KFC

Very poor customer service. Every time we go to this location and ask for all dark meat they told us we cannot get all dark meat. The lady is very rude. You either want customers or you don't. This is the worst location will be contacting head office.

The chicken is amazing! I went there with a friend and she didn't have to wait long for her food to get ready. But maybe because when we went, there wasn't alot of people. Anyways, I recommend to everyone!

Earlier this location used to be really good but now whole staff has changed. They will never give you complete order, something is always missed. So make sure you check before you leave this place. They don't know their own promotions or they don't want to offer that.

Since when did the gravy change. Taste was horrible no flavor chicken was garbage. This will be the last time i will eat KFC. I will stick to Msry Browns and Rowdy Bird both have best quality. So disappointing and even waited 20 mins for delivery when it was supposed to be 5 pm.

Well we just stop by there to get Tuesday special.
Lady who took our order extremely rude looks like done for the day. (I guess manager lady with glasses).
She asked with fries, I asked her is there any price difference? She ignore the questions and directly said your total $16 and some change for 3 Tuesday special. Over asking agin she mentioned no price difference but it will be cheaper. Got home and check the bill 3 special if you say yes for fries they charge extra $2.00 each special and at the end Tuesday special for $4.99.worst fries I Threw in garbage.

Worst location with worst customer service. Chicken are all dried up and small pieces. Management don't care about all these negative feedbacks, nothing has changed. You might as well go to Jolibee or Popeye's where chicken pieces are actual pieces and not dried out.

Chicken was over cooked and saturated on grease, not the first time. I think I'll go to Poppy's next time.

You know after a long bit without KFC I thought it would be a great reunion but I dicovered really quick why we departed in the first place. I understand the restraunt was closing but the food we got look like it was out all day not just end of day entrails. Dry chicken, raw sandwitches, cold fries and gravey to boot, if this is what y'all are serving now a days then you should change your acrinim to Kant Fry Chicken. Worst food in Ajax or anywhere really. Do better.

The customer service sucks, very unclear with giving customers information and on top of that my order was incomplete.

I ordered large fries. The fries were cold and even the associate didn't provide me the receipt. When I got inside and tell the associate that I will give the review then she told her co-worker it doesn't make any difference don't worry. Very bad customer service.

Food was cold. Had stomach pains after eating for hours. I’d rather wait 5-10min for hot food than instantly be served cold food that I didn’t feel well after eating from. Zinger Box Combo I’ve order from other locations without ever having this issue.

The wait is so so so long and they dont double check the order before giving it out to the customers and they never answer their calls.

Drove to get to this location cuz it's the closest. Was looking for extra crispy chicken that was just added back to the menu. We were told at 5: 30 that it was sold out and they won't be making more. Decided to get chicken anyway seeing as we drove all that way. What a mistake! The chicken was over cooked and dried out. After eating at home I sent pictures to KFC and was told I would be contacted to make this Right. That was 4 days ago and no answer from the store. After reading other reviews it seems this store is not worth going to

My family and I dine in on March 11,2O23. We ordered a family meal deal. Our server “ Revathy” was very nice, pleasant and accommodating. Revathy noticed some of the chicken were small so she added a few extra pieces of chicken. Our meals was served fresh, delicious and hot. My suggestion to KVC in co-operated is to have the chicken portions size bigger. Also to update one their dining table. Overall I would recommend customers to dine in or take out at this KCV location.

I ordered 8 pieces extra crispy chicken online, but they only gave me 5 pieces extra crispy and 3 regular when I arrived, and the 3 pieces regular chicken sucked

Worst service the guy work use bad words to the customers. When I ask why you dont have it the tender chicken omg no more visit to the location

Terrible customer service. While I was trying to order some of the staff were arguing with another customer who's order was wrong. When I received my order I guess the person who served me was still angry about the previous customer and literally threw one of my bags on the counter and when I asked if the second bag was mine she ignored me completely. Will never go back to this location. KFC do better.

Tried to order at 10pm with a car full of people, the front door was closed to customers and drive thru refused service to more than one customer. Will take my business elsewhere.

One of the worst staff I have ever seen for my whole life. The women staff inside the store screamed at us for using the washroom and asked us to get out while the women was using the washroom.
The store was still not open but the doors were open so the customer went inside to order as well as use the washroom.
The lady throw us out and was literally screaming at us. One of the worst experience of my life.
The manager of the stores has to really take action on this lady for such a ride behaviour.

Very disappointed, this is probably the only kfc location that didn't upgrade my side to a popcorn chicken poutine as past of the combo.

This was the second worst KFC meal of my life (Had one before 2years ago at KFC near The westwood mall in Malton)

Out of nowhere I had a thought of given a second chance to KFC.

The chicken was stale. The fries were soggy. The chicken popcorns had no taste. I hated myself for spending every cent at KFC.

Hope you guys improve on your food.

To be honest i am not sure how KFC is still in business, staff on this location are nice and all but man, the quality and size of the chicken has gone way down! Ordered a 4 piece combo, its a big box when i opened it, its not even half way filled up, never again. Before reader assume we’ve finished the fries, nope thats how it is when we opened it. Super disappointed, chicken was overcooked (dry inside), fries are just handful and the chicken just doesnt taste anything related to chicken anymore.

Do not order delivery dorectly from here! They delivered to the wrong address and after I showed up at the restaurant, they tried to deliver food that was opened and sat over an hour at someone else's door. This was after they insisted it had been delivered. I get mistakes happen, but don't lie and deliver garbage to my house.

I use to love eating KFC but the last time I went to this location would be my last the chicken was stale and dry and they chopped the thigh in 2 pieces and sell them as one piece.it was disgusting and rip off. Don't even bother going here clearly its a new owner who is cheap and greedy.

TERRIBLE service, ordered delivery and it was an HOUR and a half late. Called the store and waited on hold until the driver came (approx 15 mins later) not even an apology from the driver. To top it all off, the food was so dry we had to throw it out.will NEVER order from this KFC again. 40$ down the drain.

Great food, filling for the whole family and fast service. Very fresh and kudos to the workers there for the epic service.
