The food tastes fine. However, when you order online, half the time, they are super early and other times, they prepare the orders really late.

Do not order delivery from this location. Your food will never arrive. I waited over an hour for my order and it never came. I ended up cancelling because I couldn't wait any longer.

Despite the fact that I found hair in my food twice in my previous visits today upon my visit I was asked to wait a minute just to order by the manager while the store was not busy at all that turned into me waiting 20 minutes and they didn’t even take my order, I had to leave cuz my break was about to finish and my stomach was still empty, worst service ever! Even though my workplace is right next door to this place I would rather drive to the Popeyes in Center and Yonge to get my lunch.

Be very VIGILANT when ordering food around store closing. They dodged me by grabbing expired stripes from the waste bag at back & used them for sliders deal. I asked them why did you tell me to wait for fresh when infact you have used the stripes which seems to already expired, they had no Reply.
She grabbed chicken stripes from back in her gloves & placed them in warmer. They were warm from outside & cold inside. Will File Complain with KFC & Consumer Dept.of Ontario.

Price went up a lot but food portion shrank so much that soft taco could be called bite-size taco and fries supreme is half the size than before.

Tuesday night is amazing. If you order a bucket the manager comes out and does a quick dance for you

We ordered takeout and the chicken was so dry. The chicken tenders were way to salty. It was a disappointment as me and my husband love going to KFC.

I waiting for 1 hours for order after one hour told me we finished the chicken, when I want too give back my money kfc call center told me I have to wait for 3_5 business days.

The breading of the chicken is extremely salty, probably the saltiest I've eaten. Also, they didn't get my orders properly on time. When arrived for pick up, they said "someone" called to delay my order by 30 minutes. I ended up waiting. They should do a better job to manage orders properly.

This location has to be shut down, it is disgusting, the smell inside will make you gag.where is the department of health?

Never again! One order was missing fries and the other order missing 1 piece of chicken tenders, and one coleslaw! How hard is it to get a simple order, right? I call this thievery, not oversight! Shameful! No sauces were offered or any was included in with the two orders, either.

This specific location is the worst
Ive never seen enough workers in there to a point that if youre not buying from drive thru theres no way you can even order before waiting for a while
And most importantly ive never seen the workers using gloves or hairnets or for the guys beard nets the last time i went here there was literally hair all over my food and some other lady that was complaining about the same thing
And for the times that you order with either uber eats or skip the dishes know your going to not get your full order and basically just get a small amout of your order

The lady behind the cash called Rosanna I think, was very nice and helpful. We liked the food as well.

Didn't have spicy chicken and the size of the chicken seems to be getting smaller and smaller every time I go while the price keeps increasing endlessly. Still a good flavor though.

After having a few bites, I left the rest of the food on the table and left the so-called restaurant immediately. I think you can guess what kind of food they are selling.

Please tell me why the chicken is so soggy? Who on earth wants soggy fried chicken? Come on man! Wasted a bucket of good chicken! Learn how to make it crispy please! It’s seriously offensive to provide such fried chicken with zero crunch on the skin. If I wanted stewed chicken I wouldn’t have ordered from KFC. You should be ashamed of yourselves how you cook your chicken at this location. You bring shame to the KFC chain.

This is the worst drive thru experience I've ever had in my life. Strongly recommend everybody NOT come to drive thru, or maybe not even order inside. The serive is SUUUUPER SLOW. I lined up with other 4 cars for more than half an hour, and when it's my turn, I was told that I have to order inside, along with all other cars! Ridiculously wasting my patience and time.

Save your money and dont order this location i ordered online and after 30 min i came here to pick up and they told me my order not ready finally after 1 hour i give my order and nobody dont answer me from KFC Costumer servise

VERY rude and condescending elder drive-through gentleman. First I observed his conversation with the car in front and thought it was one-off but then he was then taking my order in the same way.

Visited this place after long time, Sandwiches was tasty and beautifully packed.everything was fresh and nice. Thanks team kfc

A average KFC location. Not rude, not friendly. Not bad food for their price. But they have like 0 veggies on their menu. Made me feel guilty half way into the meal.

I Normally order here because they are pretty convenient but today I am very disappointed I noticed that the person who is handling cash took my chicken bowl and not even taking her gloves she puts the cheese on top of my chicken bowl. I don't want to make a scene at the location but please tell your staff that's not right

The drive through pick up was effective and without issues. The food was good, but make sure to take a 4 x 4 through the drive thru, has more craters and holes than the moon

Order online and they kept me waiting for 10 minutes more. When I reached home, opened bag and saw that one of drinks is missing. It is not about a drink, it costs just 1 dollar, it is about customer service.

Waiting in line for 15 min to get my order and pay in the drive thru to be told that they only had white meat chicken. If I wanted white meat I would have ordered. Quite rude. They told me I would have to wait 15 kin at least.

Staff was helpful food not so good. KFC food too greasy and more expensive than popey in that they now cut food in half as two pieces when previously it was consider 1 piece

2 sandwiches and 2 fries for $10. Surprisingly tasty and fresh each time. Get they large gravy for $3 Chicken burgers are big and double the size of McDonald's.

Very bad the chicken where so small and mixed up with chicken fingers. Not crispy very flat with no taste. Worst ever eaten.

