Worst customer service. Making me wait in my car for 30 mins meanwhile they serving other ppl who were after me. Digusted on how they treat customer. Avoid at all cost so not worth it

This is a smaller location, but seating is available. My order was accurately made and they were friendly. I enjoyed!

Food is so terrible.chicken was very bland, no taste and was so cold.fries were also so bland and stiff.

Service was fast and friendly, but KFC chicken has gone way downhill. I haven't had it in a while so I'm not sure if it was just this location or all of them. The chicken was extremely greasy and tasteless. Popcorn chicken, chicken tenders and original recipe, all the same. Fries also weren't great.

Stopped in here the first night of our vacation after a very hectic day, the tenders were hot and the breading was some of the most finely breaded tenders I've ever had, makes me sad knowing at the end of the week I'll be going back home to our cities lackluster KFCs. I'll miss this location: (

Saturday night at 5: 49 pm and have to wait 20 minutes for chicken to be ready. It’s not a holiday either. Last time I was here they locked the doors at 6: 45 pm and refused to serve people because they ran out of chicken. This location needs to figure out supply and demand before demand goes elsewhere.

Asked for extra sauce on my zinger sandwich and I think they just dotted each side of the bun with some sauce.could barely tastes it.asked for extra ketchup because they only gave me two packets.the lady told me they ran out? So Either I was lied two or whom ever got their orders between 6: 30 pm until they closed had to enjoy their meal without ketchup.really? N to top it off I got a poutine with cheese n next to now gravey.the cheese did not melt.what a waste of $23.do not recommend this location at all.pour service n food is cheaply given.

I went through the drive through and rohan served us gave us an extra chicken and fries one of the best employees at this KFC by FAR thank you rohan for your service!

I usually go to other nearby KFC locations, however, this was the only one open for pickup on the app at the time. Place was not busy when I picked up my app order (Sunday night). That was the only 'good' thing I can say for this location.

Bought two combos and BOTH were missing fries. Chicken tenders were less than proper amount as well. Lesson learned, don't assume your order is correct.make sure to check it in the store! Chicken was ok, except for the extra salty taste. I'll pass on this location next time.

It's always great when you place an order and it never shows up, and when you call for a refund you receive attitude. I wish I could give zero stars.

Staff is rude they just give inproper answer. They just keeps gents washroom close and we ask them they ask to use ladies washroom. Thats WOW and when you complain they just give rude answer. Train them and teach them how to behave with customers

Customer service isn’t even good I missed an item for my order and when I called she said she’ll send a picture for proof but never sent back and didn’t answer my call. They need to improve customer service

I am not from this area but work around there and I can tell you they have the best customer service unless other KFC they will give u 2 small chicken on Tuesday but because it’s small I got 3. Staffs are friendly. I wanted to sit and because kids on using all the tables at the same time I went to sit and the little guy took his things off and I went and ask the cashier (Indian woman) for something to wipe the table she came out and clean it for me. Keep up the good works and the service is fast too

Simply terrible customer service. The manager on staff seems poorly trained and has horrible communication skills. I know this is just fast food, but it shouldn't be a hassle to get your order in a reasonable time frame. I've waited almost 2 hours now for my delivery and KFC could care less. Very poorly run.

Visited this place last Friday. Tables were dirty. Also, food were too too salty, and fries were not fresh / not fried properly. It's waste of time and waste of money to visit this place.

The guy, who was on front at the KFC was very unprofessional and he didn’t understand that the delivery partner can’t get bag inside the restaurant when other order is already in the bag. I mean Delivery drivers may have multiple orders together and it is logically and practically not possible to take bag inside the KFC with already taken other order and that order is already inside the bag. I hope management of the company and the owner of the store will take care of the same and will teach the staff to behave professionally and politely in the customer service sector especially with the delivery partners as they are likely to be employees. Worst chicken EVER! This franchise should be SHUT DOWN. Bought a 4pcs combo, the chicken was REFRIED A LEAST TWICE, IF NOT THREE TIMES OR MORE. DRIED OUT COMPLETED, TASTELESS, THREW IT OUT, DONT KNOW IF THE RACOONS COULD CHEW ON THAT DISGUSTING CHICKEN.

Customer services at this restaurant is always pleasant. It's been more than 3 years and have received same service every time. Good job management for hiring and training staff!

I wish I can give negative star for this location.staff working here are super rude and they don't treat the delivery drivers with any respect plus they take forever to give out your order.and good luck going there with your delivery bag they will make you walk to your car to bring the bag with you.so ya if you doing delivery don't pick up order from this location.

Illiterate people working here. They have no sense how to talk to customers. Food quality was very low and rude guy (sufyan) who handle front and drive thru handed me bad food purposely because he had a argument with me on a dipping sauce. Common better learn some customer skills before working for such a big food company. Very bad service don’t treat your customers like this @kfc

KFC chicken is generally good, On some occasions, in other KFC stores they served me chicken almost raw or with a lot of fat, in this establishment they served me very well cooked chicken, good flavor and the attention of the staff was very kind, this time order 10 pcs bucket and boneless box and it was very tasty.

