Lovedeep provided exceptional service as she governed herself with a sense of professionalism, respect, positivity, and was very knowledgeable of the menu. She made our experience that much better through her great customer service and patience.

Very nice service very helpful and organized when I order and I asked the manager to get dark meat she say okay no problem even when she see the thighs it's very small she add one more she's very good and deserves to be a manger cause she no how to run the restaurant and make customers comes back thank you

$30 + for a 10 piece of chicken bucket. Got home. 5 of the pieces are the smallest thighs (?) I've ever seen. No breast 1 leg oily. Staff looked like they did not want to be there at all. Been a long time since I've been to KFC. Never again

Placed order for delivery april 30th, did not know they used uber as their delivery. Food never arrived. Took them 4 hours to look into it, they said uber would give me a refund. I have not heard from them or uber. They have zero customer service, and no sense of honesty. I guess kfc feels its ok to take money for food that was not delivered. They will blame this on uber but they would have received their share of the money and uber would have taken their cut. NEVER ORDER FROM KFC DELIVERY!

The most terrible customer service, I’ve been calling for about 2 weeks to speak to a manager about an incorrect order that was sent out and each time I call, im either being hung up on or told I will be called back. I was given the incorrect order and till now no one has helped me. The worst customer service I have ever endured!

The gentleman with the glasses was very helpful and kind to me and my family when we ordered. Food was fresh and on point. One of the better KFC locations.

10 pieces left but charged us for the 20 piece and added stale tenders for the loss of chicken. Cold gravy. Forgot the fries. Idk it’s always been bad here.

Not a great visit. Found it he cost expensive. $2.70 a piece. Got a couple of drumsticks. Loved the old KFC.new recipe is good on the skin. The chicken, eh?

KFC is an institution of fast foods. Will probably try it again. Who knows?

We can't rate it because we couldn't get food as they had run out of bone in chicken and out of tenders. We didn't have time to wait 30 minutes for them to make more. It was 4;00 on Oct 31st I would have expected that they be prepared. Oh well.

Two of the girls working in front are extremely rude to customers. Also overheard a customer call and the girl was rolling her eyes on the phone and started talking bad about them as soon as they hung up. Seems like it’s a bunch of high school drama kids working here.

An older man came in yelling at the front counter girl about her being rude to one of his buddies. I come here pretty often, and I can say she has been nothing but polite and pleasant to everyone I’ve witnessed her serve.

He had said he was on the phone with someone and she wouldn’t allow him to order gravy. That’s false, he wanted it for free but she was telling him he had to pay. Customers like that should be thrown out. Staff here are always so nice.

Paid for bucket of chicken gravy fries, macaroni salad. Not cheap.and that's fine if it's good, honestly I keep giving KFCa chance. Figuring a graph cook.but once again the chicken was absolutely disgustly greasy. Very very greasy. Won't buy it again.

They have the rudest people working here. My grand daughters and I stood waiting to be acknowledged by anyone for 10 minutes. No one came out to say "hi, be right with you". At least we would have felt like our patronage was welcomed. We left and spent my hard earned pay elsewhere.

I’ve tried this location exactly 4 times and every time it’s been dry, tough, and stale tasting. Today was my last visit… I won’t be back. The locations on Paramount and Upper Gage are equally close to me and provide much better product.

Tried ordering online and on the app but it said the location was closed and wouldn't let me complete my order. Then I went there and told them that this was the case hoping that they would still honor the online deal but was told that online and the app didn't say they were closed. I then had to physically show the cashier that I was in fact right and it did say they were closed. She then told me that "it's wrong" which obviously I knew as I was standing in front of her. They still wouldn't honor the deal and I ended up having to order off the regular menu. Although cashier seemed friendly she was condescending and didn't believe me. She also didn't seem to know what the online deals were. At that point I just gave up and ordered off the regular menu as it was too late to go somewhere else. Very disappointed overall. I don't recommend going here.

Chicken dry, salad taste funny if not expired. Also bought a large gravy and the container was half full.

Usually when I go there, the cashier is an older lady who is usually very nice and give great service. However, today I got a young woman who is really rude and sounds like I interrupted her conversation with her colleagues. I understand that she is having personal life issues, but that's no excuse to lash out to customers.

Check before you leave with your takeout order. Took the original 6pcs bucket with 2large sides. The lady didn’t provide with one of the sides! So you pay for 2sides and get one! Increase your members or hire people who are more responsible:)

Got cold fries and cold big crunch sandwich and the diet pepsi tasted terrible told the girl to change it she said it’s not working and to pick another drink got pepsi and still tasted terrible and even the drive through was not working and was told I had to come in the store to place an order. Waste of money for terrible tasting food and nothing there is working.

