Absolutely amazing team at this location. Shri and Sanam are incredible members who went above and beyond to help me with an issue on my mobile order.

They were professional and helpful. Regional managers listen up! The team at this location are far superior over other stores.they deserve a raise!

This KFC review is only about their food. A friend brought it over from this location on Pape for lunch so no comments are made about the service or atmosphere of the store.

You know, growing up, I used to crave Kentucky Fried Chicken. Well, this most recent experience is making me swear off KFC for good especially from this location. The first time we had it from this location, the chicken seemed dry (like it had been sitting there for hours) and the fries were dry and parched (reminded me of dried out autumn leaves). We gave it the benefit of the doubt because maybe it was just a one-off mistake.

Well, needless to say, this most recent taste of KFC proved to be no better. This time, the chicken was noticeably too dark (like it had been double fried) and again, was too dry. On top of that, the chicken meat itself (I'm not talking about the seasoning) was absolutely flavourless and bland. The seasoning itself still has a hint of its signature flavour but it too has paled.

The fries were no better. They were still dry and parched, completely dehydrated. Even the ketchup couldn't save them and we ended up tossing them out.

Then, there was the coleslaw. My brain tells me the old KFC coleslaw used to have a more balanced flavour. It was creamy but had the sweet and sour kick. The only thing this coleslaw had was its signature crumbled texture and it was definitely creamy and sweet. However, there's no point calling it coleslaw anymore because it lacked tang and kick.

There are plenty of other places nearby that offers better fried chicken.

People here are too respecting, always greets warmly and the service and food quality is always fabulous.

Wow. So bad. Now I remember why I haven’t stepped foot inside a KFC in years. Please go to Popeyes instead if you want some FLAVOR. The one star is not just for this specific location as the food was very hot, they even gave me extra items I didn’t order, the service was fast etc. But it just doesn’t taste good at all I think the batter must have changed over the years? It just lacks in flavor/spices, it’s extremely soaked in oil and the skin completely comes off with the first bite. Fries are terrible just as I remembered them. Popcorn chicken have again absolutely zero flavor and the poutine was awful. How can the gravy be so bland? Thank god I had a coupon but definitely no wonder why every time I walk in front of this place there are no customers.

Overall everything was completely tasteless that’s the main point.

Best KFC in the city! Very friendly staff. Chicken is made fresh when you order. If you have that KFC itch to scratch (and it's a hard one to ignore!), head over to the Pape location. I make a point of it, even though it's further away than other restaurants.

Ordered 4 pc chicken combo, all 4 pcs were old and reheated. Ordered burger combo, u will get much much better quality from local burger shops for half the price. Won't ever go back again! Never had such terrible experience from any other KFC

Amazing location, what makes this place five stars is the service they provide and the team of staff and management they have. They go out of their way to ensure the food is as fresh as possible, and treat the customer special not just a number coming through the door.

Picked up 3 chicken sandwiches macaroni salad and fries. Sandwiches looked pink and raw inside I thought it was not cooked my daughter said it was freezer burn disappointed. Go to Bullseyes on pape and pay the extra it’s worth it.

Theirs about 3 KfC in my area, but this location is the best one. The food is always hot and seems to be prepared fresher than the rest. The staff is accomodating and the restaurant itself is clean.

Slow service, food tastes strange. Overall it looks like it will be a long time before I ever have KFC again.

I suspect they have a poultry portal to another dimension with the speed of which they serve their fast fried chicken. Impressive. I deducted a point for my own consciousness for simply being fried chicken.

The worst KFC I've ever been to the guy was in a bad mood seem like not friendly didn't get my order right didn't even give me color either napkins and they don't have vinegar vinegar cuts grease that's why they had vinegar and so before they got to be my own vinegar vinegar is very healthy cuts grease cuts to fat but they wouldn't know that we should look it up the other KFC and Dan for it they have vinegar and they're really good insult and cutlery and napkins and I didn't even have to ask they remember me

This location offers the best chicken. It’s fresh and as tagline suggests finger licking good. I love eating at this location and would come over and over again.

Order was prompt and when I called to request changes to the order after I placed it online, they were friendly and had no problems adjusting the order. I would order from this location again (Pape St.)

Staff was courteous, and the food was as good as it ever is at KFC. Will visit again, at some point. Special mention to the wings, they were piping hot and had a delectable balance of flavours.

Kfc is my everytime go to food outlet! The food served is fresh and the chicken is well cooked and juicy and also they have a good staff overall I loved their service.

I went to several other locations before coming here like the one on greenwood and the one on main street but this location serves the best chicken all over Ontario. Would come over and over again.

The place is very clean unfortunately all the staff working there are all rude and ignorant a real turn off for me anyways I'll never walk in there again.

