Horrible service and the manager is very rude his name is haresh and did not want to honour the mailed coupons after waiting in the line for half an hour they are very very slow

Chicken and Fries were dry as hell
The chicken sandwich wasn't bad at all

I found the price is very expensive. I found the chicken doesn't taste like it used to anymore and it's super greasy and the gravy is tasteless. I don't think I'll be back here again

This message is for the owner of this location, looks like you are not paying enough to your employees maybe that’s why the employees are taking their frustration on customers by providing the worst customer service and bad quality food, dear employees I understand less money creates huge stress but it shouldn’t be taken out on customers, that represents your value and worth as a person.
Really feel bad for you guys,

The Quality of the Chicken, and Gravy Has Gone dowm Significantly, i don't believe it is this restaurant in particular but every KFC location, the chicken pieces aren't as full of meat and the Gravy is Flavorless and Runny, and the Price for 18 Pieces is absolutely Ridiculous.

Got really sick food was not cooked properly my wife went back to store the employees did not care an did not refund or anything sorry can’t help you….

My wife did notice there are mice running around in kitchen……

Most disgusting KFC i have ever eaten in my life wish I never spent my $60 there The chicken smelt funny and raw the fries were Stale the gravy had some kind of Chunks in it Was gross would not eat there again. I give this Location zero stars.

Do not go to this store as the staff is lazy and the service is terrible. They close at 10pm and would not honor their coupons at 8: 55 pm as they didn't want to make more chicken. Bunch of lazy usless staff and save your yourself from going to this location as it's horrible.

Have never received food in the timeframe provided I have had to call Always 45 minutes then call Food cold and late

After 1.5 hrs of waiting for my delivery I called and cancelled my order. (was told 40 min) I received an email that my order was cancelled. However, no refund was issued. Then 2 hrs later my order arrived. I called the location I ordered from however, no one answered. I'm guessing it's because it was 10 min to closing. Terrible customer service @ Upper gage and Mohawk

The rudest employees ever, we waited 2 hours for our food and never was delivered, between my dad and I we called the store 20 times and not once did someone pick up. We then decided to go over to the store as we payed over $80, tipped and still had a hungry family. The cashier pulled out the delivery receipts and when she didn’t see our name she laid them on the counter and asked if we see our name, looking at us like we had two heads. My father said he would not do her job and go through the receipts as I showed her the confirmation of the order, the cashier told my dad she has had enough of his “bullshit” and to “shut up” and wouldn’t give her name to us to report her. After lying that she was the manager, her actual manager came out and then found our order and claimed it was at the bottom of all orders so they wouldn’t have got it. After leaving and going to a different kfc we have learned that lots of customers leave the gage location because of the rude employees.

The food is great i feel bad for these workers the i can here and the customers are screaming at the staff because they haven’t gotten there order and the place is short staffed they didn’t care. The staff handled it like champs so sorry they had to deal with impatient people

Really long wait for simple meal. Very understaffed and disorganized. This is now my least favorite location

I went for takeout and they forgot to put everything I ordered in the bag. I had to drive all the way back to pick my food coz they didn’t even pick up the phone. I never recommend this location to anyone.

Bought chicken and sides. The chicken did not taste like KFC at all had a weird taste and smell almost chemical. I made a complaint via KFC Canada.

Avoid this place, Made an online order for delivery and I never received my food. No having a hard time trying to get my money refunded. A bunch of crooks.

Incredibly slow, didn't have any chicken tenders, got back to my car and realized I had been given no eating utensils or condiments. Very disappointed today

Went to dine in but doors locked no sign saying why. Plus the pavement in the parking lot is horrible, huge potholes that could do damage to your car. I was there at 6 pm on a Sunday! At least the girl at drive through was pleasant. This was the store at Upper Gage and Mohawk

Home style chicken sandwich was burnt, I could smell the dirty oil when the drive through window opened, I took a bite out of it the thing was dry as a piece of wood and taste the burnt oil, and I asked for a upsize large fries and they gave me a big family size fries, I brought it back they said that’s the way those sandwiches are, they didn’t offer my money back and I’ll never go there again, friend of mine got food poisoning from that location too

Went to go order at 10: 30pm when they don’t close till 11pm and they were locking out and would not take my order. Very confused on why and they couldn’t even tell me why they were closing early

This place is becoming bad by the day. There is always something missing from the order; drinks, strips, sauces etc

Ordered food last night. My order went through i even received an email confirmation about what time my order will be delivered. Except it never got delivered. My kids waited for an hour before we realized that we will not get our order. By that time it was 11: 00 pm. And too late to order something els. The manager Ariel said i placed my order just before 10 o clock whichbis their closing time. Well than their system should have never accepted my order. And my credit card should not been charged for the food i never got.
They didnt even call me in the morning to apologies. Im sure they did see my order in the morning.
What a horrible service.

My elderly mother wanted to surprise me with KFC on my birthday, but they wouldn't even allow her to order it over the phone because they "no longer do that and it has to be ordered online" and she doesn't know how to use computers.

This was the food once we received it – it had zero meat on the bone and was basically just bones in a box. They offered me credit, but not a refund. I tried to bring the whole thing back after I pulled out the box and saw it like that.

It has been tradition to have KFC on my birthday for 10 years, and each year it has gotten more and more disgraceful.

There won't be a KFC in Canada within the next 10 years because the entire company is mismanaged from franchises all the was up to the Yum conglomerate. This once great company is a joke and they take no pride in their service, marketing, cleanliness, or product.