The employees are the rudest people I’ve ever seen in my life. I ordered a hot wings combo with 10 hot wings, fries and a drink. They gave me 5 hot wings, anyways that’s how much they’ve charged me so that’s not an issue. The lady forgot to give me a cup for the drink that I ordered, and I thought that’s fine, there were a lot of people waiting in the line so I decided to grab the cup myself and let her deal with the other customers (jokes on me). The lady working in the kitchen started screaming: DO NOT TOUCH THE CUPS YOU DO NOT HAVE THAT RIGHT. I was like I’m sorry I paid for it and the cashier is busy so I thought I’ll grab one I didn’t know that is your policy. The cashier (the lady who gave me my order) instead of saying I’m sorry that I forgot to give you the cup she said hey, I’m the only one who can touch the cups. *Note: I didn’t touch other cups just the one that I got for myself plus my hand were sanitized right before I grab my cup. I asked her why didn’t you give me a cup if that’s your job and she started rolling eyes on me and they started mumbling something behind my back. LOL. I’m gonna tell everyone I know to never go to that place again. The owners should teach their “Karen, workers how to behave with their customers. A W F U L.

Tried to order online with no success, went into the store, employee was not helpful at all.food was dry, cold and overcooked.will not visit this store again, management should deal with rude employees

Just had my order delivered, not only am i missing items AGAIN! ID like to know why, out of an 8 peice bucket, you guys thought its oK to put in 5 WINGS! The only part of the chicken with THE LEAST amount of meat! If i wanted chicken wings I WOULD HAVE ORDERED CHICKEN WINGS!

The employees need to get thier heads together.
We came here with the family and the cashier looks like she was new, but there was another young lady was confused and confusing everyone. I tried to place an order, and she Interrupt the cashier, and both went and got busy with the order screen. That is very rude just to leave customers hanging there.
The owner of this place need to teach these people how respecting a Costumer is. Never coming here again

The worst KFC in Hamiton.bad server and very soggy fries and the always give me the wrong food.

Went through drive-thru and ordered a large popcorn chicken and a Big Crunch sandwich. I wasn’t asked if I wanted it spicy so it came with just lettuce and mayo. Sandwich was pathetic for the money and the popcorn chicken the box is half the size it once was.
Under-staffed and took forever in the drive-thru we won’t return you shouldn’t either!

Girl was so rude. Just got food 5 min ago from this location. Keep a smile on your face. If your day is not going well don’t make others day worst by not giving a good customer service.

We tried to order the 10 strip special at the drive thru. The GM yelled at us and said it’s only available online. Why can’t we just order them? She was so ignorant and then when we went in she was yelling at a customer on the phone. Tammy needs to calm down

Went here yesterday, I bought a 2 piece combo, the fries were barely room temperature and the 2 tiny peices of chicken were ok but for 10 bucks plus tax it looked like I ordered off a kids menu! My 2 year old could have eaten more that what I received! I feel like I should have gotten more fries, but they were cold so I don't think I missed much! Sad because I haven't have kfc for about 5 years and was looking forward to it, but unfortunately I will not be returning! I'll stuck with Popeyes! Kfc went down hill majorly!

Wish I checked the review before I went to this location. I ordered a plant based sandwich combo: I switched my French fries to a poutine. Worst poutine I have ever had gravy was warm the cheese didn’t even attempt to melt. Very poor

Horrible Service. One employee at the front trying to take orders as it was his first day on the job. I placed my order only to find out that they were out of product. 5 employees in the back, one eating in plain sight and the others having a party. I cancelled the order and left. I will never return.

I cannot wear a mask because of medical reasons. I have been in this restaurant several times, but this time was the first time I fell victim to the manager.

"No mask exemptions! " even though is is the Hamilton bylaw. We were getting our food to go and wanted to forgo the very long line in the drive-through (backed up past the strip mall driveway exit).

Besides not accepting a mask exemption, the manager was wearing hers below her nose while she was yelling at me.

I do remember a time when, even when in disagreement, a much younger person showed respect to their elders.

I know of several places where the mask-exempt are welcome and respected. This place is off my list.

One of the better kfc's. The chicken seems to be properly drained of oil, unlike many of the others.

Poor service. Just one person on store front to serve even though the line was till the entrance. Took 25 minutes just to get our poutine ready after taking our order.

No Pickle on my sandwich (or lettuce even though I request it to be added) & no forks provided for the poutine.

The drive thru attendant was super nice and she brought our food to us at the front. Always great service when I come here.

Don’t order online if you expect to receive what you order. Ordered the famous sandwich (advertised everywhere) and go in to find out that’s not available. Only offered a cheaper sandwich as a substitute or a refund not covering the cost of gas to drive over.

Based on all my past visits to this place over the last year or so, I would say that the customer service here is extremely poor. They use racial stereotyping and assume your an UberEats driver if you are a brown person. I had hoped this stereotyping behaviour might have been a one-time accident, but before writing this, I read another review here about a similar incident with another brown person. Why can't they simply greet people with a friendly and assumptionless greeting like "Hi, How may I help you? ". The attitude among the employees is poor in general. They loudly gossip and use profanity with their coworkers while they are serving customers. They rudely laugh at you if you order incorrectly and give you attitude when you ask them questions. The food is also too greasy and salty. Overall, this place has no redeeming qualities and I would not recommend this to anyone nor will I come back here again.

Pick up my order at 5: 45 as email said. Employee asked me wait 10mins. Then another 10mins. I waited until 6: 10 still did not get the order. And I have to call KFC head office to cancel my order.
Waste much time.

