KFC

Very brutal service every time my family & I have went there. This week I went through the drive thru at lunch time. I was asked to go park out front after they took my order. I was told it would take four minutes tops. I waited almost 20 minutes.

It took them a long time to deliver the order.
Drinks were not available, tea was missing. We told them and they did nothing.
The chicken is very oily.
All wrong.
I'm not going anymore.

Other than the obvious drumstick, we couldn't distinguish between the pieces of chicken! The chicken did not look appetizing and the breading was undercooked in various pieces. Overall, very unappealing and we wouldn't order again.

Seriously, who is the owner of this place? If it is not the name of "KFC". This place would not be exist.

Went to the KFC on great northern to pick up supper for my family. Ordered three meals through the drive-thru and drove home to enjoy my supper with my family. They gave me half of what I ordered and paid for. Tried immediately to call back and no one would answer. Drove all the way back there to get what I paid for and they would not honor my order even thoughi had pictures and proof of purchase. Plus the person I spoke to was just plain old rude to me. Word to the wise, never leave until you go through the bag to see you got your correct order. This establishment will never receive my business again.

They need more staff and need to answer there phone i was in line and manager stated that they will answer uber eats and ignore there phone manager name is lovepreet horrible customer servive

Ordered a spicy big crunch with no mayo. And I was sent a normal big crunch with extra mayo. Discussing and soggy. Now I have to go out and get something else to eat while my family eats dinner. Wasted 15$ on the meal plus delivery. And now gas and time to get something else. How is it ok for this to happen all the time. KFC should be ashamed.

Went inside to order food for takeout.
Customer service sucked. Completely ignored by counterperson. Manager came to take our order.ignored us to talk to other customer then staff. Ordered food finally. Took forver for our order. Ordered big crunch sandwich.dry as sand.no lettuce, no mayo. Pop was flat. No receipt to call actual store to comment. Was NOT impressed and will NOT go back or recommend.

Wasn't busy told I had to wait 15 mins at 4pm waited closer to 30 mins.how are you already behind on chicken when the dinner rush hadn't even hit yet? Needs better management.

Usually very fast drive-thru, this time we were asked to wait in the parking lot. It took over 20 minutes to get our three identical chicken sandwich combos. The service was top in friendliness, though.

Went to this location for lunch today. Ordered a Spicy big crunch combo. Waited 20 minutes, asked for a refund on my order as my lunch break was over and I had to return to work. They Cashier disappeared for a few minutes and came back with my meal. It was take out - I should have checked before I left to eat. Returned to the office and find my sandwich uncooked and unsafe to eat. Id love to speak to a manager or the owner but the phone is always busy. Save your money and time.go make a sandwich at home.

I waited 10 minutes to be served. So I walked out. And there were workers just standing around doing nothing.

Most horrible service in town. Everytime you go in to get something or through drive through, make sure you have an hour to wait for your food.

Ordered 3 chicken meals only received 2 at drive threw. Tried calling restaurant to let them know line is always busy or no answer. Orders have been wrong the last few times. A little frustrating when you sit down for a meal and your food is not there.

Horrible service, took an hour to get 3 sandwiches remade after they added Mayo to a PLAIN sandwich after confirming nothing on it 3x. By the time we made it home $100 order was cold except the sandwiches that were remade.

Why do they have foreign people working the drive tru we can barely understand u as it is so put them in the window and now with a mask on and have them take orders through the speaker now I don't care if there here and working but why put them there I'm tryna buy a simple boneless bucket meal that comes with an 8 piece tender a large popcorn chicken and a fry and when I get home it's not my meal and they charged my debit 45$ when it was supposed to be 25$ and they charged me 7$ on a 3$ gravy jus a scam that place is last time I go there

So sad, i stop here every time i go through the soo and love it. Today not so much. We walked in 20 minutes before they close and they insisted they were sold out of almost everything. Finally after a heated discussion they found a chicken sandwich. Had gravy but lo and behold sold out of fries. After a couple of minutes they found just enough fries to fill our order. If they would have just made our order instead of arguing with us we would have been happy and gone before 10pm closing. Horrible customer service. Just lock the door at 930 if you dont want to serve customers. Will definitely think twice before coming back.ps. While we were here they had a skip the dishes guy come in and they refused to make the order he was to pick up. He was upset as his rating will go down. Kfc girl was not sympathetic at all. Horrible
