Never prepare online order on time.
At counter, they say 5 min and takes another 30 minutes.

At the back of front counter they were all talking and hiding.no one wants to come to front Counter to serve customer.

I recall KFC in the old days and the chicken was of worse quality but definitely better tasting. Something has gone awry with the spices…has the formula changed or does the franchise need instruction? The result is bland…. Not likely to return

Donna at the front counter is the nicest, most sincere person i have ever met. She always greets me and customers with a smile. She is the only reason i come here. Today i had a bad day, she made me smile and comforted me. I appreciate you Donna!

I am very disappointed. I had hair in my chicken and i told her i want another bucket and she told me to leave. The manager “sandeep” was the one that kicked me out and started swearing at me in Punjabi saying “panchode”

Worst kfc ever very very poor service specially at drive through they don't know the location where they work and even the manager of the store is very rude i don't recommend anybody to goo this kfc

In this picture, there are two pieces of chicken, corn and potato salad, that were left over from my 6 Piece Bucket with 2Large Sides. When I received it, it was hot and delicious. Second I ordered 3 pieces of chicken with large fries and I order seperate a large corn and large gravy.

The staff that served me were very pleasant and helpful.

They do have Restrooms with Wheelchair Accessible Entrances. They share their free parking lot with other stores. They do have Wheelchair Accessible Parking lots and Entrances. They do have takeout and delivery. They also have a diner you can sit down to eat. I seen parents with their kids, elders, large groups, etc.

I used their drive through many times. Most of the time it moves quickly.

Absolutely horrible customer service this location won't even pick up the phone. Was calling to inquire about an order that was taking much longer then it should of. I feel sorry for people wanting to place an order because as long as they are busy enough they will turn down other customers. What a great way to run a business

Liked their chicken burger meal combo. Thanks to their staff, Donna for suggesting it. KFC is getting better with new products and offerz.

It's OK. Not sure if anyone has noticed the pieces seem to be smaller. That's because they have. They are cutting the pieces in half. They are not using smaller chickens.
Mary Browns still has the full size pieces. Fior that matter try the NEW Kitchen Chicken on Avenue and Franklin; full size pieces and very tastey.

The service at this location is attrocious!

2 hours + waiting for delivery, call the store 2x and lady cannot give me an explanation as to why it has taken over 2 hours and could not provide me with an eta

Just got it. Gave us the wrong side, chicken was over cooked and gross and everything was cold. The delivery person didn't even knock on the door when they dropped it off. We went to take our dog outside and saw it just sitting there. Not worth the money and we really regretted it after.

Legendary staff from as a child still work here and provide legendary service. Sandie is top notch. All the people from the previous location who moved onto this one are amazing. New staff can be hit or miss, I still love it here though.

The chicken was not bad. However, I didn't get cutlery and napkins.
I got to the table and they were no plates.

Many times I went during the day, I had no problems being served and the food I ordered was hot and very good. They were very nice and helpful. They do have Wheelchair Accessible Entrances and Parking Lots. They share their Parking Lot with other stores. I have been inside to eat at their diner area. They do keep it clean. They do have washrooms. Sometimes, it gets busy and I have to wait in line. I have used their drive through many times. Most of the time it moves quickly.

KFC is not as good as it used to be. Once upon a time the chicken was juicy but not greasy. Not tonight. I question the pcs of chicken.when was chicken cut like that? Other than the legs and wings nothing was truly recognizable. I admit I don't go to KFC all that often any more and it will be a while before I go back. Also the service was slow and ost of the tables needed cleaning.

Open 'til 10pm should mean open until 10pm. Correct your hours, or correct your business. I arrived at 9: 45pm after a show to get the Tuesday special for $3.69. They didn't have nor would they make any chicken, but they were quite willing to sell me leftover popcorn chicken for the full price of $16. Luckily, there's a Popeye's a few blocks North on Hespeler Rd that honours their hours. Turns out Popeye's uses better quality chicken too.

Very slow service.for just a combo order, we had wait for 40minutes. I used to go there twice every week but every time this location is so slow while delivering food. Really disgusting but taste was awesome. This location has ample parking space and entire KFC is so spic and span.

Arrived around 8pm on a Saturday night. Waited in line for 15 minutes as the one of 2 people working was dealing with irate customers that received wrong orders. Walked out before I was even acknowledged.

Absolutely disappointing, furious with these outcomes. We asked for sixteen piece of chicken and received ONE PIECE OF CHICKEN and absolute disaster, you just lost a valuable costumer.one star, have a terrible night

Well run, pretty standard fried chicken joint. It was clean, order taken quickly, order ready in five minutes and staff were polite and professional. I had the four-piece dinner which amounts to a half chicken with fries and coleslaw. It was all hot and fresh and tasted like I expected.

By far the cheapest KFC of life. Smallest portions for just over $12. They only carry macaroni salad apparently. Will never get from here again.

Donna who works at the Cambridge location is one of the nicest people i have ever met. She always greets you with a smile and is always friendly and helpful. We need more people like you Donna! She is the only reason i go to this location. We love the $5 boxes, but everything is good here, never been disappointed.

Staff needs training. They accept order on skip the dishes, even if they don't have specific item in stock and waste time of courier by just saying wait for 2 minutes, repeatedly.

Loved the place, loved the team member Donna, who went beyond what she has to do and made my experience way better when compared to the Fairview mall KFC outlet, which was horrendous.

The restaurant was nice and clean but the chicken was so deformed and crispy I couldn't tell what peices were what. And chicken balls were alright but it didn't taste like chicken. The only good things from my meal was my fries and my drink. Also the staff were very nice.

2 stars because the staff was sweet otherwise, the chicken was not at all fresh, so hard to chew. Most probably because the place was pretty dead hardly 1-2 customers on a friday night hence they have old chicken left overs. Wouldn’t recommend this particular KFC.

Waited for almost 15 minutes at the drive through with one care ahead of me. I honestly haven't been here since they moved from Dundas St and probably won't go back. The chicken wasn't recognizable as chicken and my meal was very expensive.

Most horrable experience I have EVER had with KFC.
The chicken was mushy, fatty and tasteless. The fires tasted like they had been sitting for an hour under a heat lamp, they were hard, dried out and just nasty. They brang the wrong pop and there was missing chicken. Sure they sent out 2 pieces of chicken and the right pop after I called but the quality of food was not worth almost $50. And I had to ask the delivery driver for my change, wasn't going to even attempt to give it to me untill I asked for it. Not impressed at all.

Went in on very humid day. Inside was like a meat locker, very well air conditioned. Chicken hot and tasty. Not very busy on a week day, i hope it lasts in its new location.

Hot wings R the Best! The wings come out nicely browned and crunchy, and are a pleasure to pick up and eat from the box.

Everytime i go to this location the food is always very fresh. Hot and crispy the way i remember kfc! I started to hate kfc because other location the food was always cold but this one is always soo good! Staff are always nice!