Decent food, and service. Quite fast. The portions are kind of hit and miss. One sandwich was super tiny and the other almost gigantic. The parking lot is in need of some signs to prevent noise pollution (like the McDonald's across the street). Other than that I'd say it's a nice place to order from.

Ordered last night thru pickup everything was tasteless, chicken (dry and tasteless, not sure where the 12 different spices went), fries (soft, stuck together and tasteless) and gravy (like brown water). 1 star for being open, 1 star for fast drive thru service.

The food is always good here, but I have had a LOT of problems with them giving me too small of a bag, and it rips and all my food drops out. I have sent complaints to the manager and corporate, and it still seems like at least half the time they give me a bag that is so small, I can't even close it.

Fast service but forgetful as on two occasions they forgot my gravy and sauces I paid for. I was too lazy to go back or complain.

I ordered delivery, it was supposed to arrive at 8: 00 I never received it til nearly 8: 40.
The food was good, but it wasn't cool to not call or send an email or anything to let me know it was going to be late or to apologize or something.it's not like it was a big order even a far drive.

I used to go here all the time as a kid for toonie Tuesdays which is now the Tuesday special. The special seems to have way less than before but overall same great taste!

Busy, busy in there, speedy and efficient considering was the dinner hr. Love KFC once in a while. And in the midst of the pandemic, I certainly wasn't the only one with that craving! Thanks KFC!

I recently had a tooth pulled and went to this KFC for a mashed potato bowl with no chicken but extra gravy & cheese. I thought maybe I was being too difficult as I wasn’t sure there was a way to put that request into the computer. Well the guy who was serving me went & Made it himself & it was perfect.
I wish I caught his name.
This may seem like a small thing but I’ve had a stressful, uncomfy weekend & the consideration & helpful nature of this employee truly made my night.

Worst experience tonight. Ordered their bacon lovers famous chicken which my son really loves. End up missing 2 of the 3 sandwiches we ordered. Called them and just offer me to credit it for next day. I asked if they deliver it by they said NO. Even I told them I'll gonna bring one at my work for my lunch. Got no choice but to go back and get it. Reached there and I still have to wait for my 2 sandwiches. NOT EVEN A SINGLE APOLOGY FROM ANYONE. SERVICE SUCKS!

Two times going here l have gotten home with things l ordered not in the bags. Not good at all. Chicken was burned also. I do not recommend this KFC AT ALL. DISCUSSING SERVICE.

I pre-ordered online for pick up.i arrived on time and my order was not even prepaired.i waited 20 minutes upon arrival.my fries were over cooked and cold.my chicken was small, over cooked and cold.and lastly the macaroni salad was very salty and did not taste the same as i recall.

Staff was very rushed packing our food, forgot a couple items. The popcorn chicken was made yesterday I think. Other than that it was you typical "dirty bird" bucket of chicken

Staff could be more friendly, my friend and I were the only customers inside and I get it's 2020 and the job est stressful but the employee acted like we were extremely bothering her for asking to get separate bags for our orders. The fries were good but the chicken so dry and way too salty compare to my previous experience at KFC

Disgusting. Spicy big crunch had dry chicken that was prepared probably hours before purchase. Fries were stale. Gravy had no flavour like they didn't stir it before serving perhaps or just didnt use enough seasoning. Terrible experience. Not all KFCs are like this but this location is the worst I've ever been to. Warning bells should've gone off when it took literally 1 minute to have my order ready.

Tried to go after work tonight. Store was listed to close at 10 PM. Store was actually closed at 9: 40. Doors locked, lights off. No sign posted that it was closing early.

Worst chicken order ever. Bought family bucket, fries, 2 salads & gravy. Got over cooked, bone dry wings, a few breasts only 1 leg. Fries were cold & only the gravy saved the fries. Nothing saved the chicken. Total Garbage.

A typical KFC. Good seating if you want to eat in. Parking is limited, be sure to park on the front of the building as the door out back is just exit. Counter person (tall, young guy) was helpful. Has a drive though and delivery service.

Decently priced. Lost some respect when they started splitting pieces in half a number of years ago. $5 lunches are decent for quick pick up meals.

I was at the Upper Gage/Mohawk Hamilton store tonight around 8PM.walk in.maybe 6 people eating, one employee clearing tables.no one lined up and no one behind the counter.

Stood there for a few minutes then moved closer to a cash register, still no employee's.

Waited another couple minutes until I finally left and went elsewhere.

Pretty bad.zero stars but I cant post this without clicking at least one star.

Ordered food a 5pm to be delivered at 8: 15, never got any food, called several times was told order on it's way. Long story short took 3 hours

Fast efficient service. Good food. For my personal diet, less salt and light cooking oil is a great choice.

Very easy to order online, went to pick up only took 2 mins. Very delicious and fresh. Very friendly staff. Best kfc I’ve eaten at:)

We were shorted a piece of chicken and they stuck French fries in our mixed bucket where the strips were supposed to be. No chicken strips to be found. Try calling the store and you get the message that they are not receiving phone calls at this time

On a previous visit my order had been messed up. So I called in & let the manager know. He was amazing. Took care of the order for my next visit. Greatly appreciated that's how you treat valued consumers.

Was always going here for a 6pc chicken, but recently the cashier is lazy, she wont even hand the items properly.

The service was good but the food was not. The chicken was like straw and the coleslaw was awful. Like it had gone bad. Not a good meal

Haven't had KFC for a while. The family decided that was the dinner choices. Was not disappointed it was cooked perfectly and not dripping in grease. Will keep me coming back thank you upper gage and Mohawk store June 14 2019
