I just ordered a plant based sandwich on skip on date 20 sept 15: 02 and i was not the plant based sandwich and it was chicken sandwich and i am a vegetarian, so didn’t liked that!

Yes very poorly run place with employees who does not care about customer service rather chit chatting and ignoring the customers needs… the franchise should investigate how this place is run if they care about their reputation. Quality of food is very poor and terrible service with attitude. Should never order from this place. Don’t even deserve 1 star!

I asked for a 3 piece combo in the drive through.when I got home I was disappointed. I got 3 small pieces of chicken 2 wings and one small chicken breast. I asked for medium macaroni but I got a small! Very disappointed. A waste of 13$. The cashier was lovely her customer service was great.but the food was disappointing. Usually KFC is great but not today!

Good place to get ripped off. The large macaroni salad was half empty. The 10 pcs chicken bucket had 10 chicken wing sized pieces. Popcorn chicken bucket half empty. The quality down. The quantity down and the price was $50. Who has the energy after working all day to go back and argue with idiots. I will not be returning back to this location after being insulted.

Usually, they have what you're ordering available. If not, they're quick to make it. Fast service. Great customer service. Friendly staff. Honest too. They forgot my fries, came back for them and they replaced our first bucket with a fresh one since ours was cold from driving back and had smaller pieces in it. They also honor their sales and promotions until the end of day or closing time of the day on the deal ends, unlike many other locations.

I was having big order and called the place to ask for options but they have very bad staff. Even the person who called herself manager was souting, yelling and not listening shows very bad customer service. They even talk in their language with each other about customer who can listen them. Very very bad services

Horrible kfc all desi’s who don’t answer the phone and when they do they hang up kfc management needs to look at this location

Placed an online pickup order for Mother’s Day this past Sunday. We ordered the family meal that comes with 18 pieces of chicken, 2 large fries, and 3 large sides. With tax, this was over $60. We like KFC and there was nothing wrong with the taste. But we feel that this location is cutting costs by shortchanging its customers. For example, the 18 pieces of chicken were indistinguishable except for the drum stick 1 breast piece. It seems like they’ve taken regular pieces and cut them in half before frying. The bucket had 18 pieces, but other than the 1 small breast piece and 1 drumstick, we don’t know what the other pieces were. The fries boxes were only 3/4 full and the same with the coleslaw and macaroni salad. We’ve purchased from other locations and we know what it should look like compared to what we got at this location. If we didn’t have family and kids already gathered at home for the meal, we would’ve brought it back. It’s such a horrible business practice. What’s the point of cutting costs in this manner? You’ve made this one sale but you’ll never make another one from me again.

Worst experience… yesterday I ordered spicy plant based burger from Uber eats it is so shocking they don’t meet food safety standards as the bun was expired and containing fungus on it… if there would be negative ratings i should have given that.

1 star for the quick service. Serving sizes are beyond small. 4 small chunks of chicken in each taco for $14.99. The tortillas were stale and hard. I folded my tacos quickly realizing that it had only 1/4 of the tortilla worth of filling. I’ve bought both kfc n Taco Bell from this location. The gravy is disgusting! It’s not similar in taste or colour to any other franchise. The fries supreme looks pathetic. Why ask which meat I want if only adding 1/4 teaspoon. No fork or napkin provided. These employees need trained how to properly portion meals. Time of day makes no difference food is a disappointment.

Never again. I've been to this location many times but today would be the last. I ordered at the mic and once I got to the window. Before paying, I asked the girl if I can have the chicken spicy rather than regular and she paused and said "ah no you can't. You can't change the order at the window". I still paid but I shouldn't have. It's not a "change" if the order hasn't even been prepared yet because after taking my payment - she waited while they prepared my order. It's not a "change" if you have spicy and regular chicken ready on a busy night. I could see her smile and tell her colleagues that she just stopped me from changing my order. This is what happens when you speak Hindi and think I wouldn't understand. It's even more funny that I've asked for spicy chicken before but got regular chicken and I never made an issue about it or wrote a negative review but I had to this time.

To the management of this location: Please teach your employees some courtesy and respect.

Worst chicken full of oil through the full order in garbage worst order come in night time worst I ordered around 10 pm and v poor quality

What’s the difference if I do my review because there is 1 million if your view was still nothing change their workers it’s bad their food is garbage my son he’s sick from yesterday and I called many places nothing to change so what’s the previews gonna do you guys have to do something they making me to just take the police and go to that KFC

I order from Taco Bell and I'm very happy with the fact that I can veganize my order, but I'm always disappointed with the abysmal and small portion of food that I receive. When somebody asks for something to be omitted, you should add a little bit more of the other ingredients that are still in the item because when you take things out instead of supplementing with a little bit of extra tomatoes or lettuce, you hand someone basically a tortilla with beans. I will not be visiting this location for Taco Bell as after three visits my portion seemed to shrink with each time.

Don't be stingy, no one likes a cheapskate.

Worst customer experience ever, I ordered Veg Burger regular, told them no sauces at all. It was loaded with sauce and it was so spicy I didn't ask for the spicy option. The poutine fries were stale. At the window where you pay I asked the lady if she could add another burger to my order she stated no as they didn't have enough time to make a second one. Keep in mind I waited nearly 3 minutes for my order just at the window alone. Although I am glad they didn't have time to make a second burger for me because it would have been garbage like the first one. Will never return find another location to go to. No wonder this KFC doesn't even have

The food was disgusting! It was old.my younger son ate it and he kept throwing up the next day.i tried calling them and the girl was so rude and kept telling us that it wasn’t their fault!

Super worst pathetic. Its better to visit wendys. We asked for well done and they gave stale food n stale bun like chewy we couldnt even eat it.

Order was inaccurate. Ordered throughthebdrive thru one famous chicken sandwich big box. Didn't receive a straw, request orignal seasoning and got spicy and tastes like garbage. Fries were dry and cardboard. Never going back. Thanks for nothing.

Good tasting food but very poor because customer service was not good. I ordered and wasn't completely finished when cashier said next window. I went to next window to recheck my order and xhange it and she got mad at me saying why I didn't change it when I reminded her that she told me to come pay. I didn't want to eat the food because of this but I was hungry. I live in the area but rather drive to other KFC next time for better service.

Can someone please tell me why every time I order a Big Crunch, it's a Spicy sandwich? I don't know what the people in the drive thru hear. One time they also said they had no lids for the drinks, so we went to Wendy's
