Some bunch of stupids working with a poor attitude. Raised their hands with negligence when I asked them about their daily special, like “ask god“ or raising a question to someone sitting on their ceiling.

As a customer the staff were unprofessional and gave me the wrong order. This has happened the last 2 times I have been there for pickup. The staff should learn how to communicate better to each other and especially to there customers. I will as a customer find another franchise to see how there service is.

Chicken wasn’t soggy but I think they are messing around with the spices. Way too much pepper and some other spice isn’t part of the original recipe.

So went in today to try that new promotion they been advertising the 8 pc crispy chicken meal… turns out it’s only spicy which would’ve been fine for me but wife can’t handle it … so ordered the original chicken … when they served my fries I noticed it was only for one person so I let them know they were missing the second fries which the lady responded “that’s how it is” and I said “well no cause you advertise two small fries and this clearly is one “ which she tell mrs they added extra and I had a hard time seeing the extra because it was just whatever was in the small fry bag … thankfully after arguing back and forth she gave me the second small fry… when we got home to eat it the breading on the chicken was soggy and tasted like the oil in the fryer never been cleaned all day and the fries ended up being cold… I live only 5min away there no way fries get cold that fast when you’re driving not eating here again!

Always empty due to my schedule and the staff wanting to go home when I arrive forcing them to stay longer

Got 3 piece meal chicken was burnt pop machine gave me Soda water for 7up and this store doesn’t give vinegar multiple times

Both washrooms were closed. I asked the cashier lady and all she could say was 'sorry. '

Once sent a bucket of burnt chicken.tonight missed a part of the order.its all digital.how do you do that?

Shouldn't even get a 1 star absolutely ridiculous they didn't even bother to send my order. I called the store and they told me they did not receive it but the whole time the order was sitting there waiting to get filled. Trash.

The food here is usually very good but my last order was not up the mark the chicken inside in the burger was as chewy as rubber and the packing was also not so good

It is unfortunate to know that my father, who is a senior, spent $50 at this location and all the pieces were subpar (being polite). He was confused about what to buy, and the only reason I am rating with 1 star, is because atleast the employee tried to help him. However, he basically only wanted a bucket of 15 pieces or so, but ended up spending way too much money for an unsatisfactory meal. So disappointed!

This store just delivered my order with multiple missing items. This has happened in the past. Other times food was cold. This review is from past deliveries as well. I never reviewed places before but I am fed up. Don't come to this place for KFC.

Indian staff is extremely racist, poor customer service, staff doesn't know how to behave, I don't know whotf gives them job without checking their customer service skills, food is not so cooked either, very bad experience.

2 famous chicken for $10 is the ONLY deal that make sense but the CHICKEN BREAST FILLET SIZE needs to be big as kfc people running this place sneak small size chicken sandwich in the paper bag & customer do not notice in the store & suffer when they open the bag & found small size poorly made famous chicken sandwich.

They have stopped above promotion or deal because this was the BEST.

Came here around 8: 30 Sunday night to order a late family dinner. I waited for over 30 minutes and watched several groups who had ordered well after me leave with similar contents to what I had ordered. Waste of time, evidently short staffed and incompetent customer service. Food seemed to be standard fare - nothing special - and nothing that would warrant my wait time. I'm sure other staff may be better and that this location may be a local favorite however tonight's service was undeniably unacceptable.

This location mixes their orders with old chicken. Very evident as the temperature, texture, and taste is different. If they’re going to mix new orders with old food, they could at least try their best to make it less obvious. I’m not even angry, i’m just feeling second hand embarrassment for the lady that kept denying it

This is one of the better KFC outlets. Chicken seems to be of a much better quality than I've found at some locations. A nice clean location, with a friendly staff.

The plant based chicken sandwich, wth! I almost felt guilty because I thought it was real chicken. KFC hit it out of the park! Happy to know that there is this option out their for vegan/vegetarians!

Another plus, is it will be hot and fresh. Not a frequent item sold I guess, but good it will be made it order. Just keep in mind the wait time.

I never had a problem with this branch until today where I got lied to and almost made to look like a fool just so a staff could prove a point that was pointless in the first place. Never returning back here

Very unprofessional staff! Ordered a plant-based burger and they gave me a burger with chiken in it instead with a plant based sticker on it. I cant explain the frustration in words…. Very very unprofessional. I would never recommend a visit at this location! Truely disappointed

The lady there doesn’t listen, you have to tell her the same thing about five times. Listen carefully and don’t get flustered. Take your time and use your common sense.

Its KFC- you get what you expect. However, it was actually cheaper than I remember. We got a tonne of food for $20.

Placed and order was given a pickup time arrived there and was told its not ready as they dont have spicy they offered to substitute or wait 8 minutes. It took 23 minutes in total over an hr from the time i ordered. On top of the wait the guy working the cash was super rude. Worst place Ive ever been food looked slapped together, place looked messy. Will never go again stay far away from this location.