Enjoyed my first plant-based KFC Chicken Sandwich. Have been a KFC customer for 50+ years and have to admit, I would never have known it wasn't chicken. Bravo!

Ordered through Uber Eats. Requested napkins and utensils, didn't receive either. Do you expect me to eat my coleslaw with my finger and clean my hand with my clothes. Food was cold and soggy, more than likely it was the delivery driver who drove in circles, either way not impressed.

Went to this location at 9pm and they close at 11pm. They had two pieces of chicken. What are they going to sell for the next two hours.

I got the zinger combo, burger was dripping in sauce, lyrically 2oz of sauce fell out of the burger. They told me it would take 6 minutes i waited for almost 15. Not impressed at all with my experience tonight

Compare to other locations, I would say, this one is much better. I literally felt difference in freshness burgers then other KFC locations. And that's three times in a row. So thumbs up for me.

A great team of people working here. Always give our food on time with a professional service. The food always gets packed properly and they are very generous with napkins and ketchup unlike McDonald's. Really nice place.

Worst KFC ever. I bought a 2 piece and the chicken was barely cooked and the macaroni salad was salty It made me throw up after.

This KFC is my favourite one. They have a good customer service with great taste. In the current situation they all so organized with washing hand and use sanitizer cloth to wipe the machine and No cash is the best thing. Safe to go this KFC.

Got 2 cheesecakes at the drive thru because they are not accepting customers inside. No utensils were given in the bag, one simple job.very annoying am I supposed to eat with my hands or?

This location is a joke. They never know the promotions currently being offered. I basically sit at the drive thru window and place the order online for them to see it and fulfill it, while moments earlier they just finished telling me they don't offer what I just ordered.

Chick'n'Share buckets, it's not even a promotion, it's a regular menu item.

Waited in line for quite some time, once it was my turn, the counter person tells me that the ATM is down. Everyone without cash ends up leaving. For obvious reasons she should have spoke up.simply wasted everyone's time.

Ended up leaving and went to Fortino's to pick up chicken which was a fraction of the cost of KFC. Never again, fast food chains should train their staff.

The food ended up being fine. The service was quite acceptable. They had a problem with the soda fountain, but they did have alternative plans in effect, canned or bottled pop as a substitute. What really cheesed me off was the filth of the so-called dining area. Gross, gross, GROSS. And the men's restroom was in dire need of attention too. Part-way through eating, I packed up the remainder of my meal and took it to the parking lot where the prospect of dodging bullets was easier to swallow than sitting in that dining area, yuck. If they brought in a few employees with stiff-bristled brushes, and good hot soapy water and scrubbed down that dining area from about 6'6 right down to and including the seats, tables, walls and floor tiles, and then kept on top of it, I think maybe the place could be saved, otherwise, I'll never go there intending to dine in again.

Very bad experience. Their drive through is like 12 hour shift in which waiting never comes to an end.
Employees are not serious about their job. We have to wait 15 minutes in drive through and no one was in front of us.

Nasty. Their polite but horrible at hygiene. The person who made my drumsticks didnt even have gloves on. The cashier put my fries in the bag without gloves. The table was uncleaned and leftover food bags were on tables. The washroom was nasty. There was water/pee all over the floor and toilet paper on the floor. The workers speak soo loud when were eating. Horrible, nasty, uncleaned, and nasty indian workers. Also the chicken is sooo greasy. You cant even taste chicken but the grease.

We phoned KFC for delivery. The main delivery number transferred our order to a location that closed 5 minutes later. Needless to say, the delivery never came however they charged our credit card! Three calls to customer service over 12 days and still have not seen a credit on the card. Beware of ordering online or by phone. Go to the store and pick it up.

The worst kfc I've ever tasted. We ordered 12 PC and recieved unaltered fried chicken and water-downed gravy. Disgusting

The staff was friendly and the order was served quickly. The store itself is rather small, but it was clean.

I ordered an 8 piece chicken, fries and gravy for $25 bucks and the chicken was a joke. If they didn't have a proper serving they should have just said so. What a rip off.

Horrible. Stopped by after work for the Tuesday special and the chicken was dark and tasted like it was cooked in very old oil. The taste was so bad I couldn't even eat it. Definitely not going to come back here.

They do not practice sanitary prep for your food be careful! Employees are rude and are very cheap, they charge for mayo, ketchup and sauce and when they make a mistake for your order they don’t even want to fix the mistake. I would recommend you go to the KFC at Kipling Dundas it is a 5 minute drive from this location and much better food and service or even the location close to woodbine KFC is a lot better. You have been warned!

The chicken was pretty tasty. Renovations 10 years ago have created a better seating.

There are always people ordering so the food is fresh and hasn't been sitting around too much.

Chicken is tiny at this location. I paid almost $13 for a 4 piece meal and 2 of them were this big. I asked the cashier about it and she said thats just how they come. You can tell the owner is very cheap, even napkins are scarse. Worst location i have been to.

We went in to get some hot wings but they did not have any. The cashier said they hadn't been able to get any from their supplier.

Extremely rude employees. I will never go back to this ever again. The staff needs replacing or professional training. Just having good chicken will not retain customers. The customers are paying for the service as well which this does not have at all.
