Worst kfc ive ever been in. Just ordered mashed potato and gravy. Took 15 mins and then they tell me they don’t carry it anymore and then took 10 more minutes to refund money

I ordered a delivery, one food item missing. Called the store, requested the missing item. They ignored me, this is the second time this happens. I will ban KFC in the house and replace it with another fast food chain.

It was awesome experience at kfc in welland, would recommend to others their staff is very friendly

I have gotten food poisoning three times in a row from this place and the food has never been good. I'm done trying this place. Please never go to this KFC you'd be better going a town over. Spent 40$ for the worst food I've had.

Go to Niagara Falls or St Catherines instead service is absolutely garbage, food was very terrible the wraps they used for the twisters were very stale either weren't close properly or very old asked for double sauce got very little all and all NOT! Done properly and when called about it was told everything is fine and they did nothing to make my experience better don't waste your money you will be 100% disappointed in everything you get from this store my suggestion if you want KFC don't choose this one

Great food and service. Clean store but needs some light. Feels like I'm in an underground poker club.and its lunch time

I will be honest, I have not been to a KFC in months, the quality of some restaurants are sub par. Today that changed, we got a bucket of extra crispy chicken and it changed my life, this specific KFC is simply amazing.

Ordered 3 piece dinner, tender combo, popcorn chicken combo. We received no French fries in our combo meals. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and that was missing also. Won’t be going there again!

Tonight I went to KFC for dinner (two people) so not a large order. From entering the store to leaving took approximately 50 minutes! Needless to say most of us would have not been happy but…. They were extremely understaffed, over worked and extremely busy! I have to say the people in the kitchen, the delivery driver and the CASHIER Rocked it! The customer service wasn’t anything but 100% they were efficient and polite! Apologies for taking so long (which wasn’t their fault!). So tonight I give you all a 5 star and btw thank you for cooking dinner for us tonight! Much appreciated. Billie joe

Chicken was soggy and smelled of cigarettes. Left a bad aftertaste as well. Called the store and the girl I spoke with didn't seem surprised at all. Someone should lose their job for smoking in a restaurant kitchen.

Beware! We ordered KFC tonight for dinner. Delivery was 5.00 missing popcorn chicken. Called them right away. They wouldn't deliver to us unless we pay another 5.00 for Delivery.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken meal with a potato a macaroni salad got a 4 piece meal with French fries

The pieces are not a bad size fast and friendly un like dunnville s KFC thay serve pigeons or one week old chicken

More like Albuquerque boiled turkey.

Change the dam oil, the chicken smell like burnt plastic.

There's a lady named Lori that has worked there for years and whenever we go in we see her and she is so nice and always makes it a nice visit which I cannot say about a few other workers.

Lunch time walk in pavement is being redone. Service was prompt I said I'm walking she double bagged my order. I went today around 1100 ish.chicken hot 10 piece bucket. Fries crisp hot delicious.gravy cream great Dunkin. Then side salad mac fresh creamy. Chicken tasty and was just perfect for lunch.cashier was professional and fast. I was in and out I give them a 5 out of 5 baby.good job and my stomach thanks you.

Got there at 4pm.there was 6 people working, 4 people (customers) inside, and a line up outside.waited 15 minutes just to get to the counter

Chicken was disgusting soggy and small pieces mean small. Gravy didn't even taste good the fried were undercooked it was the most disgusting meal I have ever had

I visited this kfc last week. I bought 25 pc party pack. Food was amazing. This is only kfc in welland so thats why really busy. But you guys are doing great job. Manager was soo nice. He was polite nd professional. I love this kfc

There has been a distinct change in the quality and taste of the food as well as in the service over the last several months, and its not COVID related. Chicken is dry and feels like it is either reheated or kept way too long and service is soo slow in store while you wait on all the delvery or app orders. I will assume someone else is now running the store and not very well. Guess I don't eat KFC anymore in Welland. Well my heart will thank me anyway.

Everytime, either the chicken taste off or we are missing items. Today it was both. Pretty sure the chicken is expired.

Garbage service lately. Way too slow. For a 4 person in store policy, waiting for 20 minutes outside is kind of bad. Server behind counter seems like she's in a daze and seems to be spending a lot of time aimlessly wandering around not doing anything productive.

It's KFC. This location is good, but KFC in general has been disappointing lately. The chicken pieces are much smaller, again not this location specifically, just a general observation.

Slimy pink chicken, hard french fries without flavour and salads that taste like they've been sitting around for a long time.waste of time and money!

Halloween 2020 around 6 pm.
The cashier doesn't seem to think that the posters placed in front of the store indicating that it is mandatory to wear a mask applies to her.
She was good at keeping count on how many people could be inside the store.
The food made me sick all night.
Never again!
And she was RUDE

The chicken was very tasty today dont know why but it was. I also did the pick up option through the app and called the store when I arrived and they brought it right out no lineups no waiting nice job.

Outrageous service the older lady at the front counter is rude and completely disrespectful to the customers. She takes great pride in yelling at her customers. I thought this might have been a one of but everytime I go she treats me and others the same way. Shameful!
