Be more sanitary. I see the kitchen staff touching cash register and then back to the food without washing hands

Super rude customer service. They advertise their new "seasoned fries". So i asked em what flavour. The cashier couldn't tell me. And she gave me that "look" as if I was crazy for asking a simple question. All I wanted to know was what flavour that was: cajun, spicy, salty, she instead threw shades at me w another customer standing by who then attacked me and called me an idiot for asking a simple question. I'm not sure who the idiot here when she was the one who didn't know the answer to my question even if she worked there. Lack of knowledge, bad and unprofessional customer service. But again, what should I expect from a Kfc in the corner of Jane and Finch?

I went home to find the fries completely unseasoned. I feel like they did this to get back at me despite the fact they asked me again if I wanted the season and I said yes.

Zinger Chicken patty is burnt and burger taste awful like its cooked 5-6 hours ago. Worst experience every time at this location, avoid going people. Had to throw it away waste of money

Very slow service and half of our order was missing and wrong. Cashier was very rude too. Wont eat in a kfc ever again.

Worst didnt get my fries with my order call 4 times no one pick up the phone came back to the location manager sitting right by the phone and all she. Can do is give you dirty looks. Like why am I complaining

I did not receive any sauce for my order, i had buttermilk dip and another. Neither any ketchup at all.

Ordered 12 pcs, got 10.that speaks for itself.spare you own dignity and go to popeyes instead.

Service was bad, server was running about doing her thing.

The chicken pieces are so small.

The chicken here I realize some pieces are salty. I go to the KFC on Keele and it's a big difference it's not so salty. So for the recipe at this location they gotta lower the salt content.

The staff at the front seems like she never heard of the term “customer service”.
She’s taking orders while looking down on an iPad, I’m going to assume that she’s doing online orders.
The debit machine is full of printed receipts and she doesn’t even bothering to tear them off so we can use the “tap” quicker.
I’ve waited for a nice solid 15 minutes and one customer asked why it’s taking so long, only then I and other customers realized it’s going to take 9 more minutes for the regular chicken to be done and the front staff doesn’t even bother telling us, she’s going back and forth and in and out in the kitchen, great!
Few minutes passed, the same customer asked again and this time the front staff answered and she said “I don’t know, I’m not the manager” awesome. She’s also constantly looking at the front doors like she doesn’t want more people to come in.

When I finally got my order after a total of 32 minutes, I realized that it was missing the dips, I ordered the $10 for two meal. What’s in the bag are two packets of ketchup. It’s not worth driving back just for a dip. I’m not even including their chicken in this negative review as I already admitted and accepted that it’s no longer the same as it used to ten years ago.

Retrain or replace front staff.

Service is quick and great however there's no place to eat if necessary and a bit small

I will never visit this KFC again even though, I live right across the street. The front staff in this location are rude, lairs, and poorly trained. I received burned hot wings on multiple occasions. I paid for dipping sauce but did not receive any dipping sauce in my bag on multiple occasions. ZERO STARS! I bet if this KFC was in a different neighborhood the service and food would be better. Too bad for you JANE and FINCH.

Front staff in this location are rude and poorly trained. Always problems with my orders from here, which is matched with their awful customer service. I'd go out of my way to visit a different location if their were one closer.

Incompetent workers at this location. Muna claims to be a manager has a terrible attitude, is incompetent & unprofessional.

The attitude of the lady who was preparing the orders threw me off. The cashier was very nice and pleasant tho and the food was good

Chicken was over cooked and very dry. Fries were Luke warm and I drove only a block home with the order. Lately this KFC has been absolutely terrible. Time to find another place for chicken, like Popeyes or Church's

The worst tasting food ever, they can’t do this injustice to people’s stomachs. I had chicken that was raw with not even a dash of seasoning, not even a little salt. Absolutely ridiculous

Great chicken - the coating is the best - still a secret to this day. Staff were friendly and i go back when i want chicken done right.

Terrible service. I call the store to get an update on my delivery that’s 20 minutes late and they hung up on me 3 times. I had to call the customer service number and then the store called me back.

I was told they were short a driver and they had no idea when I would get my food.

The enployee don't wear gloves and use phone while preparing food and when i complaint about this they gave me the worst customer experience and said we don't wear gloves. Instead of accepting their mistake they refused to accept it. Never gonna come back at this location. The worst customer service. Even though the girl working in hijab at the front she was also using phone nad they took so long to prepare the food.