My mom called for me because I’m deaf. They re rude to my mom, say we don’t deliver. Few mins later I make my mom call again, I told her if we can order it then pick it up. He rely “I say I don’t deliver “ my mom asked a different question. I was like wow. I come over that location. I saw signs say “call us we deliver. ” It doesn’t make sense. They need to take down delivery signs and not need to be rude about it.

Forgot to give us our drinks with our meals, fries were awful (had no taste), and manager on duty was wearing his mask around his chin while yelling at the front counter staff.

I ordered two times from this location and in both times and in both times they missed to put the coleslaw salad which I paid for. Staff was rude.

I came today. It is really busy. There are Only 2 workers. They are working so hard. There are many orders keep coming. Hope they will get more help. Even i waited 40mins but it does not matter. Thank you for your service.

Excellent service and communication, found out plant based chicken sandwich is vegan, unless you ask for it spicy, dressing makes it non vegan.

Always delays at this location. Twice now I was told to pull out from drive through and they would bring the food out. After 15min the first time I went in and she said she forgot. The second time I was out there for 29 and the guy cooking the chicken missed my order.

Chicken is good but service not so much!

Drive thru experience. Women taking order needs a lesson in manners or phone conversation. A smile goes along way. Told to wait for food in parking lot. 5 minutes we waited and it wasn't busy.
Fries and chicken were cold as if they had been packed and left to wait for the one thing that was still cooking, popcorn chicken.

My food wasn't ready when I got there so had to wait therefore wasting part of my 30 min break and when I did get my food the popcorn was so hard! They are very slow even before Covid

Waited in the drive through for about 20 min and moved 2 cars I left it was crazy backed up all cuz the new chicken sandwitch I went to 2 other kfcs that day that weren't like that no excuse

Terrible food is 2 steps above the food you are served at this location. 2 weeks ago on my families last & final visit, our bucket of chicken was undercooked and there was so much black-brown grease in the bottom of the bucket it was actually sickening. We were on a family road trip so we ended up just dumping it & going to Popeyes. But is was a total waste of $40.

Can't believe I idled 45 minutes in drive-thru during a one-day $2 chicken sandwich promotion. Worker and manager looked visibly stressed, couldn't process a gift card with $12 balance, couldn't print my cc receipt, and food got cold. No partial comp or redo of meal offered but at least I got an apology? Franchises should be better prepared for high demand times or don't offer promo at all.

Stay away. 30min for a sandwich. Its sooooo ridiculous SLOW here. Employees with attitute too! Mobile orders are screwed up 40mins waiting.

This place was awesome very friendly staff, with all protective PPE being worn by staff. Fantastic quality salads, and of course the best world famous chicken.

Staff are rude and the one girl who gave us our order seemed to be working the drive thru + cooking the food back and forth. There was only one other person there, so I'm unsure how thorough they could have been ensuring safe and proper cooking and environment; especially with Covid.
My partner immediately felt sick after eating a chicken thigh and has been in bed for a week ever since, very sick.

Been here a few times - staff is rude and service is slow (normally I don't care if it's slow, but atleast don't be rude).

Think I got food poisoning from my last order. Instantly felt sick after eating, and the following day I was bid ridden.

Went to buy zinger sandwiches, and fries were not fresh all. Went back in to ask for fresh fries, and I asked to check also if sandwiches are fresh too. She said yes its fresh, but they were not fresh at all. Complete Waste of money.

Waited 40 mons in a drive through of 3cars for 8 peices of chicken? ! Apparently this location isnt equipped to handle more than 4 customers will never go back to this location EVER!

Very rude at the drive thru and when they gave me a half cup of Pepsi and I asked for them to fill it they said it was full so I showed and their response was "fine whatever" won't be back

After having my wife's order taken buy a woman who acted very displeased with just taking my wife's order- she was hit on by a greasy guy named Andrew at the pick up window right in front of me! Needless to say, this made my wife extremely uncomfortable so we will never give this Upper James location our business ever again!

My encperance today was absolutely horrible, it took forever over 20 minutes to get out food all it was 3 5 dollar fillups, and when we got thr food they forgot to put the sause we ordered on the tray so I went back to the counter and asked if I could get them, the older lady at the counter provided to yell at me that I have to pay for them, I told her they were included in the combo she didn't believe me. It wasnt until the staff member who took my order came out and told her it was included.

Educaucate your staff in politeness and time management.

I go there occasionally.do not get the 5dollar fill up with mashed potatoes and corn.but i would recomend popeyes more if you have 10 bucks or more for each individual

Portions have gotten very small. Breast pieces cut in half, same with thigh pieces Probably last time we will order. Way too expensive for what you get now.

The chicken was overcooked, small and the staff at this location weren't very friendly. This is on Upper James near Rymal.

Worse customer service. Was told no chicken was available.and i stood in line for 20 minutes. A chicken franchise that had no chicken available.hm makes perfect sense.wasted my time standing in line and walked emptied handed after staying in line for 20 minutes.

The manger Jay was very polite and he made my zinger and poutine just the way I like it. He the first one who listened to how I wanted made. Thank you Jay.
