We waited over 30 minutes for our 14-pieces chicken order. The chicken pieces we finally got were dark brown in colour. We were hungry but the food was not edible. Very disappointing.

I ordered fried chicken as a take out I bring it home for my children but The food and all the products was too salty we can’t even eat them
But as I said I have young child so I can’t bring it back

If you like junk food, then it's your spot. I don't like it, and my son was raised the same way - no junk food

They think remodeling this place will make it better. But its the service and food quality they need to update

The chicken burgers are half the size as advertised, the chicken was dry and the bun was hard.

What an experience. Ordered the following: 2 piece chicken combo, 2 soft shell tacos and 1 hard shell taco. It’s a good thing I ordered the tacos and those weren’t that great either. This review is for the chicken. The breast and leg I received were terrible. Inedible. The skin was charred and burnt, the inside didn’t even have a flavour as it was over taken by the burnt skin flavour. The manager gave us more chicken and two of the pieces he gave us were exactly the same, and went right where they belong. The garbage bin. Be mindful when you choose this location for your KFC. Decent customer service (like to be on the phone before you get your order off though) but the food is absolutely not fit for consumption.

Will never visit this location again. A lady came to return her order. The staff took her food then put it back with the rest of the food they where going to sell it to the next person in line. I spoke up and they said what do you want us to do? I said through it out. Technically you should throw all the chicken out because you just contaminated it with putting that chicken in with it you don’t know if the lady did anything to it or even when she bought it? So gross imagine what they do when you can’t see if this is what they do with a restaurant full of customers.

Just purchased crunch combo with upgrading Fry to Mega size charging $1 more. Look at the picture. The cup is a regular sized one. I double checked with a cashier that is really mega size with $1 different? He just gave me a regular one for free. Hilarious. KFC? Really?
One more thing. I asked for ketchup.actually bunch of them.not even one in the bag.haha these guys should work for free.

On May 26, I visited the KFC restaurant located at in Richmond Hill. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. The following are the specific concerns I encountered during my visit:

1. Health Condition: Upon entering the premises, I noticed several concerning factors that raised doubts about the restaurant's overall hygiene. The dining area appeared unclean, with tables and chairs displaying visible stains and crumbs. These unsanitary conditions are unacceptable and compromise the well-being of both customers and employees.

2. Poor Quality of Food: Regrettably, the quality of the food I received fell significantly below the expected standards of KFC. The accompanying sides were cold and unappetizing, and the overall taste was disappointing. As a loyal customer, I had higher expectations and was let down by this experience.

3. Broken Soda Machine: To my dismay, the soda machine at the establishment was out of order during my visit. This inconvenience prevented me and other patrons from enjoying the full range of available options, negatively impacting our dining experience. Ensuring that equipment is functional and readily available is crucial to providing a satisfactory customer experience.

4. Dirty Washroom: The condition of the washroom facilities was unsatisfactory. It was unclean, with noticeable dirt and unpleasant odors. Proper maintenance and regular cleaning of these facilities are essential to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for customers.

Worst kfc branch ever. Dining area is very dirty. Same goes with the kitchen. The biscuit was not cooked properly. It was soft as cotton. Cashier staff is talking to the phone while collecting order of other customers, not paying attention to orders. Poorly managed branch. I pitied for the next customer in line. Each customer needs to wait around 15 mins or more.

Unbelievably slow.drive-thru wrapping around the property at some points.staff has absolutely no organization you start to feel bad for them after a certain point.turn your car off and drive through serve gas trust me

I have been to this location a few times, but after this time I will never return. Firstly, they take forever to prepare your order even when it is not busy, and I thought it was supposed to be "fast food". Secondly, they keep forgetting to include the sides that are part of a box meal. Last time it was the cookie and this time it was the salad, I even start to think if they are doing this on purpose. I should've checked the bag before leaving but I trusted them to perform their job correctly, and now I really regret it.

Food used to be ok, but the eating area is pretty disgusting. Staff were sitting on the service counter when I went to pick up my order. Food was clearly reheated and disgusting.

Honestly the worst KFC you will ever experience. The staff bicker with each other, service is slow and the food is mostly absolutely horrible. It is usually overly greasy and dark and dry because it has obviously been sitting too long. I have coming here periodically for years because of the vicinity to home and it's always the same

This is the worse place. I picked up a bucket of spicy chicken and it appeared amazing, just to find out it was 80% batter, so much oil with every bite that it was a complete waste of a dinner. They need to change their ways or I'll never go back again.

Chicken tastes like it’s literally burned by an oil fire. How can they serve stuff like that? Glacially slow drive-through. Very inconsistent overall. What a shame. I liked KFC.

Not open the hours they say there are. Rude lady at the cash. Why open the doors if you are not open? Why is it customers fault that your staff came in late? Learn some basic customer service words like "sorry" when trying to explain a situation.

Lady at the back screaming at the staff, no wonder they came in late. Only normal person there was a guy patching up paint on a wall but made the restaurant stink like paint.

Wow read some of the other recent reviews and I will permanently skip this place from now on, so dirty and gross.

Doors were closed. Only could use drive through. Good so grease KFC. Needs to change. Do not think I will revisit store again

This must be the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in, shame on this franchise to be so gross especially the washrooms no soap no towels floor and walls look like they were in a hotpot movie! Too band!

Terrible service. Ordered a popcorn chicken and 2 chicken meal box with fries and the lady also repeated it back to us. Paid for the food in the drivethru and turns out it was a poutine for $8? Came back inside and the person at the counter didnt even take ownership that the order lady said the wrong thing. We do not want a poutine. Terrible service, the person at the counter said we ordered a “five dollar fill up” and showed us how it came to $9 after tax? AFTER $5? HOW IS IT $9 AFTER TAX IF ITS $5? Terrible service, probably the worst KFC ive ever been to. If there was 0 stars i would probably put it on the review.

