like it was watered down with flour. Wonder if they pay for the flavour mix from the owner. Had better kfc from other location.

Visited today and ordered a KFC famous chicken sandwich. Had a huge bone in it. Almost as if it was a piece of bone in chicken that they threw on a bunch, disgusting, wish I didn't just waste my money on that during this time. Better off going to another KFC to be very honest.

Food was what we ordered but the fact that even though I ordered online at specific time my order wasn't ready. They had to take down my order again to get it ready. More organization is need during the busy hours.

The worst delivery i got from KFC that in the plant based burger they put Non veg. Patty and instead of apologizing manager was not ready to accept their mistaken.i am pure vegetarian and i ate one bit of non. Veg. I hate this thing.seriously can’t bear this!

I think they did a great job tonight being Tuesday, it was very busy and some people have no manners or patients The staff was very personal.

It is your typical fast food joint, service is quick but don't expect anything sensational. Prices are cheap, food is decent, although my order of chicken was especially greasy compared to other KFC's that I have been to. They still have there promos on Tuesdays. This location was also well kept, bathrooms were clean. Overall, nothing negative but nothing special either.

Garbage location. They dont have lettuce on the KFC food but their taco bell things come with lettuce. The younger female manager needs to be replaced.even if she owns the place