Ordered hours earlier, for delivery at 6 pm. Finally recieved at 8: 10. Called for support at 6: 20, told me they had to send the call to the store. Store told me all deliveries were sent out. Should be soon. Got the order at 6: 45 (again, 6pm scheduled delivery). Took the food cause it was still hot. But inside, opened it, was all soggy. Chicken coating was coming off to the touch, fries felt like wet, worms. Called again, put me through to the store again. Guy kept saying "buddy", etc and that my new food would be here in 10 mins. That was at 6: 50. Food finally arrived at 8: 10. Finally, we ate.

It's normally good, but this time was horrendous. The driver said someone died, that's the reason. I don't believe it, happened 3 times this month at places including this.life goes on, and business should have backup.

No excuses, this time was very bad. Total wait time for dinner was 2 hrs and 10 mins. Won't order from tgem for a long time. Back to Swiss Chalet.

Had a very poor experience with an employee named Daru. He was extremely rude in his customer service particularly when he made a mistake with the order. Outright refused to correct the error only to blame it on others and tell me it was impossible to correct it because the order was already put through. He ended up walking away telling another employee to deal with me. The other employee was able to help correct his mistake that was supposedly "impossible". I can understand that with the use of masks that it can be hard to hear, so my issue is not the fact that the mistake occurred, but how he handled the situation. I was informed Daru was a supervisor. I must say that the employee that helped me was very nice about it. I sat on this debating whether to do a review because I don't like to write negative reviews and was hoping this situation would resolve by having an open conversation with management. However, it has not. I completed the survey that the other employee said that I could do to file a complaint to speak with management. On the survey you can request to be contacted back which I did. One week later, I'm still waiting to be contacted back.

Food was good however the wait time for my order was not. 10 minutes had passed and then I was told my food would be delivered to my car with in 8min. Another 15 passed and I entered the store. My order had been ready and just sitting on the counter. They forgot all about it. 25 min for chicken and fries is beyond ridiculous. Will go to Swiss Chalet next time.

Significant quality issues from one day to the next. Additionally the drive thru is sadly slow. Sorry but better quality and response time in the drive thru is not too much to expect

Extremely rude cashier! She did not pay attention to my order and did not give me the requested deal. When i discussed their mistake, she behaved very aggressively. I will never come back to this branch!

Worst KFC we’ve been to. Food portions seem smaller. Everything is cold and dry. They don’t follow requests including only giving Pepsi even when you ordering 7up. They’ve forgotten dips and even chicken pieces in the past. They’ve also run out of menu items occasionally. We’d rather drive further away than go to KFC even if it’s closer.

Went to drive thru at 10: 05 PM and they didn't have neither chicken nor tenders because they are closing at 11PM and did not want to have any "waste". That's an hour away from closing time. It's ridiculous.

The sign says maximum # of customers =3. There were at least 5 inside while waiting for my take out meal. The food was ok, nothing special. I remember KFC in the past as the premier place for chicken. This apparently not so anymore!

Chicken was really yummy and crispy even the fries were delicious I love it only thing they don't have sauce like honey garlic or sweet mustard for chicken strips

Very clear Covid protocols in place from the Entrance to the Exit. Quick service! Clean appearance of counter space for Skip the Dishes pickup as well!

I had to sleep on it before writing this review, thinking I might calm down and not leave a negative feedback for this location and the meal it served me on May 14th. But here I am.

I showed up a little after 9PM starving after a long work shift. Craving the Big crunch and poutine, I was disappointed to hear that they only had pieces of chicken left.strange but ok, KFC is famous for its fried chicken so if course I ordered the 4 piece meal with poutine and corn.

First of all, I am convinced that the corn had gone bad, it was cold and had a slimey texture to it, so I threw it out. Cheese curds on the poutine was very cold. Strike 2. And the fried chicken that they are so famous for, was terrible! Stale, cold, flavorlcold I'm sorry to say but you have lost a loyal custocold

It was my first visit and be honest with you got disappointed, on-line order was not ready after a long time waiting in line! Seems like they didn't really care about the customer!?

I ordered several times at this location but today I had a nightmare experience. KFC website would not allow me to go to checkout page (tried more than 10 times with different browsers). Called the store and they refused to take order by phone due to lacking of phone payment capability. They told me they would make chicken in 15-20 mins and prepare everything in 5 mins when I arrive. So I drove there immediately in 15 mins. However, the lady there told me they do not have enough chicken in store. What the hell

Horrible customer service, no expertise or intent to serve, highly recommend against it. I was kept in line for close to 30 minutes and waited to receive my order for another 20. The staff are lazy and do not possess any coordination, numerous other customers complained about mistakes regarding their orders. It's a shame that such irresponsible staff members are tasked with feeding people.

Just tried KFC second time since I've been in Canada. I've got to say the KFC isn't great. It was hard to tell which part of a chicken I was sold from the 6 pieces I bought. The chicken was also nothing like a KFC piece of chicken.

The vegetarian burger was great but again the chicken being the dish for the majority didnt go down well. It's a far cry from the KFC I have had back in London or Dubai.

Not sure whether the colonels recipe has reached Canada but it would be great if it did.

Would I try it again- probably not. I'd rather try making it myself!

The first time that my order had a missing item I decided not to give them a bad rating, but tonight I ordered on Ubereats, they accepted the order and after keeping me waiting for 10 minutes, they suddenly cancelled it with no explanation.

Ordered the Mighty Bucket for 2 on April 17,2020 for delivery. Got only 1 fries instead of 2. Person delivering the food did not deliver to the location specified and left food outside on the floor unattended. I am pretty sure the delivery person did not even knock on the door. The food was cold. Very disappointed