I have gone to this location on numerous occasions as it was near. The food was mediocre, not always fresh. The front counter service was inconsistent, sometimes you would be lucky to get served by a friendly staff. The original pieces were horrible.

14 Feb 2021, around 5PM. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I entered the store with my two little kids, there is 3 gentlemen in front of me, I UNDERSTAND that the store only allows 5 guests at a time. But the first customer is almost done and about to leave. The person taking the order (I think she is Somalian) rudely told me "YOU HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE" I politely ask her if at least my kids can stay inside in the corner (there is a enough space in the corner of the store, enough for social distancing) BUT she SAID, "NO, YOU HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE" it is VERY COLD at that time, and she wont even consider that. We left and decide not to order anymore. BTW, I am a regular customer here, But I will never come back at this location. They don't even deserve a single star.

The ladies working there are very unprofessional and keep fighting with each other instead of dealing with customers. I will never go back there.

Although i enjoy KFC food, this location needs to get their act together - rude and very late always with delivery- never answer their phone

That young lady was somewhat rude.although she was quick during dinner time, my family and i felt that she could’ve been nicer.i had ordered two big combos and asked for SOME barbecue sauce and was only given ONE, i understand that it may or may not be the policy but it’s ridiculous, i am not about to eat my french fries and chicken dry.that would have been nasty.

Worst food, ncomplete order and no customer service. Tried calling them 10 times at their Customer services number but it doesn't work, call get transferred and disconnected. Left multiple Voirmail with no luck. This was the last time I ever had KFC. Worst experience ever

I ordered 6 pc with two large sides the chicken was very very and fries was disaster is very very bad quality of the food &service too bad on this location Please we need quality not junk we paying money ($)

Ordered a box of chicken yesterday for dinner. The taste was absolutely disgusting, it tasted like lemon was in the chicken or maybe it was spoiled?
I would never buy from this location again. This places needs management involved something is not right.

I bought chicken yesterday and the chicken taste like it was spoiled, if I get sick it's on. Shame on you KFC if the food is spoiled throw it out for god sake. Why value money more than people's health? The reason I didn't return the food is because I had long day and was tired. Ugh

FOOD IS ABSOLUTE TRASH! If you’re trying to buy over priced fried BATTER and not CHICKEN this is the place.

This KFC location give their leftover chicken away to the needed at the end of the night. Not sure if all KFC do this but I just saw this n was very move by it.

So we order at 5. Got the order at 6: 50pm. Food is ice cold, deliver driver is complaining he's tired. Restaurant didn't give a f@#%. Don't bother ordering from this place, you will end up eating a sandwich while waiting for your ice cold, chewy bird.

Everytime I order from this restaurant they forget an item! Today was the last time. It's ridiculous at this point.

The restaurant was very (super) clean, festive with loads of Christmas decorations. The cashier Venessa was really lovely. There is no seating area and I wish they had more option for juice.today was only Pepsi, diet Pepsi and 7Up. Overall very good.

I got my meal and forgot my drink, the staff kept it for me aside until I came back, then they made me a fresh one. No fuss, pretty fast service.

KFC I GIVE THE 3 *'S.her service / attitude is a Zero I went there today, there is a lady in the back with a name tag said "Jackie" and she always has attitude, I've seen her there a few times in the afternoon! Low very low hair almost bald.hairline is viewable. …. Wears glasses and has a different uniform than other staff. Maybe she is a manager or shift leader. Please help her to improve customer service skills in what ever way you feel you can folks! She does not well represent your KFC brand! She is not skinny, maybe in her late 50's early 60's, wears glasses, dark skinned and she has plenty attitude. Sometimes she is up from today when I was in there she was in the back though! She was speaking softly and grumbling things.

I always have a bad experience at this location. Definitely needs work on customer service. There’s no kind greeting of any sort just a “NEXT” and salty faces. You can buy a family bucket and they’ll give you like only 5 packets of ketchup. They probably assume you’re going home to where you should have ketchup. But what makes them think that you’re not grabbing a meal for an outing? Hence the request for plates and cutlery. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I really can’t say I’ve had one okay experience here. Especially some of the younger staff, all miserable and rude as can be.
