KFC

I have never had a positive experience at this store. The main purpose of a KFC is to ensure you have chicken. When you are running low, you put more chicken in the fryer before you run out. I feel like this is the basics of fast food service. So if you want to waste your time, come to this KFC.

Place is trrriblr. I waiting in the store no one around no one to help you. No one to take order. So that pretty psthetic a mulit million dollar company cant keep people on the register

It's all about the meat. I got the 4 chicken tenders and boy, oh boy, where they ever tender, and such thick succulent pieces of chicken. I don't have a pic because I've already eaten them, but they are well worth the $16.

The food was enjoyable. The atmosphere typically over lit. The dinning area was not getting cleaned as needed. Tables and chairs needed wiping. My thoughts here are. If the front of the house is a mess? What does the kitchen look like?
I honestly thought hair nets and such were mandatory for food handlers. Take-out probably better idea. Maybe.

Do not order from here! Ordered online and said pickup at 5: 22pm-food wasn’t ready until 5: 52! I waited 30 extra minutes at a “fast food” joint

I placed an online, pre-paid, order at 6: 15 pm for pickup at 7: 15 pm. I arrived at 7: 05 pm. Ten minutes went by before anyone even spoke to me or acknowledged I was present and I was the person who initiated the conversation. No one asked if I had been served or even looked at me. There wasn't even an employee at the order counter. I had to get the drive thru employee's attention. I inquired about my order and she said, "I don't know. "
When I asked the next person the status of my order, I got "I'll get to it when I can. "
I was calm. Used polite language and didn't even raise my voice. I only saw four people working. I understand that there is a dinner rush but clearly the drive-thru has more priority than online, PRE-PAID, orders or even the counter. Needless to say, I left exactly 20 minutes after my order was SCHEDULED to be picked up, at 7: 35pm. Thankfully, my order was fresh when I finally received it.

When I asked the "manager" for a refund I was told, "you do it on the app. I don't know how, though. " I called the number and was told I could get a refund but it wouldn't show credited with the payment method I chose for 5 business days.

Twenty minutes is unacceptable to wait for a pre-scheduled order pickup. Essentially, it was an hour and twenty minutes. To be told "when I get to it;" is incredibly bad service. There are many more, better, alternative answers than that.

The entire reason to order ahead and pre-pay is to nearly eliminate the wait. Clearly, this is not a priority at this location. Nor their customer service. These young adults represent this location very poorly. The franchise owner should reconsider their hiring practices and training methods, pay employees better or hire more staff.

I will NOT ever dine at this location again.

Gave me a large mashed and a tablespoon of gravy on top for the whole thing.also took 15 minutes for potatoes, had two spoonfuls and it was too dry to finish: (

I was told to come back in and they would remake the order for me because of problems in the order when I went back they said I already picked it up my son was at home waiting for the food and they wouldn't believe me that I had not been there have to talk to the supervisor Vicky tomorrow because apparently she's the one that signed off on it they said I emailed never even emailed. I have never in my life had this experience before outstanding. Told they would make it right and redo the order well they did the opposite. Went in today to get the order done right and shanika thel supervisor came out swinging. She shut me down when I tried to explain. So rude and not a good reflection on KFC

Excellent customer service today, plant-based chickun burger tasted great and the place was clean. Would come back again.

Haven't had kfc in a while and picked up from this location.

Food was hot and delicious, and the service was great and I'm looking forward to coming back.

Horrible service the workers have attitude when the food isn’t ready for customers. Why not try working and getting food ready on time instead of giving your customers stink service with salty food. Will Never recommend and definitely won’t be back.

This KFC cuts corners and the food quality shows it. Ordered a famous chicken sandwich and got a over cooked chicken strip on an old bun.

KFC is our go to place, but recently our experience is getting worse day by day. Last night ordered chicken and famous burger. Burger was good no doubt, but chicken were undercooked! Literally I could see the red blood stain or whatever because they were raw. Need to work on their chicken and tenders. Staff Is friendly.

One of the best location. Very friendly staff. Delicious food. Quick service. Clean restaurant. Lots of parking. Have disable parking too.

Haven't had KFC in a long time. The meet was delicious, fresh and crispy. The fries were nice and hot. A little salt would have been nice on the fries

KFC has downgraded in quality but that's not judging my review as it always has been very greasy.
But this location gets my order wrong all the time. I tried in person and online and they always give the wrong stuff XD

The chicken pieces were fryed în old and burned oil. These people do not change the oil. What a shame for the image of KFC. I do not recommend this location

I picked up a 6 piece dinner on Saturday night. The chicken was undercooked and the batter was soggy. I will not be purchasing KFC again. On top of the terrible quality, the price certainly isn’t cheap. The only positive I can offer, is the team member who served me, was very friendly.

A chicken sandwich zinger, and a 4 piece with gravy.
Apparently counting is a issue getting 3 small pieces, and no gravy at all. If you order gravy usually means you don’t like your fries plain.

Was really craving KFC today. I haven't had it for years. So disappointing. This meal tasted nothing like KFC. The chicken actually tasted like it came out of a frozen grocery store box. No 11 herbs and spices, bland as could be. Not even remotely crispy. I ended up throwing it all all in the air fryer to make it even seem crispy. Won't be rushing out to buy KFC again. This was the boneless box, not worth what I paid for sure.