Why no zero star can be chosen? KFC coupon cannot be used here, u must order from.ca? Then why the KFC site asked you to print the coupon and use at store? Is KFC issue or this store problem?
Also, don't even try to use the drive thru here, took forever to take your order. Keep telling you one moment one moment, but the line up was built and you can't even back out anymore. At the end took 5 mins to have someone take your order

Very slow! At least a 30 mins wait for your food. Every time I come here it’s the same amount of wait. Definitely not fast food

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I was waiting for my order and as the supervisor was calling out my number, I took maybe 2 extra seconds to read my order number and as I approached him he snatched the receipt out of my hand and aggressively pointed at the order number on my receipt. The chicken was cold and along with the blatant disrespect I faced, I didn’t even get to enjoy my food. Never coming here ever again.

Need staff! Windows dirty, floors dirty and greasy, long wait to be served as focus is on drivethrough mainly. Needs a facelift. Tables and benches old and in rough shape.

Terrible washroom (male) that smelled like a one decade stale urine. Plus, the manager is talking disparagingly behind my back with his coworkers. I’d appreciate it if he had the guts to tell to my face that he doesn’t wanna assist me. Talking and even making fun of your customer is a very good example and a very definition of UNPROFESSIONAL WORK and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Who ever owns this franchise might have to invest on and hire an employee with good interpersonal skills, because some of your employees (especially the manager I’ve encountered today) have poor judgment. I’m sorry, but this KFC location doesn’t even deserve one star️

Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about this place.
1. Our order was incorrect. Fries were not eatable. Big Crunch sandwich was dry and hard as a rock. Ordered 3 piece white meat, got 1 piece and 2 dark….
2. No napkins or forks given.
3. No Pepsi zero, no 7up, no root beer. Only pepsi and Diet Pepsi available, all others were out. 2 out of 6 drink options were only available.
4. Restaurant was dirty, 13 tables and all were dirty. We had to clean a table to sit down.
5. Garbage, food and wrappers all over the floor, (dining room and behind the counter where the food is prepped) no way this is cleaned on a daily basis, as the food under the tables looked old.
6. Restrooms are a probably the worst we seen. The mens urinal was full of urine and the toilet was covered in feces and the odour was indescribable.
Would not recommend this location to anyone!

Lousy service. I ordered online and they didn't have my order, I had to wait almost 45 min extra. The cash registers didn't work and they didn't have card payment. The manager did not solve anything.

So disappointed, my son loves kfc i'm ok with it too. After spending 65$ to buy food for family, even my son said it was not goid food. Chicken sandwich was cold, gravey, (that i used ti tgink its best in bussiness) was burnt, chicken pieces (dark meet) was so dry that could not chew. Over all very very bad.

15 min wait in drive thru at 4pm with only one car, food was horrible, stale fries, and everything was horrible. Obvious that owners, manager and staff just dont care!

We tried ordering food here tonight. Was at the drive thru speaker at 9: 45pm. They asked us to wait almost 25 minutes to place our order and didn't take the order until the cars ahead of us cleared. We finally ordered & got to the window in another 15 minutes & they tell us that they have absolutely no more chicken. When asked if they can at least let us order burgers they said they can if we wait 7-8 minutes. If they had told us at the speaker we could have left instead of waiting with hungry children in the car for almost 45 minutes. Will not be returning here again.

They have given us totally dry chicken on mire than one occasion. The sandwiches are usually good but I'm referring to the boned chicken as well as the chicken tenders. Dry and overpriced. Other menu items such as the sides are much better.this may just be the store near me in Richmond hill however.

Came here during the free Tacos day and ONLY this store made you purchase on UberEats only. Disappointed as drove all the way there and having to wait 30 min for food on Uber Eats. Every other store accepted in person purchasing except this. At least the food was decent.

August 30,2021 at around 3pm. Looks like a day or two day old chicken they are serving. Small pieces, very bad quality. With all the bad reviews on this location, noone addresses them. Apparently there is no quality check or consistency between KFC franchises.

Such a bad experience this afternoon
They forgot our order and when reminded after 20 minutes it ended up with wrong order (wrongs salad). The worst part was the chicken taste that was super salty 100% they mixed up seasoning

Went during a lunch rush, so the food was pretty fresh but I seriously don't recommend anyone eat more than 8 pieces like I did xD

The worce KFC ever, for the fourth time last night they gave me the wrong order and of course the drink is always warm and had no ice on it. It could not be worse.

Worst place ever, the chicken was old and soggy, and pieces of chicken cut in half counted as one piece. Taco filling was so little, paper thin. Never going back again.

Ordered mighty bucket yesterday which tasted a bit weird and had foul smell. When I called KFC Manager shaunak, he handled the situation very well and offered us to get another mighty bucket. So we went next day and got our mighty bucket. Whole process was easy and well handled

Visited tonight through drive thru, completely forgot to give me my 2 orders of popcorn chicken. Unimpressed as this happens often and now they're closed and I am home.

I highly respect the manager here and the way he handles situations. If he knows he or his staff are in the wrong about something he will always rectify no questions asked.but ive also seen the way he stuck up for the business when people tried to take advantage of him.

I bought a 6 pcs bucket tonight. It was owful. Foul smell with a weired taste. Does anybody from kfc control the quality of such a terrible cook? ! We really felt bad and didn't eat half of it. Never recommend
