KFC

Ordered at 5: 13 pm and got my 10 piece bucket fries and gravy at 6: 02 but when ordered was told 15 to 20 minutes. Chicken was soggy and dripping with grease a couple pieces at the bottom of the bucket were a soggy mess. While waiting I heard a gentleman who I figured was the manager or shift supervisor tell a customer if he would have been there on time he would have his order but since he was ten minutes late he had to wait 30 minutes.

Absolute garbage. KFC is done. There isn’t a single KFC anywhere that has quality anymore. The chicken is clear shrinkflation and tastes liked chicken flavoured grease. Salads no taste. Do yourself a favour go to Mary Browns or Popeye’s don’t waste you money here.

This KFC is literally the worst. They close early (6: 30pm onwards they will not take any orders when they close at 7pm).

The food was good. The service was as well as can be expected, considering that they were busy.

Waited over 15 minutes for just sandwich and they charged me extra cause they had no root beer staff was also rude

In my experience the guy who served was rude, when I tried asking him a question he heard but he snapped at me…didn’t understand what he said but he walked away. My food fell apart, poor quality and poor service. I will not recommend this place.

Customer service? Not in Huntsville. NO MANNERS. NO RECEIPT. FRIES COLD AND SO GROSS THEY WERE INEDIBLE. CHICKEN AND FRIES SITTING READY TO BE THROWN OUT. What happened to the owners before these RUDE GRABBY PEOPLE TOOK OVER. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

Slow service @3pm chicken was dry.
Building looks old in need of a update.
Maybe because they are looking to hire is why slow service

Craving kfc? Don’t go to the huntsville one lol. They don’t pick up phones any time i tried to order they’d be closed or just no answer. You really need to work on the service smh

Came for the skin/seasonings.got soggy, half breaded greasy chicken. Limp cold fries, gravy like tasteless brown water.

People and customer service were nice. Service was absolutely SLOW and there was no point of ordering online and picking up. You literally still had to stand in line, mix with ppl who want to order in store + with ppl who ordered already online and it was absolutely disorganized. By the time it was your turn, from my experience, I said for pick up and they literally start cooking or prepping your order which adds to another 15 - 20 mins. So in general I waited almost 45 - 1 hour for my meal:/ so ridiculous. I asked the cashier if there were two separate lines and she said you can stand anywhere LOL shows how much you care about ppl who want to come in for a quick meal.

Went to grab a bucket of chicken and when paying with my card was asked to tip which I did but why? Why are they asking for tips it's kfc all they did was put some chicken in a bucket and set it on the counter. Chicken was not very good either cold and greasy what a waste of 50 bucks.

Visited this location during thanks giving day and the staff dealt with the long line of hungry customers extremely professionaly and accurately! Great job!

Twice in a row had to go back because I either got something different than what I ordered or something was missing. Update, was just there at 6 pm because they close at 7 instead of 9 as advertised and they were out of chicken.

The gravy wasnt kfc it tasted like canned, fries not even warm. Ive been going to this store for years, this last year or 2 (shame on me i keep hoping it gets better) the food has gotten horrible. I think a management company has ruined kfc forever. This was my last trip. Anyone know where the closest popeyes is?

The times that I have went to KFC Huntsville the 14 piece bucket only had 2 pieces of white meat 6 wings and 4 legs and 2 thighs plus they didn’t have potato salad. The salad I got was coleslaw and it was sour. If you go there at 6: 30 they practically have nothing. The hours they keep in the summer is crazy they are closed by 7. The staff have no idea about the specials or if there is one.

The big Crunch lost its crunch & its heat. Luke warm at its best. More breading then chicken. Service was minimal at its best.

Order was right, ready on time, a probably the best fries I've every had at a KFC. On another note what's with the reviews with chicken was under cooked and people saying they got sick? You can't see if chicken is under cooked? Why would you continue eating it? I think its code for I ate 7 pieces of greasy chicken and got sick as a dog and now I'm going to blame the restaurant.

I stopped here with my wife for some take out chicken. I bought us two 4-piece dinners. We decided to head home to have our meal. I ate the chicken & about 10 to 15 minutes later i was sick to my stomach so bad I literally thought I was going to die. My wife had pains in her stomach & it was upset as well but not like mine. I'm a healthy person but never in my life have I ever had pain in my stomach so bad, as I did after eating that chicken. Never again will I ever set foot in that store. I'm done with them. I've had some issues with this store before, but never like this.

The product is always predictable and tasty. Check your order b4 you leave, mistakes are made and a nuisance.

Càme 20 minutes before closing. Doors were locked. When we went to the door the guy inside told us they wouldn't make food. Just thought the mànager would want to know.

Very understanding. My husband ordered an incorrect item. I returned this and got the correct item. No charge, no questions. Great service as I will tell two people etc.

Well the chicken was hot service wizard bad you can't even sit inside so now you're sitting in your car eating not sure why you can't sit inside because you can distance some of those seating spots so at least you know half a dozen people can actually sit in there and then have something to eat go to the bathroom could use a nice cleaning

Not too bad but I ordered a 30.00 dollar bucket but I did not want the side so I asked if it could be exchanged with gravy and was told no and charge for it. I overheard the lady in the back say give the gravy instead of the side but she was told she can't refund me because of debt used. I have been going to this outlet for over 30years and this time takes the cake. So sad that managers can't get on the same page as the workers in the back.

The cashier brought our order right to our car. We hadn’t even asked for this. She went above and beyond. Thank you.

First piece of chicken was a leg that had most of the meat missing and the rest was greasy the gravy was tasteless all and all the food was no good

Friendly staff but they need to learn how to wear a mask. What's the point of wearing a mask and your nose is not in it. You look like idots. Why not respect the customers that are taking a risk to buy here.

The smell of this location is just god awful. The bathrooms are like smelling pure sewage and everything feels dirty and greasy from the tables, chairs, counter tops ect. I actually dont mind KFC in the city, however I havent had anything from this location in years due to the smell of the restaurant alone.
A few times I have picked up orders for family and the last time I thought what the heck, I'll try some, it's been a while. I opened a bucket of chicken and half of the skin were falling off, so much grease and tiny tiny pieces of chicken that were mostly drum sticks. I wish now I had taken a picture of it so I could upload it with my review.

Bought an 16 pc bucket with a coupon. First piece out of the bucket was chewy like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a few hours. Great customer service.

Not a big fan of KFC, so take with a grain of salt. It was decent enough. My husband really liked it though.
