I ordered a popcorn chicken potuine today, & it was way worse than it appeared as such, my fries were stale, the cheese on it felt cold/or room temperature, & the gravy was boiling hot like it was taken out from the microwave, FIRST RED FLAG, the food took less than five minutes to finish, literally finished ordering went to refill my drink & my food was done immediately? Like was that pre-made? The quality & effort from this location has gone down hill over the years, my mom would go here and buy from this kfc alot around
(late 2015 - late 2018) those were the better years for this location, now it's become nowhere near its prime!

Also another complaint much less minor compared to my last complaint but the service feels mid at best I saw all the workers in the back talking, for a straight 5 minutes, until someone finally came to take my order, but once I order at least the person who took my order was nice.

Rude behavior with customer by night crew member and didn't provide the food correct.

Sorry this is not acceptable for a "mega" popcorn chicken and regular side of fries.very disappointing & not up to standard.

Worst KFC.drive through extremely slow.the girls are slower than snails working.extremely rude. 4 cars took a half hr

Overall experience was excellent. Nancy took our order. Love the zinger combo always. Chicken tenders were crispy

The food is ok but there customer service is something they can improve, the ladies at the counter and manager should learn some manners to deal with customers.

Great service.the order taker was nice and helped me decide my order.went for a signature burger today!

I think this location maybe got bought out by different owners, because it's REALLY GONE DOWNHILL in the last 5 years! Or maybe it has a different regional manager or something,

When I arrived, the automatic door opener was broken, and so I had to struggle to get myself & my walker into the restaurant.

Once inside, I assumed that I would receive my order quickly because they were not busy - only 1 person was waiting to receive their order, there were no cars in the drive-thru, and just 3 or 4 tables were occupied.

The atmosphere was super quiet; no music like my visit 5 years ago, and nobody was manning the service counter. There were 4 people in the food prep area, who could clearly see me looking at them. Nobody acknowledged my presence.

After a few minutes, an employee walked towards the cash register, where I was standing (I thought they were coming to take my order), but they walked right past, and headed into the dining area, striking up a conversation with someone at one of the tables.

I continued to wait.

There was no air-conditioning & I started to drip sweat.wondered how comfortable I would feel eating in this dead-quiet, very hot restaurant.

Another employee also walked towards the cash register (again, I thought they were coming to take my order), but walked on by, and headed to the washroom area.

Nobody said anything to me (such as, "someone will be right with you"), nor did anyone (ie.the 2 employees who walked past the cash register) even bother to politely nod, or in any way acknowledge my presence.

I got tired of waiting & waiting, was hot, sweaty, and very hangry, so on my way out, I mumbled a bit of a hissy-fit about the broken doors, inattentive staff, and how they can "keep their damn chicken", and instead went to the Tandoori restaurant (on the other side of Sonny's, at Kennedy & Charles), where I got a delicious chicken biryani = more food and for a better price than I would've gotten at KFC. NO REGRETS!

Very clean, nice atmosphere (music is easy & relaxing, but not sleepy ie. Jack Johnson, Bonnie Tyler, Neil Diamond), choice of bottled or founain pop, table & movable chairs, barstool seating with fixed chairs, 1 round corner padded banquette. Lots of parking / located infront of bus stop / next to a hotel. Free wifi.

However, during my last visit, I asked for a leg <-> thigh swap, but was told they had "run out " of thighs. And this visit, they had what I wanted, but the crispy coating was over-cooked.

All around though, it's an alright sit-down place, as far as KFC goes.

Always go here. They are always quick. And its amazing. The only thing that is troubling now a days is that there is a lot of homeless people and people begging for money on that main intersection. Its very scary because they walk car to car on the busy main intersection asking for money when the lights are red. Its not only putting themselves in danger but its also dangerous for the many drivers within that intersection. I used to feel safe to walk around this area alone. But I do not anymore.

Worst customer service, lack of staff and rude staff supervisor was not responding properly and waited 40 mins to get my food.

Overall experience was good. But the sandwich that I bought had very little lettuce and the sauce was not evenly spread on the bun.

Very disappointed the. Person at the drive couldn't speak English so we had a very hard time ordering

I ordered 10 pieces of chicken, I received 8 and to top it off one piece was only batter no meat. The pieces were ridiculously small

I once got one of thier boneless boxes and there was one piece of bone in chicken and a pile of chicken coating in a moist cardboard box

This place is so incredibly SLOW! Took over 15min to take my order. They refused to take more order til they cleared the rest of the order including take out. Me and 2 others were complaining. So rude. And so expensive.

Inside is disgusting.never get good chicken, don't recognize the pieces unless its a leg or wing
Forget gravy and sides all the time
Won't go back