Depressing

A depressing fast food joint, staffed by apathetic workers. Last time I visited, it seemed to be in poor hygiene, but that may have changed since then. I'm scared to eat here again so sad it used to be a great brand but now not anymore. I don't wanna recommend this to anyone. I ate it overseas and it's great, overall in Canada it's just so poor quality.

I bought food there last night, and is was all cold. Very disappointed. The thing is that I went back a couple of days later, as and same thing again cold food. I don't know why there pre cooking food, it's not even busy. I will never go back there again.

I realized lady did not give me my drink in bag so went back and got it.then later on when I got home realized she didn't give me my salad she even asked me what type of salad I would like and she didn't give it to me lol.this lady is in Lala land she just stands there doing nothing worst service ever should call this place Lala land lol

Never any spicy chicken. 5 visits, never. Asks you to wait 20 min after paying to "throw down more chicken. " Never prepared on tuesday special days. Stopped going there.

One of the worse fast food locations in the city. A few times they have messed up my order by either missing something or giving me the wrong items. Even contacting KFC doesn't help. Better to just avoid the hassles and not go to this location.

This KFC location sells the best tasting chicken in Ontario and British Columbia! Probably the best in the whole Canada! I will let you know when I visit the other Provinces. One this for sure is that its the best tasting chicken outside of Jamaica!

Another great thing about this location is the size of their chicken! Good big sizes unlike the others! Caribbean people will love this KFC. I promise! I have never been disappointed!

The rudest staff I have seen in Canada. Sinply asked how long my order will take and the response was "whenever she makes it".

The fried miracle is amazing plant based sandwich is out of this world. Wonder if they would make plant based pop corns too. Just amazing guilt free sandwich

Two good things is that they have quick service so good choice if your in a rush and they have a open fountain so you can get free refills. Something I don't like is that I feel that their chicken is really oily under its skin and half the skin rips off from just a small bite. Their fries are also just standard and don't have much flavour. For a fast food chicken place, I would rather go to Popeyes.

Me and my friend are the only ones in the place. And all the tables are dirty. No one goes and cleans? Laziness

Went to this location to pick up our lunch. Fast service and the food is fresh and warm. They have good deals and meals to share. The place was maintained clean and staff are again, fast in their service.

I don't mind KFC but I'm not a big fan. I love their popcorn chicken, fries, gravy and macaroni salad!

I often take my friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are delicious and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we pass a delightful time.warmly recommended.

Restaurant was relatively clean and the food was great, but the washroom wasnt working properly (toilet wouldn't flush and the air hand dryer didnt work)

I don't know what happened but KFC is back on the map for me! I have had many bad experiences with this in the past but today literally blew my mind. Absolutely DELICIOUS! Don't know what you did but keep it up! Your sales will go up once people taste the difference from many years ago. Will definitely go back!

Worst KFC ever, spent over 20 minutes in line waiting for someone to take my order. The woman working cash also was working in the kitchen, I went the the tomken and dundas and had my food right away. I WILL NEVER GO TO HWY 10 & DUNDAS AGAIN

Hate to feel like i'm nowadays given negative reviews but I have to call people out on their b.s and poor service. I dined in here on Monday starving got the tender box deal and my friend got a 6 piece bucket. The tender has a different seasoning to the chicken which I prefer and everything was fine I ate to my satisfaction till 1 a.m. In the night I found myself getting woken up to a sore stomach next time I know I discovered I had the usual food poison symptoms. I was sweaty etc and livid as I eat at KFC and never had an experience as such but this location does rub me the wrong way as they're always so slow one person on cash the seats and tables are left dirty and the manager's always sit around and watch the employee's not willing to help speed up the line wait. They even forgot to give my cookies and had to remind them so obviously next day I went get a refund the manager gives me a hard time stating we serve 300+ customers a day and asked what food poisoning I had like wth now you accusing me of lying I just want my money back. He makes me wait on the side while he chats on the phone and finally when I get back to the cash I had issues putting in my debit pin. I requested to just give me the money instead but no so now I have to go through my bank to clear this mess up such a dirt bag honestly and to make it worse I once spotted rat nearby also they don't wear gloves.

Paid for centre in my bucket and could not find it.asked cashier who asked cook.he came pointed to tiny tiny piece.he said they cut centre in half to save money.cheap.

The taste of KFC is average, we eat KFC product every now and then, the problem in this branch is similar to a common problem all franchises are facing, the owner wants to save money, he/she does not recruit enough staff to run the branch, the few people there are overwhelmed, and therefore, orders take longer time than the average, things that drives them to compensate customers by offering a free salad or so, employees are embarrased in front of the customers because they let them wait for a long time. Owner: you need more staff to run the branch, otherwise your reputation will be questionable.

He was so happy to go buy KFC for dinner. I am totally shocked with the size of the kfc pieces. When did the size of chicken suddenly drop. Had KFC after a very long time. Miss the olds days growing up and having kfc or Pizza Hut every week.

Prices was good, store wasn't too clean it was busy but overall great location and good service.

I went there just before a few minutes and i took my order, and it was so cold and the fries old and cold, the 3 sandwiches not the same what i order, and they let me wait for cold order, I cannot believe this service.
