This by far is the most hostile kfc ive been visiting. Not once, not twice but thrice and every time hoping the staff would be a little friendly. No greetings, no smile on the face, rude communication.whoever owns this place i would suggest you teach your front staff about customer service. The reviews of this place speak for itself.

Messed up my order three times and the employee was extremely rude. Food was amazing though.

The food is fine, it’s what you’d expect from KFC, but the service at this location needs improvement. The staff are all nice but the past two times I’ve been here, the drink machine has had issues. Also, I recently placed an order online and they forgot to put 2 separate items in my bag. Had I not checked, I would’ve walked out with half my order missing. This isn’t something I’ve consistently experienced at other KFC locations.

Ordered delivery last night and it was dripping with grease and very soggy. We are only 7 minutes drive away so what's their excuse? We won't be eating kfc anymore cuz unfortunately it made us sick after eating it.

Bought 2 peice chicken with fries, got the worst Kfc and fries. Even the oil tasted old and the colour of the chicken coating was pale.

Strangely enough we were craving for chicken. It hit the spot. The lady at cash was super friendly.the wait was not bad. Cheers

I ordered an 8 piece chicken at 10: 30 pm (feb 25). There was already an offer for extra crispy chicken, but the Asian lady told me they don’t have extra crispy chicken at that time. They gave me the regular chicken which is one of the worst KFC chickens I had. It was very very soggy and greasy. I cant even eat that. I think it was expired 1 hour before. I was ready to wait to get the fresh one, but she gave me this kind of food that cant be eat. Even they asked me to wait for 15 minutes and I had this experience. Managers, kindly give proper training for employees regarding the discard of expired food since the customers are paying this much money and they are getting this kind of things. At least train them to properly reheat the chicken please. Thank you.

Why don't you give Halal chicken as there are majority of muslims in toronto region.
Having it since my childhood and it's very difficult when you come to canada and see there is no halal branch for kfc.
I recommend you to impliment this change as this will benifit you and us.

Ohh god! Don't know where to start, me and my friend went there for dine in there and table were dirty we asked the girl if she can clean the tables… trust me she kept us waiting for like 20 mins. Although we asked her that please can you soon clean it… instead of helping us out she raised her.what kinda customer service is this… very very bad experience. I hope the manager or owner take care of it.

This store is a nightmare very disappointed I ordered two famous chicken combos and the chicken inside was stale and black I took it back to the store and the lady told me it was fine it’s just from the fryer I decided not to argue as I realized she was not going to listen to my concerns and just left without being refunded I just requested that stale food not to be served to any other customers. Worst experience eating out ever

I was confused about my order if it was veg or not staff is friendly they replaced the whole order for me even though it wasnt their fault.

Gravy was watery and has no taste. They added waay too much water. Can barely taste the gravy. And sll they gave were white meat. Only 2 red meat. Very disappointed. It did not taste like kfc as it it tasteless

Ordered the bacon lovers box. The chicken was an odd color but there was lots of bacon. As I stood waiting for my food for a couple minutes, I was literally stuck to the floor. It was THAT sticky. Would not recommend

I only go to KFC a couple of times a year special occasions so I don't begrudge the expense. The staff here are great to me. Recently I bought 30 pieces for $81.00. I asked for them to cook it fresh at 730pm and I picked up the 2 buckets at 8pm. It received rave reviews when I got home.delicious.plump juicy so I give my experience 5 stars

The worse chicken I have ever tasted in my life. I bought two pieces of chicken. When I eat those they were really old looks like they kept under the heat lamps for ages. Moreover I put mountain due to drink which taste horrible. I end up throwing everything what a waste of money.

I ordered zinger combo and asked for extra sauce with fresh patty and fresh fries but I got my combo just in two minutes with refried patty and soggy fries with almost no mayo. Not able to eat that food even. Cooking staff are very lazy to follow instructions.

Took 32 minutes to confirm my order on door dash.then when i received my order, it was all wrong! Like how hard is it to make what was ordered? ! I've worked fast food before, you have to really not care to get that much wrong nevermind except an order for 32 minutes

One of worst fried chicken out there too greasy, sticky and the oil at the bottom of my bucket the chicken is definitely not fresh each time I go to change my opinion and get never get my head around. Total disappointment. I have seen people giving in good opinion on it might have something to do with how fresh of a delivery they get. But am done.

Came in here for the chicken sandwich a little while back when it was introduced and the line up was out the door. No problem as I didn't mind waiting, but when I got inside, the restaurant was over crowded and one customer was talking on his cell phone without a mask on. I didn't see hand sanitizer for customers anywhere. Coming back a few months later, no line up but still no hand sanitizer anywhere to be found. Also annoying that there is no drive through here anymore since they renovated the plaza and now Tim Hortons has the only drive through. Food quality and customer service is good though.

People are stading without wearing mask and he was coughing and sneezing. When I told to the cashier to tell that person to put mask on, she told me she can not do any thing. The name is Anju. How can they are doing protection against covid-19.

After a sushi place flopped on our Order, we decided to get KFC. Ordered online and picked up. It was pretty busy but our order was ready to go when we got there!

Ordered for instore pickup (avg time is 30mins). I went in 40minutes and my order was not ready. Not only that, there was about 20 people crammed inside the store during covid. They were not honouring any online order pickup and would only allow in store order.

I ordered through Uber, chicken tenders, I got an extra crispy Xtra spicy 4 piece meal, fries that were NOT fresh, there were cold and refried fries. Gravy was cold and the bag was NOT sealed properly. This location is a new location so you think they would be doing their best for their new customers. THEY CLEARLY DON'T CARE. NEVER WILL I ORDER AGAIN.

Worst experience ever. Chicken wasn't tasting good. Got mtn dew, but it was just water. Won't go back again to this location.

Good luck getting your food from this spot on delivery! Ordered it in the afternoon for a scheduled arrival at 6: 15pm. It's been 40 minutes past 6: 15pm with no response from the store's number or customer service line. You're better off going into the restaurant to get your food. Screw their delivery system. What's the point of one if they don't even withhold what they say?

A little over crowded during the lunch rush. Management needs to control how many customers they allow into the store and not take more orders under they clear customers out of the store first.

We just ordered 10 pcs popsin chicken, felt very unhappy as it doesn't contain sause, tissues etc. And the taste of that is really not worthy to eat. We just throw off the entire stuff.

They relocated two doors down, but the renovation looks real good.too bad i still cant eat in yet

I ordered 1 Chick N Share and I received nicely fried chicken wings with FEATHER. When I called the store, they told they will give credit for two pcs next time. I am not fool to order again chicken fried with feathers. Very rude staff behaviour.