KFC is not the restaurant it used to be. For example the chicken breast was cut into 3 pieces but now in 4. The thigh used to be 1 piece but now it is 2 pieces. You would think that the prices would decrease with such tactics, but instead they have increased. It is chicken! They pay less than $4-5 per whole chicken and sell it for multiple time more. Why? Because we allow them to.

When I screwed up my order online and had to call in to make changes, they were very pleasant and polite about doing so.

Must have new staff. Chicken is dry and tasteless. Has really gone downhill. $27 for 10 pieces would be okay if they were edible. Avoid.

As a fan of fried chicken, it's hard not to acknowledge KFC among my go-to places, it's been around for ages. This location on Pape is great and mainly because of the awesome, friendly staff (and they often stick in a extra piece once in awhile when I order via DoorDash ;)

The guys in the back cooking always have mask off below nose and more than once hair in my food in one month. They also short change me twice. This is little much for myself and I want make a complaint. Fries always bad never fresh. Big bucket of chicken two times dry very bad. This location is down hill, watch for hairs from the man always in the kitchen

There's an Indian guy in the kitchen area minding someone else's business. Gave me two chicken wings. The cashier was very nice, though.

Sloppy packaging of food staff rude and ASKS for tips and gets mad and rude when you can't afford to.

It's been there for years. Service is good. But it's maddening that you have to pay separate for macaroni salad, potato salad, coleslaw separately. They used to be part of the meal combo. Get less, pay more. It's the norm now. I ate there recently but I rarely go compared to how much I used to. Corporate greed I will not be a part of.

I go to this particular KFC often for my grandson. There's a gentleman there that looks after us at all cost an amazing guy. He does our food to perfection knowing how we want it even if we need a couple little adjustments, as we do! Hes got it done, down to a T! So as for KFC itself um? This one is truly on the money for my family forsure.

KFC has really gone down hill since I was a kid. The pieces of chicken are half of what they used to be. The skin is mushy and half falling off. The bucket of chicken came in a single paper bag tag was open! In COVID-19 times I expect the food to be safely and securely packaged. The bag had tape but it was ripped open and I have no idea if something happened to the food.

Never eat at this place they dont wear gloves while putting there nasty hands all over your food I took a video but it got deleted

The only whole pieces you get are wings and drumsticks, everything else is cut in half giving you less chicken for the money. They water down the gravy so it tastes bland. If you order something like chicken strips that is supposed to come with dipping sauce, they will charge you for it.

I prefer this restaurant very much.there is a happy mood. The cuisine is wonderful.the service is effective and the stuff is well trained. The price is honest.greatly recommend.

I meet friends in this nice place often! This is the best place to have a bite. I go there regularly. The cooking is of high quality, the staff members are polite and the price is reasonable. I enjoy eating in this restaurant to have a rich supper.

They offer a large variety of fresh food. I enjoy eating here. The employees are always super friendly, rates are fair and the place is always clean.

I adore this restaurant! They offer delicious dishes, their menu is varied, The chef in that spot is very experienced, I enjoy a lot trying all their food. The dishes are consistently fresh, the attitude towards the clients is friendly. I visit often this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend this place.

I celebrated my PhD today in this gorgeous place. Well we had a superb evening and the restaurant was unquestionably one of the reasons for that fruitful evening. The team contributed in a graceful style, the cuisine was very good and my friends were so thrilled. We shall absolutely return for more events.thanks very much.

Not normal for me to give a 4 but this was needed as my boyfriend and I went to another KFC in my neighborhood and was looking to see if we can get the order on the front of their coupon sheet anyways the manager said no sorry you need to place the order online with your credit card and then you can come pick it up my boyfriend said but neither of us has a credit card and then he said sorry then I can't help you so my boyfriend said fine we'll go to mcdonald's then we actually didn't my boyfriend asked me where there was another KFC I said pape so this is where we came the manager was at this location my boyfriend handed him the flyer and asked can we get this as I don't have a credit card to order this online he said yeah sure no problem typed it in the register and that was it I was like now that's customer service so no complaints here was very pleased and well so was my boyfriend 3rd lucks the charm

Food was room temperature and tough by the time it got to me after an hour with the driver. Kfc nor Uber eats has cared to email me back either since I filed a report with Uber. Typical.

This is obviously one of the most attractive restaurants in the area. Always when I go there I am exceedingly pleased. They keep their high level service and the highest level of cooking they serve. You are always happy with this restaurant. Very recommended.

This used to be a very small KFC store (Pape) but it's been renovated to be more modern which now also includes a seating area for dine-in customers! Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Best KFC hands down. Located close to Pape Station, really clean and quiet. Portions are generous and service is really polite.

Tried this place before with my friend and I am addicted ever since. I enjoyed the awesome mood and delicious food and beverages. 5 stars from me.
